I had the worst experience from Brother's Pizza at the Frederick, MD location. And I've been coming her for over ten years! I went to the cashier to order a chicken gyro sandwich meal for a carryout order. However, there was no one at the register to take my order. It was empty. Since no one was at the register, I asked one of the cooks in the kitchen if they can bring someone to the register to take my order. An employee name Bianca, came to the register. I simply asked her if my gyro comes with feta. To note, some restaurants don't add feta to their sandwiches. Bianca responded by pointing to the menu. With a rude demeanor said, "Oh, whatever it's on the menu is there." Then, I said, "Well, okay I don't see feta, but can you add feta." Bianca said it's going to be up charge for .75 cents. I said, "sure no problem, I'll pay for it." She then rolled her eyes, and I went outside to wait for my food. Then, I came back remembering I forgot to ask about the extra Tzatziki sauce. Again, NO ONE was at the cash register. I spotted on of the cooks, and I asked him if he can add the Tzatziki sauce to my meal. He said, "Sure, no problem." Then, Bianca stormed out of the kitchen and with an EXTREMELY NASTY ATTITUDE asked me, "What do you need help with? Do you need help with anything?" Just VERY RUDE AND NASTY! I asked her if I can get extra Tzatziki sauce to my order. Bianca said it will also be $.75 up charge. I was a bit shocked about the upcharge. I've been coming to Brother's Pizza Frederick location for over ten years to this location and they never charge for extra Tzatziki sauce. I ordered the same food LESS THAN FIVE DAYS AGO, and Brother's Pizza didn't charge me for extra of Tzatziki sauce. I was a bit confused. I informed Bianca about this. Then, Bianca went into the kitchen and trash talk me to her workers in her Spanish language. What Bianca did not know I'm fluent and understand Spanish language myself! I understood everything Bianca said to the cooks in the kitchen when she bad talk to me to them. So UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! That's how you treat and speak about your customers?!! I can hear Bianca through the kitchen! To note, some people must be aware that individuals can know and understand different languages. I've been ordering here at Brothers Pizza under two different managements. I know both managers, and I never been treated such unprofessional rude behavior before. Then, Bianca said, "If we don't charge you, you can take the money out of our pocket." SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I thought I was very rude, disrespectful, and entitled of Bianca to say that to me, a CUSTOMER! This is the first restaurant I've been to in my life, someone say to their customers, "if "we" don't pay $.75 or up charge you would take money out of our pockets." After this rude, unprovoked, unprofessional experience, I will never eat at Brother's Pizza again!! Especially, as long as Bianca is working there. Bianca's behavior was so rude, unprofessional, nasty, and disrespectful! Brother's Pizza should focus on hiring better people and professional training for their employees. I never in my life encounter someone rude and unprofessional like Bianca did to me yesterday. It's so rude to tell customers that it's coming out of their pockets if I don't pay for $.75. She can keep her money and her nasty behavior. I don't know if Bianca was having a bad day or personal issues. However, IT'S NOT RIGHT to project her nasty behavior towards paying customers. Like I said, I've been coming to this location for over ten years and will not come back here because of my experience from Brother's Pizza. read more

The Italian calzone was really good. I got it with pepperoni. It had cheese and ricotta inside. Delicious. Came with a side of sauce. We'd order food from here again. Didn't get any pictures. As a returning customer I just order a 12" steak sub and when I picked it up and when back to work what I saw when I opened the bag was a 11" hot dog roll with a small slide of beef. I called to tell them how disappointed I was and they told me that the roll was the new one they were using. I've only gotten the pizza and gyros, so I can't speak to other items, but both were really good and I have ordered them multiple times.

I only gave 2 but was difficult giving that. Had never had pizza before from here and not again. All pizzas were burnt. The cost of the pizzas were totally inflated for what you got. It was mostly dough with minimal processed meat and vegetables. Cherry tomatoes, breaded chicken and squirted on ranch does not make chicken bacon ranch I ever had elsewhere. The other pizzas were just as bad with non fresh vegetables or meat. They need to make serious changes for what they charge. Little cesars quick pizza was better then what we spent over $60 on 3 here. Sorry but you need to take lessons from places like il forgono and pizza blitz. I live close by so it's so convenient to take a walk or order delivery. Food: They have great ny style pizza never had an issue with consistency on this item. I also enjoy their Gyro's however sometimes there are consistency issues. Sometimes it's fantastic with the right amount of meat, but sometimes there's barley any meat. Tzatziki is fantastic. Chicken vodka sauce is pretty good. It's pretty standard pizza place food. The cannoli's are fantastic! The pizza steak and steak and cheese are excellent and large. read more

We just got delivery from Brother's and I wanted to update my review. Not only was delivery incredibly fast, everything was really good. The kids loved the pizza and inhaled all the fries. I got a steak & cheese wrap. It was a tad on the soggy side but I'm guessing that was because I added onions and mushrooms. The flavor was perfect but definitely eat that immediately. Thanks, guys. My wife ate here 6 years ago. Everytime we rode our motorcycles by, she commented that we had to go back for me to try it. She claimed it was one of the best white pizzas she has had. Consistently very bad pizza. Orders made wrong, food undercooked, bad crust. Every time I get pizza from Brothers I'm disgusted but my g/f likes their other stuff, and we live so close by. Too bad it's a terrible restaurant. Last time I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni. When I went to pick it up I could tell they made a pizza WITHOUT pepperoni, then realized it was wrong after it was cooked and tried to cover it up instead of making it correct. They put pepperoni on and put it back in the oven for 2 mins. I've worked in pizza restaurants so I can tell when they do this and I won't eat undercooked food or pizza with uncooked toppings. (This happens a lot). I had them remake it then. This time I decided to try the Sicilian margherita pizza, that was a mistake. They somehow managed to burn the crust and the pepperoni and sausage I had added STILL is barely cooked at all, basically raw. Some slices had NO CHEESE OR TOPPINGS. It's very clear to me their food is being made by uncaring teenagers who only care about their phones, not their "work". Also ordered calamari which I've never tried here; also a big mistake. They told me half an hour for the food, since that pizza takes longer, so I waited 30 mins but the calamari was clearly sitting in a sealed bag the entire 30 mins. Calamari is supposed to be crispy, I got the soggiest wettest thing possible. Disgusting and not edible at all. Was probably sitting on top of the oven all day. Brothers Pizza seems to be staffed by teenagers who DO NOT CARE how bad the food is that they're serving. This place is a COMPLETE waste of time and money. The customer service isn't great at all. I came in on April 29, 2021 and the person who works the order placing area was sitting down in a chair on his phone. When he heard someone walking in, he jumped up to behind the desk where he was supposed to be and took my order. He wasn't overly friendly but wasn't rude either. While waiting for my pizza, he proceeded to be on his phone the whole 10-15 minutes. Working with food, that is repulsive to be touching a phone then putting my pizza in a box. I'm just hoping he wasn't the one who touched my food. I hope the other employees have better sanitary skills. I don't think I'll be coming back just for that reason. Cannot understand the bad reviews. This is one of the best pizza parlors in Frederick staff is amazing. Soups are delicious. Salads are fresh and pizza is amazing the pizzeria New York style. I have eight here. I work at Somerford nursing home and I pop over there frequently through the week to get something quick for lunch it's always fast you can order online like I said, staff is amazing. The calzones are the best ones I have had since I have been in Illinois since 2002. They also have the option for white sauce instead of regular sauce when ordering pizzas, which is a nice surprise.
