The owner was very nice and professional when I called to schedule. 2. The cleaners were on time, and I appreciated that they called when they were getting close to my house. 3. The cleaners were polite and respectful. The Cons: 1. The interior of at least two cabinets weren't even touched. No big deal in the kitchen, but the guest bathroom only has one cabinet! The cabinet was filthy (looked like the previous owners spilled some lotion under there). I spend almost $500 having the home cleaned; therefore I shouldn't have had to go around cleaning things that the cleaners missed. 2. I noticed black blotches on my carpet after the cleaners were finished. I asked the team leader about the blotches and he said that it was probably due to dirt that was cleaned off of the ceiling fans and had settled into the carpet. He scrubbed the spots a little, but they didn't lighten much. Luckily I had the carpets cleaned the next day and that did the trick, but the bottom line is that the carpets were dirtier AFTER the cleaners came through. Unsatisfactory. 3. The company charges per cleaner, per hour. Sounded find to me; however, when I asked the cleaners to wipe the interior of the windows, they told me it would cost another five dollars per window! I went ahead and paid because I wanted the home completely clean as a present for my wife, but that's ridiculous. They charged per hour, yet they also charged to wipe the windows. How is that not double charging? I considered hiring the company to come out and service my lawn (which they also do), but for the reasons stated above, especially # 3, I will not be using their services again.
