Instead, they charged me $150 to install a new hard drive with more memory and failed to install the new OS. When I ran the update at home, I was locked out of one of my profiles. When I brought the MAC back, the man said, "What did you do?" and acted like I did something wrong for installing the newest update. I told him he didn't do what I had asked him to do. He fixed it, after mansplaining to me, and then told me he should charge me but was going to give me a break. The DVDs were going to cost $300 to transfer to the thumb drive, so I said I'd wait. He had told me it would cost me $80 to try and get any data off of the Dell laptop. So I left the computer there and said I'd comeback for the hard drive. To be fair, this was in April. I went in today to try and get the hard drive, and at first, they said they didn't know what I was talking about, and then tried to insist they had given it to me (they didn't) and then finally just said, "Well, we don't have it". If you choose to go here, get EVERYTHING in writing!

Apple wanted $800 without their warranty care to fix and my hubby contacted this place in North Arlington. They suggested we go straight to their main office in Harrison as many of their techs were on vacation during August. Hubby stated associate was super professional and knowledgeable. Place was clean and modern. They quoted him and it actually came out cheaper than what he was informed. They even gave him back my original top with my stickers all over it in case I wanted to transfer them to the new top they had to install. The stated it would be a few days because they had to order the part, but it was done the very next day! There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards and 0 for debit or cash. I don't care they still beat out Apple by half and provided excellent service and rapidly! They seem to repair anything in this category along with cell phones and gaming systems. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again! Nice job everyone! Thank you so much! I hope I don't have to come back lol , but if we do, you are the first business that will come to mind that we will definitely go to!
