Dave was at the house ready to go even though it was raining. He was very thorough in his work and explanations of what he was doing and why. Reasonable rates, good service, and the fact that he was willing to install the floodlight on a ladder in the rain showed his dedication and wanting to make the customer happy. He didn't have to do that and could have re-scheduled, but he saved me time from changing my schedule to accommodate a new appointment. I am a stickler for good work and attention to detail. I will definitely be contacting Vomaz again.

I had lost power off and…read moreon for a few weeks to 25% of the house, hesitating to call an electrician in fear of a big ticket price tag of having to replace the circuit breaker panel. I had called other electrician companies and all their emergency service appointments were all booked up. Calling Vaccarella Electric Services should have been my first call. Roberto picked up and wanted to solve the issue immediately over the phone. My initial diagnosis was completely off and in less than 3 minutes Roberto was able to determine the issue based on what I told him and answering his questions of what I saw. He told me to head outside and look at the piping connected to the meter. When I did, the meter was throwing up, "888888." That confirmed to me Roberto's diagnosis. It turned out to be a PSEG matter which saved me from having to get charged a service call. Roberto didn't have to pass up a chance at a service call, but in doing so has earned my trust and future business. My family and I thank you Roberto!

I received nothing in the mail that weekend, and I waited a few extra days before contacting Tom for status. He told me he was having problems with mail. OK, but a call would have been nice, and if he had worked up an estimate he could have given it to me over the phone. Instead I was told he'd get right on it, or something to that effect. To this day, 10-11-24, I have heard nothing! Fine, if you don't want the job just say so. I contacted another electrical contractor who looked at the job one day and had a crew there 2 days later to complete it in an efficient, professional manner. I hate to use the terms efficient and professional in the same paragraph that mentions Leinster Electric, since Leinster is neither. If their Customer Service attitude is any indication of how they approach a job. Steer Clear! They do not deserve the 1 star I was forced to select.

He made it seem like we owed him something for having him come out at 7 when it was his fault he came so late. I wouldn't recommend this company because you'll be made to look like you're an idiot and have a stranger barge into your home without your permission. Save your money and go elsewhere.
