Hosed by Sears Repair Service twice this week on a clothes dryer repair--arrival time changed…read morethroughout the day only to be cancelled and told to reschedule by an AI Bot. Day 2 mid afternoon rolled around (no Sears update)--came across Cupo Appliance Repair's number on-line. Called to see if I could establish a back-up plan. Immediately was connected to a human being (Joe) who was not only knowledgeable in what likely was the issue with our dryer, but had the parts on hand (OMG, right?), was able to provide an estimate of costs, and said you will have a working dryer by the end of the day (insert the sound of angels singing). We then scheduled service for 4 p.m. Called Joe back to confirm Sears cancelled again and shortly Joe was on his way to our home. Dryer was fixed in no time flat, he even helped us with a cabinet door. Joe is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, had the dryer up and running quickly, offered service at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend contacting him when you are in need of an appliance repair.
