All 3 things were unclogged and they were on their way well before 12. They also let me know that the toilet was leaking from the bottom and likely needed a new wax seal. They offered to do it but said it would bring my total up to $350! :/ I opted not to do that as it's easy enough to do on my own.. wax seals are pretty cheap to buy and otherwise it's just time and a little lifting. As great as that was, i should have done more estimates as they charged way more than it should have been. Word of advice, get a toilet through a store, then have them install it for cheaper. Anyhow a different tech came to put the new toilet in. He was nice and did a good job. However, should have checked the upper tank and it was wobbly a bit. I messaged them and ask if that's normal. A different tech came and temporary fixed it. I believe it's that type of tank that is just not steady in the upper part (top flush button) I ended up again using a towel to put behind to make it sturdy. Imagine that, a pricy toilet that uses a towel to keep the upper part sturdy. As annoying as it is to get estimates, you should definitely do that before you settle for one that's more pricy than it should have been. And all they care about is you rating them and keep asking you to rate them through email and phone.
