We had booked a handyman to come to come to the UWS to hang up 4 paintings (3 large and one small)…read more Agreed to the quote. The day off, Andrey showed up on time. In the midst of putting up the first painting, he literally packed up his tool bag and left after I kindly requested him to move the positioning a quarter inch to the right since it wasn't centered on the wall. Literally no conversation at all except, "I don't want to do this job." When I called the main number, the dispatcher apologized for the worker's behavior and offered an alternative handy person to stop by 2 days later. I was literally left speechless by this level of unprofessionalism - especially when the person is being paid by the hour and not a flat fee. Appreciate that the dispatcher took responsibility and was apologetic, and not defensive at all. However, having planned for more than a week and having moved work commitments for this, it's not acceptable.

They are the single most dishonest and unreliable company I have ever dealt with. Caution- Google…read moredisabled this company's reviews because the business has falsified them. Any promises they make are total untruths. The repair guy came via Uber and had to Google how to fix anything- I am not exaggerating. They lie over the phone, can't do any repairs at all despite what is promised. They claimed they wouldn't charge me when they couldn't repair something, so I agreed to have they come out. He charged me anyway, then said he didn't have a drill to do the repairs. What repair company doesn't have a drill? They didn't get back to me despite any promises to get equipment estimates by and, then didn't return my calls.

When I called to discuss the matter, I couldn't get an actual person so I just left messages. No one ever returned my calls. Do not hire this company.
