My wife and I purchased a home about 4 months ago. First off the owner(Mark) is a great guy, it's his staff/guys they are Lazy Lairs!!! we were told to cleaned the attic which is where the work was going to be done. We wanted to add a stronger outlet to both the upstairs bdrms & add a shower light. Mark had given me a date & time... I took off from work to have the work done since I work from home & the noise would be loud. The crew arrived to our house saying they could not perform the work because the attic was not cleared in the space they needed to work in, & we did not remove the floor boards in the attic. We were not told to remove drapes, or furniture. I said to the one guy, while you get your tools my husband & I will remove the drapes & move the end tables out of your way. He then said they would not be able to do the work because it was an all day job... I said Yes, I know we are scheduled for today - All Day... he went to his van, called the office & Lied!! said we were not prepared. Do Not do Business with these Liars!!! They are Lazy & do not want to work if the job isn't an easy job. they didn't want to do the job that they were scheduled to do. It worked out Perfect for me because we hired another contractor who did the job & did not have to move all the things we were told we had to move. There was a motor vehicle accident that pulled down the mast and weatherhead attached to our service meter, knocking out our power. The electric company told me I needed to hire an electrician to fix the mast before they could hookup the electric again. Not knowing any electricians in the area I went to Google for help. The first electrician I called did not answer, the second one had an answering service but never called back, the third one was MD Electrical Solutions and to my surprise they answered the phone promptly! I spoke to Mark, explained my situation, and he told me he could be at my house in a few hours and assured me that I would have electricity back "today". True to his word, he came to my house that afternoon. It was very windy and cold outside and they worked hard to take the old mast and weatherhead apart and put up new equipment. They finished late and he even stayed until 11pm when the power company was finally done and made sure everything was done. He charged a very fair price, was beyond professional and courteous.
