The person at the counter who took our order was friendly, but after that, the service felt very dry and unclear. Once our pizza was ready, my name was called and the pizza was left on the counter in the pan. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to take it myself or if it would be brought over. When I grabbed it, I also had to ask for plates because nothing was offered. Throughout the visit, there was very little guidance or customer interaction. When I went up to ask for a box, there was no acknowledgment at first -- just a quick question about size and that was it. No one checked in or asked how anything was. It also seemed like other customers were just as confused -- someone next to us didn't know what to do with their pan either and was told to leave it on top of the trash. The pizza itself was good and came out quickly, which is why I'd still order takeout again. But as far as dining in, I probably wouldn't do that again.

It was incredibly easy to order online and then when I got there, the pizza was ready in the warming oven that you open with a code called the pizza portal, and I'm not sure if it was because we're eating pizza by the pool, but it was actually really good. The right amount of cheese it was super cheap. The crust wasn't too bad and the pizza cupcakes I got in addition were delicious integrate option if you don't wanna deal with all the carbs in the crust. It's a dense crispy Italian roll filled with tender long-simmered traditionally-seasoned lightly spicy thin-sliced lean beef. Never microwaved, because that would have a tragic impact on the texture of the beef. It's served with your choice of softly sautéed sweet green peppers, or giardiniera spicy pickled vegetables mix. We went with the sweet peppers which really complemented the savory flavors of the beef. And the sandwich has anywhere from a splash of savory au-jus to a full-soak. We got the juice on the side for dipping bite by bite. Rosati's kindly gave us two little cups, enough to make the sandwich fully "wet". We have it that way when we can handle a super-messy sandwich, but today, dipping was the wise move. They have great authentic Chicago-style deep-dish and "tavern-style" thin crust pizza here too. They made two mistakes with my order, giving me a garlic bread with cheese that I'd ordered without, and not giving me a side of sweet peppers that I'd ordered.
