They keep insisting they never received written notice, an unreasonable requirement that they didn't even mention until I'd already been battling them by phone for a year. I've given them that notice multiple times but they keep saying they never got written notice. This scammy behavior seems to be a pretty consistent thing with them judging by the other reviews. So, fight fire with fire. I recently discovered that some banks (not all) allow you to permanently block a specific vendor from charging your credit card, permanently. Glory be! This is better than cancelling your card, because they still get to charge you for 150 days after cancellation. If you do business with this company, do NOT give them any checking or credit card account numbers unless the bank provides this service. When you want to cancel service, call your bank and put that block in place right away. Then there's no need to waste your time trying to get them to cancel, because they won't, EVER, no matter what you do.
