Ronald has done it again. He previously did some work for me so I called him back. I had some wood flooring damaged due to a water leak. I put in a request Ronald answered me within an hour, came by the nxt day & gv me 2 quotes. 1 to repair the damage pieces & 1 for changing out the entire floor. Ronald was able to take the wood flooring out of the closet & use it to repair the damaged floor. He also put down all new flooring in the closet (I didn't tk pictures of closet) as always He was prompt on time & was finished with both floors in about 1hr. Reached out via Yelp! for a one-off job. Had our kitchen remodeled last year but the contractor left the dishwasher space too small, so the cabinet doors on either side would rub against the dishwasher when opened and closed. GR handyman, reached out and made an appt for Saturday morning. They showed up a few min early and checked it out & got right to work. They were able to fix the problem and installed the dishwasher. Checked to make sure it worked, cleaned up as they went (a HUGE PLUS in my book). They were friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. He was able to do the job the same week. He showed up early, which was good for me, and got to work after I showed them the work area.
