I've booked Spekless four times now. Each time was super easy to do. After filling out their online booking form, they texted me to discuss details and finalize a quote. I really appreciate being able to text them since I don't necessarily want to answer a phone call at a random time when I might be busy. Their booking representatives are friendly and clear at explaining how their pricing works. Each booking, their cleaners texted me when they would arrive with around 30 min notice. Each team was efficient, finishing the job quickly and thoroughly. It was easy to add a tip to the credit card charge. I'll keep booking Spekless while I live in the area and would recommend them to everyone. read more

I've used Spekless a couple times to clean my condo between tenants. They are reliable, reasonably-priced, and provide a thorough cleaning service. The best part might be the convenience. Their online booking process is quick and efficient. Spekless makes cleaning fun! I plan to continue to leverage Spekless for all my condo cleaning needs. read more

Great response time and provide a great price. The people they contract are also responsive and flexible with you. Would recommend for move out cleaning. read more

We've been using Spekless a few months now and it's been such a huge help! They do a great job getting all the big jobs (tub, floors, etc) done but also they pay attention to details (like folding our guest towels in a cute way and wrangling all the stuffed animals in our sons room). Will definitely keep using them! read more

I've had a great experience. I was returning to my unit after six months and Spekless did an excellent job, went above and beyond making the place feel like home when I got back. First monthly cleaning was also excellent. read more

Paid for move-in bundle clean. Specified kitchen was one of our priorities and that we wanted all the cabinets cleaned inside and out. They spent the least amount of time in the kitchen. Pulled out one of the drawers and saw all the dirt was just pushed to the back. Countertops still have dirt on them. When we asked the cleaners if they were going to clean the windows, they said unless we asked for that prior to their arrival, they won't do it. For what we paid for, as well as it being a completely empty house, I expected more. Update 8/26/19: I have emailed and called the company multiple times and no one has yet to reach back with me. They obviously don't care about the customers after they've taken your money. Please avoid this company at all costs. read more

I worked with Spekless Cleaning for the first time last week and was so impressed I am going to have them come for monthly cleanings. Not only was my house spotless but, their communication is top notch. It was seamless to schedule an appointment online, they reminded me of my appointment, reached out when they were on the way, and were even kind enough to bring a couple packages inside that arrived after I left. They also sent me a picture to show me both were inside safe and sound. I really appreciated that and it was certainly above and beyond. Highly recommend Spekless Cleaning! read more

This was my first time using Spekless cleaning and I was completely satisfied with the end results. We had a move out cleaning done and there was ALOT of dog hair that needed to be cleaned up and they did a fantastic job getting it all! They were quick to respond to any questions and were very friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future. read more

Speckless is a great company. Booking online an customizing services is a breeze. The Spekless cleaning team has done a wonderful job cleaning our home this last year. I'm always amazed by their services and their impeccable customer care! I've had to reschedule several cleans due to unexpected circumstances and the team is always understanding and accommodating. They're quick to respond, kind, attentive, and make it known that they want you to have the best cleaning experience possible. They're also more affordable than other cleaning services, which is a huge plus! Thank you for the peace that comes with a clean home, Spekless team. I add "Cleaning Angels Arriving" to my calendar when a clean is scheduled and that's exactly what you all are! read more

We had a kitchen renovation that left our house a dusty mess. My family and I lived in temporary housing and we were worried about coming home to a dirty house. Thanks to Spekless, I was able to schedule for the day before our move back home. Unfortunately, the construction crew still had finishing touches to do on the day that I scheduled cleaning, so Spekless allowed their cleaning crew to start with the rooms that were not being worked on and then they came back another day for the kitchen and rest of the house. I really appreciated their flexibility and understanding in the matter. In a total of 4 hours, Team Maria got our house looking better than new. Maria and her team were all very hard workers and got a lot accomplished in a little time. read more

