I chose this company since the pricing was competitive and the contract terms and communication were very clear. I felt that Fabian was a trustworthy contractor from his professionalism, detailed explanations to my questions, and quick responses. There was a team of 5 others aside from Fabian and they were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that so many people showed up to get the work done quickly. I added additional drywall and plumbing work and the work performed by this company was absolutely amazing. They fixed mistakes that a previous plumber created. The previous plumber took messy shortcuts and Avelar remodeling really takes pride in getting the job done right. Above all, the customer service was extremely excellent and Fabian offered a lot of home improvement insight that was very valuable. I am very happy with all the work that was completed at my house and already recommended this company to my family and friends. I also plan to hire him again to do do additional work on my bathroom.

I had received two other quotes and in my opinion, Eddie's approach and price was very competitive and better, and he did not fail to live up to expectations. Eddie and his crew were punctual, the time he told me is the time they showed up. They made sure to protect my flooring and other items in the house the best they could. I have had prior experience with other contractors who did nothing to protect anything in my house. They showed up and took care of business every day, and they cleaned up after themselves the best they could, which I greatly appreciated. A HUGE plus is Eddie has his own large dump trailer, which made things very easy in keeping things clean and orderly throughout the project. As the demo was going, the old material was easily going out, and there was no clutter or debris laying around anywhere whatsoever, which I greatly appreciated. Eddie kept me informed of everything almost on a daily basis, something I was not used to from other experiences but I felt was a phenomenal approach. I felt very involved in the project, even though I was not doing anything labor wise lol! Any small setback or anything unexpected thrown our way, Eddie made sure to show me proof in various ways there were certain things neither he or I could control. Even though I did not ask that from him, again I thought it was a very professional and courteous approach to doing business. I was very pleased with the remodel, Eddie made sure to double check everything, he customized everything to our liking... He went so far as to make my wife sit down in her makeup vanity area, and make sure the height of all the switches, lights, etc were exactly how she wanted them, before installing anything. I cannot say enough of how I highly recommend Eddie and his team for whichever project you are thinking of doing. You lose absolutely nothing with at least giving him a chance to look at your project, and see what he has to offer. I guarantee you his approach is much better and different than others. I attached some pictures of the final project, and we are very happy and pleased with how everything turned out. We also sought Eddie's opinion on ALOT of things, so as you can see with his experience he has a good eye for style, and what would probably look best for your project.

We had a vision, and Mike brought it to life!…read more We've tackled our fair share of remodel projects over the years, but nothing quite prepared us for the leap into a complete, ground-up ADU build. We knew this wasn't a project to hand off to just anyone, we needed a true expert, someone who could steer us through every twist and turn with confidence. That's exactly what we found in Mike. From our very first meeting, Mike had a calm, reassuring presence that told us we were in good hands. He listened closely to our vision, asked the right questions, and laid out a clear path forward that immediately put our minds at ease. And trust us, our minds needed easing, we came to him with a steady stream of nervous, sometimes repetitive questions, and he never once made us feel like a burden. He answered every single one with patience, warmth, and genuine reassurance. Communication was a true highlight of working with Mike. He kept us updated at every stage, so we always knew exactly where things stood. What could have been an incredibly stressful, all-consuming process instead felt manageable, even exciting. He also took the reins on coordinating with city inspectors throughout the entire build, handling all the back-and-forth so we didn't have to lift a finger. That alone lifted a massive weight off our shoulders. And the icing on the cake? He finished the entire project ahead of the estimated timeline, without ever cutting corners on quality or care. If you're on the fence about a big build like this, let us save you the trouble: call Mike. He turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one we're genuinely grateful for, and the final result speaks for itself. We couldn't recommend him more highly.
