I chose this company since the pricing was competitive and the contract terms and communication were very clear. I felt that Fabian was a trustworthy contractor from his professionalism, detailed explanations to my questions, and quick responses. There was a team of 5 others aside from Fabian and they were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that so many people showed up to get the work done quickly. I added additional drywall and plumbing work and the work performed by this company was absolutely amazing. They fixed mistakes that a previous plumber created. The previous plumber took messy shortcuts and Avelar remodeling really takes pride in getting the job done right. Above all, the customer service was extremely excellent and Fabian offered a lot of home improvement insight that was very valuable. I am very happy with all the work that was completed at my house and already recommended this company to my family and friends. I also plan to hire him again to do do additional work on my bathroom.

Let me outline my experience. 1.) All work began promptly and was executed in a clean and efficient manner. This is a big deal, if you've never remodeled before. I saw substantial progress every day and, at the end of every day, the work was clean too. It was able to live in my house without any issue. The kitchen, which is the center of my home, was sealed effectively. 2.) I work long hours and am lucky enough to live in a quiet neighborhood. All work was done in a way which was a non-issue with my neighbors and, when I worked nights, work was done efficiently and quietly enough when needed to allow me to catch up on much-needed sleep. This is amazing. 3.) No shortcuts taken - ever. The lighting and electrical work, the installation of external vents, the cabinetry, painting and all else was executed in a timely manner with high quality. Carlos was on-hand through the job and treated the job as if it was his own home. This is rare, folks. The crew working was definitely the A-team too - lots of craftsmanship from all the tradesmen. 4.) The pricing for all work was readily competitive with other bids, but with far more transparency than you'd get using another contractor. Carlos is a guy who you can be honest with and can get honesty in return from. Don't let the relative new-ness of this Yelp page fool you. This wasn't just a cosmetic remodel. The bathroom was completely gutted, and the electrical and plumbing were updated and reconfigured, including relocating the light switches and adding new lighting. We removed the old bathtub and created a beautiful walk-in shower, enlarged the shower window, added a built-in bench and niche, and completely updated the tile, flooring, vanity, fixtures, and finishes. The tile work is absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the bathroom is incredible. We were able to choose everything we wanted, and Bryce and his team brought our vision to life even better than I expected. One of the things I appreciated most about Bryce was how involved he was throughout the entire project. He came by every day to check on the progress, and he was hands-on with the work himself. He was always easy to talk to and approachable, and whenever we had a question, he took the time to answer it. He was also very transparent and upfront about costs, and if something unexpected came up, he communicated with us honestly. Every person he brought into our home was professional, respectful, and considerate of our space. Bryce also worked really well with my husband, and I appreciated that they were able to communicate openly and make sure everyone was on the same page throughout the project. At the end of the day, the quality of the work speaks for itself. I am absolutely blown away by our new bathroom and couldn't be happier with the finished result. If you're looking for a contractor who is honest, professional, knowledgeable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, I would highly recommend Bryce and LVL General Contracting. We definitely found someone we would trust with future projects in our home -- and honestly, I think we made a friend along the way too. Thank you, Bryce, for bringing our vision to life!

Late on a Friday evening, we discovered serious floor damage beneath our tenant's bathroom toilet after it was removed during a plumbing repair. Throughout the entire process, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions/concerns, was proactive in finding solutions, and made us feel confident that the work was being done correctly. The quality of the work was excellent and his team worked efficiently to complete the project in two days. On top of the emergency repair, we also decided to update the vanity to match the new floors. Bryce went above and beyond by helping us with materials and design choices late on a Saturday night. It can be difficult to find trustworthy, reliable contractors in this industry, which made us even more grateful to have come across Bryce and his team. Most importantly, we wanted to find someone we could continue working with for future projects, and we definitely did. Highly recommend Bryce and his team!