Spekless did a great job with the deep cleaning of our apartment. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and really needed the help with getting our place as clean as I'd like ahead of baby's arrival. The apartment looked and smelled amazing after our service, and they took care of all the tasks I've been unable to do (moldings, floors, etc.). Also highly recommend them for their fantastic and friendly customer service. I texted a couple of questions ahead of our service and always got a prompt and friendly response. Definitely plan to use their services again in the future! read more

A friend recommended Spekless for deep cleaning, and I was really happy with the job they did. Tamra made our oven look as good as new, and the whole crew was done with our 3 story townhouse in about 90 minutes. With a dog and a newborn I haven't had time to keep up with everything and so seeing the finishing touches - like the folded tissues on top of the box - was really nice. Our home smelled so nice and clean when they were done as well. Would definitely recommend them! read more

Like many of us I have been spending a lot of time at home and not cleaning it. I have been fostering dogs as well adding a new level of grime to the home. Before the holidays I needed a deep clean and spekless came through. The staff was responsive and helpful, booking was easy and the cost was very reasonable. I have recommended them to my friends who are moving and will use again when I need to come home to a clean living space. They also took covid precautions seriously which I appreciated. read more

We've had two different teams come over to clean the last few months and both have been outstanding! Very friendly and respectful. The cleaning is excellent and very thorough. They even cleaned the splat mat our 1 year old daughter uses at each feeding! Highly recommend Spekless for your cleaning needs. read more

I hired Maid Magic house cleaning service since I was expecting family for Labor Day Weekend and needed to have my place in tip top shape. They did a great job and I appreciated all the updates and reminders that really put me at ease that they were going to arrive as planned. They team arrived and cleaned much better than I ever could. You could tell these were real professionals and have been doing this for a long time at how efficient they were. I left them a nice tip for all their hard work. This is the only maid service in Dallas i'll be using in the future! read more

We've been monthly cleaning customers for the last ~6 months. They send one woman, who is on time, courteous and communicative and cleans for 2-2.5 hours. It appears to be the same woman now for the last several months, which is very nice as she knows us and how to get around our complex. We are very security conscious - we have security cameras (and of course let the maid know from the get go) and can attest that the service is thorough and professional! The things that differentiate Maid Magic for us is the customer service - I've had to move more than one appointment and they are great about it - and the narrow arrival time slot. For a working professional, I can't afford to be late to the office waiting for someone to arrive at our home. In addition, though we admittedly are fairly clean and try to pick up before the maid arrives, she is able to get a good cleaning in. It passes the mother in law test. Moreover, their website is very professional and I can do everything I need to online. Simple, easy, and dang, it's nice to come home to a clean home. If they did laundry too, I would literally pay them double, but unfortunately many services do not offer this. Alas, one can dream. read more

Joanne came over to clean my house, and I'm so happy that she's coming back. From start to finish Maid Magic is all about customer service: Rapid response times, friendly management, and good quality cleaners and cleaning supplies. I'd previously gotten a cleaning from another highly rated business on Yelp, but they were awful. Just having moved here from California at the time, I wondered if standards were different. It just turns out that the previous service didn't really have a high level of quality control. I see the difference here. As if a wonderfully clean house wasn't enough, they left a bottle of wine as a welcome to their service. These little touches make a big difference. read more

I called Maid Magic because my last cleaners cancelled on me last minute. They were able to fit me in the same week and I was impressed with their service. The person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and professional. I was able to tell him exactly what I needed done and everything was noted in my cleaning notes. Joann came on time, greeted me and was ready to work. She did an exceptional job cleaning, taking care of every nook and crevice. I didn't think our last Maid service could have done any better but I was wrong. Maid Magic is definitely my service of choice and I have also recommended them to my friends and family. You won't be disappointed! read more

I booked Maid Magic for my 4 bedrooms 2 bath home for the first time 2 weeks ago and since then they been extremely punctual and do an amazing job. I booked Maid Magic for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home cleaning last week and they did an awesome job. We were moving out and they had a really affordable move out package that we opted for. Really easy online booking and scheduling system! My maids Jeannie and Sarah arrived on the minute and were really sweet. They worked the entire 3 hours they were there. My home was spotless afterwards and I got my deposit back with no questions asked! Tip your cleaners well they deserve it! Won't hesitate to use their services in the future! read more

