I've been using John for 3 years now and am always extremely pleased with their work. We had Herman and Benny come out to renovate our kitchen. A full tear down and rebuild was in order. Our laundry is also attached and was in need of rearranging. Their workmanship was fantastic as always, as usual I knew what I wanted and John was able to ensure our plan was executed and the outside is outstanding. See the photos for yourself. Definitely hire John for your next project. QPS has now refit out entire house with new lights and ceiling fans, renovated our ensuite, restored out patio which was termite riddled and renovated our kitchen, we will have our bathroom done next. read more

This company is AWESOME! I hired them originally for two doors to be installed on each side of my garage where we had no doors prior. They did the job faster, and for less money than I was quoted by two other companies. They even left the garage cleaner then when they got there! Super fair pricing and Jon and his crew are very down to earth and friendly yet professional. I was so happy with the first job I hired them to install some vinyl flooring throughout my living room, dining room and hallway. I was getting very high quotes from everyone else and I gave Jon a call and again he had better pricing with a fast turn around to start the job! They did the floor prep so fast you could tell they do this all the time. And they again were super clean not leaving a mess behind. The floor job was finished 1/2 a day early on top of that. I can not say enough good things about Jon and his crew. Some of the best priced, fair and honest people, and very high skill/quality work I have ever had done. We are now looking around the house for what we can have these guys do next, no doubt I will have Jon and his crew handle all our projects going forward with confidence. read more

We went with Jon and his crew to renovate our bathroom which was in dire need of repair. He was very responsive, timely, pricing was good/ fair, had great recommendations, and the quality of work was great. Good communication and a reliable guy, two things that are hard to find with stuff like this! Would definitely go with them again for any work we have in the future. read more

This is the second time we have used Quality Property Services and they are every bit, still an exceptional company to employ their services. The first time we used them to update all the lights, fittings & fan fixtures throughout the house. This time, we needed a renovation on our ensuite bathroom. John came out a few times to get to know the area and talk with us over our ideas of what we wanted and what was achievable within the very small space. John as always was forthright in what the estimate covered and gave us the list of items we were going to supply to sit our aesthetic. We supplied Kohler toilet & shower fittings. White beveled subway tiles in the shower and slate looking tiles for the floor in a herringbone pattern. John's team had exceptional preparation, always laying drop-cloths prior to starting work and diligently cleaning throughout and around the work-site at the end of the day. Please look at the photos, the quality of the work speaks for itself, the finished product is excellent, the his and hers shower niche means no more shower caddy, the shower is easy to clean, and the floor to ceiling tile-work is outstanding. read more

5 stars all the way, and we definitely will be using Quality Property Services for future handyman jobs! Jon and his son (Joseph?) arrived on time, in a great, focused frame of mind, and willingly attacked our wall bed installation right away. It took them 4 straight hours to complete the job. The price was right, his communication (via phone and text) was timely and responsive, and he finished the job without issue and surpassed my expectations. They also vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves so there was no evidence of any work done. Give Jon a call if you need a handyman for any job around your house. You'll be happy and more than satisfied with his work and work ethic. Mind you, Jon came to our rescue after we had hired another "handyman" (JC Handyman Services, you can look at my profile to see my review of his "services") and that guy bailed an hour after starting the install job. The guy never came back and texted me with an excuse that he has shoulder pain and could not complete the job. From my experience, absolutely do not hire JC from JC Handyman Services. Instead, hire Jon from Quality Property Services and you will not be disappointed! read more

We recently met Jon, asked for a quote to touch up the paint on our house and replace a door. We actually got 3 quotes back and Jons was not only competitive, but comprehensive- and it was the first response. He took the time to take a good look and made some great suggestions, without making us feel like we were being sold unwanted services or advice. (You get good vibes from Jon- not car salesman vibes.) The paint job is complete, his attention to detail is appreciated, and we're happy with the result. We have a few more projects coming up (need to save up some $ first) and I can honestly say we would like to use Jon again. read more

We use this company primarily for all our odd jobs around the house and they are always very professional. From the assessment of the job, to the price and timeline, they provide excellence. Highly recommend Jon and his crew. read more

Lacks Professionalism- He didn't show up for our scheduled appointment time. Hours later i get an apologetic message and we were able to reschedule. He came to my home and stated he would e-mail me an estimate in a few days. Its been weeks and never heard anything back. I texted him to inquire about my estimate and no response at all. Bottom line, if your too busy to take on a job tell me up front and please dont waste my time. read more

This was the first time I've used Quality Property Services and it won't be the last. I was very impressed with Jon and his team from start to finish. I had a long-term tenant move out of a rental unit that was in bad shape. Jon helped me renovate the unit to get it rent-ready. I am typically very critical of contractors and handymen and I haven't had the greatest experiences with them. Jon was one of many people I requested a bid from and I picked him because he was able to understand my needs and also provide his expertise to come up with a game plan. He didn't try and up-sell me on things I didn't need, but provided his input on value-add options that he thought would benefit me. I grew to trust him the more he delivered at every stages of the project. Many handymen have a game plan but most lack in execution. Jon and his team were prompt and my expectations were met and exceeded at every step of the process. After the renovation, I listed my rental unit and my phone won't stop ringing as everyone loves the finishes. There is nothing worse than finding a team to do renovation work, and later regret your decision midway into the project. It's important to find the right person for the job, and I am lucky that I found that with Jon. I would absolutely recommend Qualify Property Services to my friends and family going forward! read more

