I sent a follow-up text with no response. I called 45 minutes later, no answer. I called 90 minutes after the approximate appointment time and spoke to John who told me he would call his man in the field and call me back. I never got a call back and no one showed up to do the work. I had to scramble last minute to get a different electrician to do the work before my dishwasher was delivered. If you want someone reliable and professional who respects your time, I recommend Carter Electric out of Emerson NJ.

When I called Mike he offered to face-time with me free of charge…read more  He spent at least 30 minutes on the phone going over details and he urged me to do this myself because he would have to charge me $200. I service my ptac units and my refrigerator myself. Still, I'm the least handy person you could imagine, so I don't like the idea of shocking myself or burning my apartment down.  Even after Mike's pep talk and offer to help me over the phone I decided to pay his premium. When he got here there were other things he needed to do but he did not charge for the extras.  He's a true gentleman and a perfectionist and really knows what he's doing. I almost don't like writing this because if he gets too busy he won't be here for me when I need him.