I hired Maid Magic to do a routine maintenance on my apartment since my main cleaner was out of town and they far exceeded my expectations! It was refreshing to see how seamless my experience went! I usually clean my house myself but after a particularly long week at work, I decided to hire a home cleaning service to come this time around. Such a great decision since I didn't need the added stress of getting my house ready for some relatives coming in town for the weekend. Booking and scheduling service with Maid Magic was a breeze! I chatted with one of the co-founders on the site and he guided me through it every step of the way! I shopped around asking for quotes but could barely get a call back. Maid Magic had their pricing on their site with no catches. Why don't more house cleaning services do that??? Maid Magic were a tad higher in pricing than the other quotes I was getting, but they blew me with away with how seamless everything was that I decided to go with them. My maids let me know exactly how far away they were so I even had time to run to the store for a quick errand before they came. They were really friendly and efficient. I still like cleaning my home myself but I won't go anywhere else for house cleaning service when I'm in a bind!! read more

Definitely pick another company. They half **sed most the cleaning, didn't even touch the windows even though it was made clear they would. I paid extra for the "move-in cleaning package" as we just bought the house. The house was literally empty. They just had to clean an empty house.. my wife wanted to move into a perfectly clean home that we just bought. I asked for a partial refund as we didn't even want them to come back out. They asked for pictures to show their boss for the partial refund. We provided the pictures and then they went radio silent.. read more

I hired Maid Magic through their website for a move out clean last week and they did an amazing job. I was really impressed by their professionalism and the girls that came to clean we're really sweet. Will be using their services regularly! read more

Very disappointing. Paid for deep cleaning of my downstairs and they didn't do the job that other services would do on a regular schedule. They made bed but left the shams and decorative pillows on the floor, they didn't vacuum inside closet or up against walls. Nothing was straightened and I find it hard to believe that they were able to dust and magically get everything in the house back into the EXACT same spot. Other item expected in a deep clean were ignored. Blinds were not touched. Hand mirror in bathroom was not cleaned. Small floor rug was not vacuumed under. Towels on racks were not straightened. Do not recommend and will definitely never use again. Have used many different services in the area and they are the worst by far. read more

My housekeepers of 5 years recently moved out of town and left me looking for someone to take over. Thank goodness I checked Yelp and found Maid Magic. The customer support so far has been fantastic and it's extremely easy to reach someone for questions. I booked their services online and really appreciate how convenient scheduling is! My assigned housekeeper Joann has been super as well! Very friendly, courteous, punctual, and does a damn good job cleaning! Very happy with the service overall! read more

I have to admit... I was a tad skeptical at all the good reviews. How could a business be THAT good? Well, friends. It's all true! Today, Marcela came and deep cleaned my house and even hours later, we are finding areas she so thoroughly cleaned! What a joy! From the beginning of the process with booking and confirmation, every step has been so easy. We were originally scheduled for a 1:30-3:30 window, but she called around 11:30 to see if she could come then. "Absolutely," I said! She got there and got to work. When I arrived home later to see how everything looked, it was outstanding. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to others!! read more

Excellent maid service! I can't believe we were able to find a house cleaning service that was as OCD as they were. My wife was so happy with their cleaning that she wanted to book them again for bi weekly cleanings. We booked them for a one time cleaning to see if they live up to our expectations and they went beyond. I love our maid! She was kind, friendly and presented herself as a professional. I don't think we could find any other house cleaning service that could make us as happy. It is hard to find someone that's willing to put the extra mile into their work like our maid did. read more