Jon is a great guy! He put in a new kitchen cabinets and countertops in a rental. He also installed a whole new front door and trim. I appreciate him being on time and getting the job done right. I will hire him again. read more

Was just hung up on by the owner who was far too busy to answer 2 simple questions. He was very rude, when I asked him if he does the work or if he assigned it to staff he took offense, pretty normal question if you ask me. When I let him know we would only be interested in him doing the work, he hung up on me. I called back to give him a chance to avoid this honest review and he sent me to voicemail. Mr. busy big shot, if you're too busy to be respectful and treat people appropriately, don't answer your phone. read more

We remodeled our two bathrooms. Jon and his team were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. They were professional, on-time, clean, and do great work. Jon was easy to work with. I really appreciated his willingness to work with us on design elements and choices, weighing in when asked, or letting me know if he recommended an alternative. Jon was friendly, trustworthy, and very fair. I've recommended him to others and would use him again in the future. read more

All I can say is wow! What an amazing job Fabian and Hector have done for us in our home. They have not only worked hard and actually completed the projects correctly (which we all know some don't) but they are friendly, honest and genuinely helpful. They aren't pushy when it comes to details, they listen to what you truly want done in your home. They revamped multiple rooms in our house and did an outstanding job. I would hire them again and will absolutely be referring them to my family/friends. Thanks again guys for all your hard work! read more

This review is so long overdue. Jon came to our home to install a dishwasher in April. Our home is old, so there hasn't ever been one installed. He did the work in less time than quoted and kept within the budget that he quoted us as well. He cut out drawers, installed electrical, and then the dishwasher. It was unbelievably clean when he left (especially considering cutting out the cabinets). He was kind in giving advice on some other home projects that we're thinking about, and was incredibly honest. We're very much looking forward to working with him again in the future! read more

We've utilized QPS on multiple projects and have always been pleased with their work. We were very pleased with the work Jon did for us on our 1912 Craftsman rental property. He gave us a great recommendation on the color choice for the interior walls and trim that he painted, as well as the new LVP flooring that he installed. Jon added a new quartz countertop (no sealing or maintenance required) to the period kitchen cabinets with a new under mount stainless steel sink, along with a new garbage disposal and faucet. He then installed a backsplash of subway tile along the length of the countertop that came out great. So much better than the old formica countertop that had been there for years, and the vintage looking subway tile that Jon recommended was a great match for a Craftsman home. The living room had some 1960's wood paneling, which we requested Jon remove. After he removed it, he restored the old lath and plaster walls that were beneath it to an excellent, smooth plaster finish. He also repaired the plaster walls and ceilings in a number of other places with the same quality work. The old oak floors, under the carpet that we removed, had a terrible amount of "squeak" to them when walked on. Jon and his guys eliminated most all of that annoying noise by better securing the oak flooring to the underlying subfloor. So much nicer to walk on now! As the original oak floor's poor condition didn't make refinishing an option, Jon recommended that we cover it with LVP plank flooring to replace the tan carpet that had previously covered it. Jon and his guys did a great job installing that. No more carpet shampooing, or replacing, to deal with now. This new LVP flooring was a huge improvement throughout the house! Jon finished all the work we requested in a timely manner, so that we would quickly have our property ready for new tenants. He was easy to work with, and we would highly recommended him for any work you might need on your home or rental property. We would definitely use his services again in the future! read more

I cannot come up with a single complaint. My 50 year old vacant condo rental needed a complete rehab as I was putting it up for sale. Jon took care of everything and gave me daily updates and pictures of everything done. (since I live 75 miles away). I pretty much gave him cart blanc and his choices in flooring, tile & appliances were perfect. He even bought a new furnace filter, and cleaned up my patio area & planter. The work was also completed on time and payment was made weekly depending on the job done. My unit was listed for 1 week and I got 11 offers. I was asking $375K and sold it for $400K. I'm sure his quality work helped pushed the price up. read more

Jon and his crew were professional, clean, friendly, reliable and did a perfect job on our home remodeling project. Everything from electrical repairs, dishwasher install, custom closet building, wood flooring install, and many more projects we had for them. They were always on time, worked diligently with very few breaks, and did a great job with their finish work and quality checking when they were done. What would have taken most people weeks to do, took Jon and his crew of two guys only 5 days to do. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing any project done in their house. read more

We needed someone to cut our granite countertop to fit a new drop-in stove. I was in a hurry since I didn't have a working stove. I wanted someone that had excellent reviews from previous customers and was within the nearby area. Jon fit the bill so I gave him a call. He quoted me a reasonable price and he was able to come out the next day. He and his son did such a great job that we asked him to install the stove too. He also does kitchen remodeling. Quick response to my message. Very professional. Met Jon and his painting foreman. Their attention to detail is impressive.

Jon turned out to be punctual, professional, and skillful. We needed to take care of the attic door and the furnace closet, and Jon completed both projects ahead of schedule and under the original budget. When some unexpected issues arose during the process, Jon was quick to come up with a solution that fit our needs completely.
