With the help of Joe Randazzo, I was able to locate lights seen at previous places but with a 1/3 discount. Although I was unable to locate the lights in the showroom, Joe walked me to the exact location to see them in person. I have dealt with Joe on numerous occasions and I am still stunned at the amount of knowledge he possesses. Maybe that has to do with the 30 years he has been in this business. Never Again!!! So about 18 months ago I needed an electrician and since Tony is in town I decided…read moreto give him a try. Called several times and left messages, but never got a call back. Since it was a small job I ended up having a friend help me out. A few months later I needed something else done so I tried Tony one more time. This time he answered, I explained what I needed and came to the house the next day. All I needed done was having an outdoor outlet replaced. He was at my house for about an hour before he left because he didn't have the right parts. He came back the following day to finish the job while I was at work. When I got home I looked at what he had done and not only was there scraps, parts, and debris all over my yard where he had been working, but the outlet was duct taped together. I called him to find out what the hell happened and his response was "well the part didn't fit so that's what I had to do" He sent me a bill for the "work" he had done and wanted it paid promptly. He refused to fix the outlet correctly and claimed that was all that could be done. When I checked to outlet to see if it even worked, I was not surprised to find out that it indeed did not. I called another electrician who not only fixed the problem quickly, but also gave me a good price because he felt bad that I had to deal with a bad electrician that gives the wrong reputation to the field.
