I still asked him to quote the project and his price was competitive with the other 4 bids that we received. Only one of the other 4 companies were honest enough to tell me that I did not need a new roof at that time, so All Pro was already the standout from an integrity/honesty standpoint. Fast forward to this year -- my wife and I decided to proceed with our roofing project, and so I reached back out to All Pro as well as a few other roofing companies. All Pro's price was again very competitive with the other companies, and Adam took a lot of time to explain the installation process and the difference in shingle options, so we decided to select All Pro as our vendor of choice. His crew removed the old roof in a day, identified and replaced existing wood and facia as necessary, and installed our new Certainteed Presidential TL roof in country grey in about a week. Everyday, his crew thoroughly cleaned up any debris, dirt and nails around the property. On came out to inspect the roof and pointed out the various problems on the roof, and suggested a full replacement on the bathroom section. I also inquire about work on our garage (though it's not leaking, but it's in need of replacement). On gave me an estimate of work for both garage and bathroom in a terrific value; I was shocked initially since no other contractor has given me such a reasonable estimate. Written and later official estimate was given, and the cost, part, work was exactly as quoted (aside from plywood needed for the garage) On is very genuine and respectful. He maintains a very high level of communication, and you just feel greatly welcomed when talking to him. Out of the 4 days of work done, On is pretty much there every day to inspect and verify proper work is done by the crew. When the crew do finish their work at the end of each day, there is NO mess left behind in the house/garden. Everything is cleaned up and nearly placed by the wall. My wife was shocked and commented that the yard was cleaner than the day before. AAA Expert Roofing did a fantastic job in my home repair, and I'm glad I ve selected them.

An Architect's Review…read more As an architect, I work with contractors on a regular basis and needless to say, I was probably more particular than most when it came to choosing someone to work on my own home. Word of mouth and research led me to ARC / Armando... and I'm glad I went with him! From the beginning, communication was clear and straightforward. We went through the scope of work, my requirements and budget. I had some very basic drawings prepared to communicate my ideas. Along the way, Armando made suggestions to work with my requirements and budget. His pricing was reasonable and, most importantly, he completed the work within the budget we originally agreed upon. Anyone who has done a renovation before knows how easily costs can start creeping up once work begins. That was not my experience here. The scope and budget were established upfront and Armando stuck to them. And this was very important to me as I had no way of accommodating an increase in cost. The work was for a garage renovation, it included interior demo, replacement of an exterior window, addition of a new exterior door, vinyl wood flooring, drywall and installation of a new gypsum ceiling. Work progressed efficiently and to my expectations with no unnecessary delays. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and mostly Armando initiating the conversations to keep me updated. He was also very easy to work with on finishes and hardware. Some items I provided myself while others were sourced by him. Again, he made recommendations to work with my budget while not compromising on quality. Speaking of quality, the quality of the work was exceptional. It has now been over a year since the renovation was completed and everything still looks as good as the day it was finished. Absolutely zero complaints! His attention to detail was very much appreciated. He constantly made suggestions when he felt something could be improved. For example, he suggested a more random tile pattern for the vinyl floor instead of the more regular stagger I had proposed. We went with his suggestion and I am very pleased with it. Armando is knowledgeable, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Coming from someone who deals with contractors professionally all the time, I don't make that recommendation lightly. Definitely highly recommended and he will be my first call for future projects!

He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done the right way. The workmanship and quality of the materials exceeded our expectations, and the finished roof looks amazing. What really stood out was how reliable and hardworking Alex was throughout the project. The best contractor experience I've had in 23 years of restoring a 101-year-old house…read more I honestly don't know where to begin, except to say that I wish Major League Roofing were general contractors, because they are the first company I have worked with in 23 years of restoring my 101-year-old house that I would immediately ask back to do another project. From the very beginning, Serafin was responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He answered every question, explained things without making me feel like I should already know the answer, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and who was responsible for what. And perhaps the greatest compliment I can give is that very little went wrong--which, on a major project on a 101-year-old house, is no small thing. But there were a few moments when something needed attention, and that is where I really saw the quality of the company. Every snag was met with responsibility rather than defensiveness, and with swift, practical remediation. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or argue to have something addressed. Serafin simply listened, figured it out, and took care of it. The roof itself is beautiful. We went with a Viejo blended tile, which gives the new roof variation and character rather than making it look like a brand-new, uniform roof was dropped onto a century-old house. Serafin was incredibly patient as I worked through those aesthetic decisions, and the finished result is exactly what I hoped for. The project also included new gutters and downspouts, which turned out to be a bigger improvement than I expected. I now have a properly functioning drainage system, with water directed either into my rain barrels or safely away from the house. And when I had a last-minute realization that I wanted black rather than white downspouts, the change was handled without drama. But what really sets Major League Roofing apart is the communication and follow-through. Serafin was on site for the critical parts of the project, coordinated the inspections, kept me updated about what was happening, and continued checking in even after the roof was complete. He even arranged for screens to be added to my scuppers after I mentioned them and offered to personally come back in a year to clean the gutters. That level of care is rare. I had five roofing companies come out before choosing Major League Roofing. Only three actually followed through with estimates, and after comparing the companies, I felt confident choosing Serafin. Now that the project is complete, I can honestly say I made the right decision. I started this project with a lot of anxiety because my house has so much history and so many layers of work behind it. I knew I was entrusting someone with much more than simply replacing a roof. Serafin understood that. The roof passed final inspection, the finished work is beautiful, and I am genuinely happy with the entire experience. After 23 years of working on this house, I can say without hesitation that Major League Roofing is the first contractor I would happily invite back to work on my home. I needed to discuss replacing the underlayment on my roof or completely replacing the roof. I sent him a message and he called me that same day and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I asked him about replacing the roof and he immediately said we would save a lot of money by just pulling the existing cement tile and placing a new 50 year underlayment on the roof. He also said the attic would be much cooler, approximately 20 degrees versus using a new asphalt shingle. Well, I agreed with his plan and his quote was very competitive. His comments on the detailed work they provided sealed the deal. Javier and his experienced team arrived one week later to begin the repair and replacement of the underlayment. I was out of town and he notified me later the first day to show me pictures and explain that he needed to replace a lot of the water damaged plywood sheeting. The complete job, which included painting the underside of the new shiplap material was completed in four days.
