He was very communicative with fast replies on text, he has wonderful work habits and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. He removed an old garden window for us and replaced it with another, then patched the drywall and stucco. He did such a great job, we asked him to move a gas line for us and he did, no problem! I found Carlos very conscientious and polite. (He was careful to ask if he could use our restroom if we weren't home and really took his time to make sure he understood requests and then repeated them back to me.) Initially I thought no big deal, contact the person who installed the fence and have them fix it. If it were only that easy. I reached out to Servins and he said he would fix it. Four days later he asks when he could come to address it. I tell him I'm waiting on approval to start work and would let him know. I reach out to him once I received proper permission and he says he'd come either that day or that Saturday. Well it's been over a month and I've heard absolutely nothing from him. Not only am I left with a leak in my roof, I now have to pay someone else to fix the roof and fix the inside of my home where the leak caused damaged in my home.

As a woman, I am very careful about hiring folks to do work in my living space and Isias is very trustworthy. We had a bunch of door issues arise due to faulty installation by a different contractor. None of the doors were closing or would get stuck so we couldn't get out! It was like living in a fun house! Isias and his team came in and quickly fixed all of the doors. We also asked if he could replace a few bathtub stoppers which he did really efficiently. We appreciated how he painted and cleaned the work site, and how he finished the tasks on schedule and on budget. One of the doors had a special issue requiring additional work, and he came and fixed it up without charging us extra. He treats your place with respect!
