This time I woke up to water leaking from upstairs bathroom through my ceiling fan onto my brand new flooring. I called Lance at 10AM and he was said he would be at my house by 2PM. I was glad and relieved to have it fixed so fast. Lance has extensive knowledge problems that have arised with certain builders over the years. He does not waste your time or try to overcharge you. Once we got approval and called to schedule a time, they were able to accommodate the short window of time we had to get the work completed. We will definitely give them a call in the future if needed, and being that we are a government entity (Army Corps of Engineers), we would highly recommend Taylor Plumbing for any commercial building.

I can't recommend this company. I've never had a plumbing company charge me for cleanup. While…read moretheir prices seemed reasonable initially, the added charges for cleanup and diagnosis post treatment of the line upset me. I had a blockage in my line. They were called by my management company emergently. They came out, cabled the line for 3 hours, decided a jetter was necessary, and left a mess. They recommended I pay them $400-500 to clean up the sewage. They also recommended I pay an additional fee to camera the line, post fix, to diagnose the problem. I did not take them up on these offers. 2 months later I had another backup in the plumbing. I paid another plumbing company to jetter the line. Cam of the line was included in the treatment. It was much more economic. It has been 9 months since they treated the problem. No issues. I asked 3 companies about cleanup services while getting estimates the second time around. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. All of the companies were in disbelief that I was charged for cleanup of removing a blockage. For the record, the mess was made during the service. It was not there beforehand. I appreciated the punctuality of Taylor. The technicians were nice on the phone. I was thankful they came out emergently. It was a positive experience until they gave me the bill with recommended upcharges at the end.

Additionally, they handled all the permits, inspection process and made recommendations regarding potential future problems. We particularly want to express our praise for Isaiah. He was here every day for 7 days and had a great, cheerful attitude that was reassuring as our plumbing problems multiplied. The main sewer line in our 66 year old home failed 2 days before our vacation, which led to the discovery that the main water shutoff was corroded open. Isaiah got that fixed quickly so we could leave for our trip worry-free. The crew pulled a pipe liner through the sewer line, which saved our driveway and lawn from being trenched. They also replaced our aging water heater, installed a pressure relief valve and replaced the garbage disposal. Proline Rooter was professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely contact them again in the future.

In my 30+ years as a Property Manager, Sac Val Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. We recently completed a large project with Tim and his helper, Ethan, and I could not be more impressed. I am honestly shocked when I read some of the negative reviews because that has never been my experience with this company. We had a resident concern where hot water was not reaching her apartment as quickly as others. Tim was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. He explained exactly what was happening, what the next steps were, and why each step was necessary. Every question I had was answered politely and thoroughly. At the end of each workday, the job site was left spotless--cleaned as if no work had been done at all. The only indication that work was in progress were the safety cones and tape. Everything was washed down, including the surrounding area and even the plants. The job was 100% successful. On the final day, they repaired the sidewalk so well that you would never know it had been disturbed. Their attention to detail and respect for the property truly stood out. In all my years working with Sac Val Plumbing, I have never once heard inappropriate language from any of their staff. Pam, who is now retired, was absolutely wonderful and always took the best care of us. The owners genuinely care about their customers, and if something is not to your satisfaction, they make it right--politely and promptly. I trust Sac Val Plumbing completely and will continue working with them until I retire. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

We were introduced to Ryan through our realtor; this is probably the first time I've left a 5-star…read morereview for somebody before they even finished the work: that's how awesome Ryan is. What makes Ryan so great to work with is not just that he's incredibly knowledgeable and competent at his job -- shouldn't all professionals be? -- it's that he's unbelievably decent and goes out of his way to explain the work he needs to do; he suggests alternative, less expensive options; and he tries not to do work that he could easily teach us to do on our own, just to save us money. The point is, working with Ryan feels less like working with a company's employee and more like working with a buddy. But let's cut to the chase: what was the issue here? Simply put, our entire water system at our new home in EDH was about to blow up; you know, minor detail. Our home's water pressure was a whopping 130psi, nearly double the 70psi recommended maximum. Long story short, Ryan prioritized getting to our home immediately -- even though my wife and I are out of town -- and successfully repaired our damaged PRV and pipe before catastrophe struck. (It turns out it was just dumb luck it hadn't already failed!) We also had a leaking kitchen sink pipe; Ryan could have easily gone in the house (we had a lock box) to repair it on the same trip, but he didn't want to get our house all muddy from his repair on the PRV, so instead he decided to go out of his way and return the next day. Wow. Net-net, Ryan's work ethic and expertise are second to none, but more than that, he's just an all around swell guy. Can't wait to work with him in the future -- in fact, we've already talked with him about helping us install some new faucets and (Ryan, I forgot to tell you this!) but also a kitchen sink and disposal unit, too); he has absolutely won the respect and trust of my wife and me for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan!
