Zak came out and repaired a single piece of tile for me that was loose, about to fall off the edge, and was roughly 20ft up. He had to use an extension ladder as the tile was not accessible from the roof. He pushed it back in and used adhesive caulk to secure it in place. Basically a bandaid fix that hopefully buys me a couple years or more before needing another repair. Overall I think his pricing was fair ($125) and saved me the hassel of buying a new extension ladder to do it myself. Hes a bit quiet but was friendly. Pretty straight forward process. All in all it worked out and he performed to my expectation. I recommend to give him a try for your handyman needs. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Responsive, available, came out right away. Took care of at least 10 fixes around the house that had been languishing for months or years. Even though I called to repair just one thing, I ended up having him repair multiple holes in dry wall, tightened loose shelves and towel racks and toilet paper holders all over, sanded/shaved an exterior door that had been frayed from weather and would close, assisted me in removing an old flat screen and mounting an 85" TV, replaced old/clogged bathroom faucets and knobs that were clogged, etc. As he was there, I just kept thinking of one thing after another that had needed fixing for months or years, and he took care of them all. All were done nicely and in one day. When dry wall patches were done, he perfectly matched it so you could not even see the original hole. The guy is a really good efficient worker. Was working on 5 things at once around the house, fixing shelves while dry wall was drying, no time on the phone, no sitting around, just working and getting it done. And, has all the tools and unexpectedly missing parts, tools, screws, nuts, bolts, etc. needed for fixes. I don't know enough about handyman pricing for comparison, but he fixed everything correctly and nicely and, meticulously itemized his cost for each repair, and I was happy to pay it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's a great feeling to get all those little (or bigger) nagging fixes all taken care of. Maybe you can fix it (or not), but it's a lot easier to have this guy do it now and correctly, rather than wait until you get around to it. read more
