We found KB Electric online and decided to give them a try. The phone was answered immediately by Alicia who was so helpful, listened to what we needed done and set up an appointment for us immediately, which we were so grateful for. The electric wire going into the house was hanging very low and we realized the attachment on the house (for lack of a better explanation) was hanging off the house. Alicia asked us to send photos and I did with a comment" didn't realize how bad it was". Her response was "I've seen worse" so right off the bat she made me feel better. She asked if we wanted her to send someone to give us a quote, but we didn't want to waste time on that so said no. She quoted us how much it would be per hour (+ materials) and we were very happy with the final price (we felt very reasonable). The 2 electricians were here at 8:30 on a day when it was below 20 degrees!! They did a great job and were in/out in a little over an hour. On June 28, 2014, Iaione Electric, Inc. installed 6 recess lights in my unfinished attic. One of…read morethe light started malfunctioning a month after the installation. The bulbs kept burning out and sparkles came out of the recess light shell. I called the owner of the company, Tom Iaione, several time to come back to rectify the problems. He did not even bother to return any of my calls. I showed the Iaione light installation to another contractor. My contractor informed me that the entire installation is against the Electrical Code and it might create a severe fire hazards. These people do not even know the basic facts and knowledge about electric installation. I cannot figure out how they obtained the sate licence. I have filed formal complaints against them with Better Business Bureau and Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors. But, Iaione has failed to provide responses. Iaione is not qualified to be a licensed electrician. Please join me and file your complaints against Iaione with the same agencies. May be the board suspends their license for not doing any other shoddy jobs. THEY ALL HORRIBLE. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST. I

I called Chris Baum at Espositio who had originally sold me the transfer switch, told him we were in the dark and the switch did not work. He said he would send someone out ASAP. 25 MINUTES LATER a truck shows up. The tech Alex was polite, friendly and professional. Turns out the generator was left off by the last guys to come out. He fixed the problem and tested the switch before he left. IT IS VERY RARE these days to find a company that provides such excellent and FAST service AND there was no charge for the visit.
