Paul is an absolute All-Star and deserves more than 5 stars!…read more I found Handybox Handyman on Yelp while looking for someone to fix a shower enclosure leak at our family rental property. Water was leaking outside the shower and had started damaging the baseboard. Paul responded right away, was extremely professional and friendly, and sent me a scope that explains exactly what he was going to do and what was included in the service. His pricing was also very fair. He came out the very next day, recaulked the entire shower enclosure, and replaced/repainted the damaged baseboard. While working, he noticed a potential issue that could have been contributing to the leak and took the time to explain it and provided a solution. He went above and beyond and caulked additional areas that weren't part of the original scope. Paul is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely kind. Part of me doesn't even want to write this review because I don't want him getting too busy for my future projects but I'm not gonna gatekeep this guy. Paul is the man. Highly recommend Paul and Handybox Handyman!

Paul provided a very reasonable quote for the job, and while he did revise it higher once he saw the scope of the job, it was still a fair price for the work and less than others had quoted. He was very communicative throughout the process and installed the gate in just a few hours. We are thrilled with the work and expect it to outlast our house, which is what we wanted when we purchased a custom gate in the first place. His can-do attitude convinced us he was the right man for the job, and we could not be happier with the final result. We'll definitely bring him in for future jobs whenever we find ourselves a bit over our heads!