I had a friend refer me to Maid Magic after she hired them to clean up after a baby shower and she's been raving about them ever since. I've used a couple of the other highly rated home cleaning services here but none have been too impressive so I was willing to make a switch and I'm glad I did. I ordered a deep clean because I can be a little particular when it comes to me home. I'm glad I did because my maids came in and really put in extra work. They even scrubbed my baseboards and I've never gotten around to doing that before. They followed the checklist they provided to the T and it was overall a great experience. I would definitely hire them again! read more

I was excited to try Maid Magic after the rave reviews that I saw here, but unfortunately- I didn't have the same experience. I reached out via their online chat system twice without response before calling to inquire. I spoke with a receptionist and went through all available options- deep cleaning, hourly, etc. We spoke at length because I felt mine was a unique situation. I explained that although I lived in a 4/3, I only needed 2 of the rooms cleaned (1 is used for storage and the other an office I wanted left alone). She said that even though 2 rooms wouldn't be touched, I still needed to book a 4/3 deep clean, but the price would be adjusted after the cleaners. We discussed the booking price, as well as what would be the final. I quickly received an email confirmation and continued to receive notifications until the day of my scheduled cleaning, with each listing the same 2-person team. I was excited to see names that I recognized from other reviews and thought it was going to be great! Fast forward to the day of cleaning, I answer the door to a team of 3 (one of which was VERY young). I tried not to think anything of it and we did a walkthrough, where I explained again that 2 of the rooms were to be completely untouched. I let them know that the most important thing to me were floors and bathrooms. Let me state very clearly that the ladies were incredibly nice and what they did great- was GREAT! My bathrooms sparkled, and the floors looked amazing- but I admittedly wasn't looking very closely at other details during the final walkthrough. It wasn't until about 10min later that I was in the kitchen looking into the living room, when I realized the décor on my mantle was rearranged. I went to reorganize it and thought it a little odd, so I decided to go through the rest of the house. Everything had been completely rearranged. This was a bit of an inconvenience, but I still thought it wasn't *that* big of a deal? I'd never done this before, so I figured I'd mention it next time and just move on. That night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment had posted, but it hadn't been adjusted for the 2 rooms that the ladies didn't even enter. I waited a day or so, then called the office to inquire- speaking to a different receptionist. We spoke about the scheduling process and payment, at which point she referenced my team of 2 and said that it actually should have cost less than what I was initially quoted... what? I explained that I actually had 3 cleaners, and then how I felt uncomfortable with the fact that they had no record of who was in my home. She was confused and said she would call me back. The owner then calls me, also very confused about the entire situation and completely unaware that my cleaning crew had been switched to a team of 3. It was at this point that I went over all the concerns that I'd been holding my tongue on- the worker's age, rearranging of items, the conflicting booking process and payment info from various employees, including him. Instead of taking ownership, he pointed the finger at his team of receptionists. When pressed again, he said he recalled *now*- they thought my job was a big one which is why they switched my crew. He didn't at any point give me a clear answer on why this was not communicated to me. He couldn't explain except to say that this was not normal and that I just so happened to "experience the perfect storm" of issues...? I reiterated to him that what the crew did great was GREAT, but that this utter confusion was making me apprehensive to work with them again. He explained that I was quoted inaccurately and offered to take off $10/room that the ladies did not enter. I explained that while the 2 rooms did not significantly affect the square footage of common areas, I thought it fair to pay what I was quoted in my very first call if it was in fact an office mistake. He did agree to honor that price, which I thanked him for, and then I decided to give it one more try and rebook. Over the next few days, I spoke with my boyfriend about the entire situation and we decided to cancel and explore other options, the biggest issue being that we were told a certain team would be in our home and an entirely different team came. That would have been fine had it been communicated, but that seemed to be a challenge for this company. There was SO much confusion from the office and because our goal was to find a recurring cleaning company, this lack of communication just didn't sit well with us. It may have been the perfect storm of issues... it may have been an off week... whatever the case, it was all enough to make me explore other companies. This opinion has nothing to do with the actual crew that came to my home, but I wanted to give an honest review of my experience with the office because I think that is equally important when deciding who you invite into your home. read more
