This company is AWESOME! I hired them originally for two doors to be installed on each side of my garage where we had no doors prior. They did the job faster, and for less money than I was quoted by two other companies. They even left the garage cleaner then when they got there! Super fair pricing and Jon and his crew are very down to earth and friendly yet professional. I was so happy with the first job I hired them to install some vinyl flooring throughout my living room, dining room and hallway. This is the second time we have used Quality Property Services and they are every bit, still an exceptional company to employ their services. The first time we used them to update all the lights, fittings & fan fixtures throughout the house. This time, we needed a renovation on our ensuite bathroom. John came out a few times to get to know the area and talk with us over our ideas of what we wanted and what was achievable within the very small space. Jon and his son (Joseph?) arrived on time, in a great, focused frame of mind, and willingly attacked our wall bed installation right away. It took them 4 straight hours to complete the job. The price was right, his communication (via phone and text) was timely and responsive, and he finished the job without issue and surpassed my expectations. They also vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves so there was no evidence of any work done. Give Jon a call if you need a handyman for any job around your house. You'll be happy and more than satisfied with his work and work ethic. Mind you, Jon came to our rescue after we had hired another "handyman" (JC Handyman Services, you can look at my profile to see my review of his "services") and that guy bailed an hour after starting the install job. This was the first time I've used Quality Property Services and it won't be the last. I was very impressed with Jon and his team from start to finish. I had a long-term tenant move out of a rental unit that was in bad shape. Jon helped me renovate the unit to get it rent-ready. I am typically very critical of contractors and handymen and I haven't had the greatest experiences with them. Jon was one of many people I requested a bid from and I picked him because he was able to understand my needs and also provide his expertise to come up with a game plan. This review is so long overdue. Jon came to our home to install a dishwasher in April. Our home is old, so there hasn't ever been one installed. He did the work in less time than quoted and kept within the budget that he quoted us as well. He cut out drawers, installed electrical, and then the dishwasher. We were very pleased with the work Jon did for us on our 1912 Craftsman rental property. He gave us a great recommendation on the color choice for the interior walls and trim that he painted, as well as the new LVP flooring that he installed. Jon added a new quartz countertop (no sealing or maintenance required) to the period kitchen cabinets with a new under mount stainless steel sink, along with a new garbage disposal and faucet. He then installed a backsplash of subway tile along the length of the countertop that came out great. So much better than the old formica countertop that had been there for years, and the vintage looking subway tile that Jon recommended was a great match for a Craftsman home. The living room had some 1960's wood paneling, which we requested Jon remove. After he removed it, he restored the old lath and plaster walls that were beneath it to an excellent, smooth plaster finish. He also repaired the plaster walls and ceilings in a number of other places with the same quality work. The old oak floors, under the carpet that we removed, had a terrible amount of "squeak" to them when walked on. Jon and his guys eliminated most all of that annoying noise by better securing the oak flooring to the underlying subfloor. So much nicer to walk on now! As the original oak floor's poor condition didn't make refinishing an option, Jon recommended that we cover it with LVP plank flooring to replace the tan carpet that had previously covered it. Jon and his guys did a great job installing that. No more carpet shampooing, or replacing, to deal with now. This new LVP flooring was a huge improvement throughout the house! Jon finished all the work we requested in a timely manner, so that we would quickly have our property ready for new tenants. He was easy to work with, and we would highly recommended him for any work you might need on your home or rental property. We would definitely use his services again in the future! read more

Jon took care of everything and gave me daily updates and pictures of everything done. (since I live 75 miles away). We needed someone to cut our granite countertop to fit a new drop-in stove. I was in a hurry since I didn't have a working stove.
