But here's the kicker: they BROKE the toilet too! and still had to pay full price! Weeks later, the new homeowners reached out to share their disappointment about the mess and asked us to prove that we actually paid for a clean up service, which was humiliating. On top of that, Sparkly Maids tacked on x2 pet hair removal fees + other fees, took way more time, refused to issue even a partial refund, and now threatening me because I said my boyfriend and I would write 1 star reviews (the owner called me christmas eve to say if I fxxk with his business, he'll fxxk with me by calling my employer??)
