Food is decent most of time. Last few times order wrong. They forgot a few items or small portion of cooked dry, fish. This time on receipt they forgot the cheese fries on my order. Person over phone says no big deal. It was a dollar up charge we can send dollar out with delivery driver. Waste his time and mine? How about apologize and rectify situation . Customer service lacks. I'm five minutes away. Delivery was estimated at 20 minutes. I got the delivery two and a half hours after the order was out in. I called to find out what was going on after about an hour and forty five minutes, and was put on hold for almost fifteen minutes. I called, while still on hold on my phone, using my daughter's phone and said "don't put me in hold" as soon as the picked up. They told me it was on the way, someone just left with the order. Called back 20 minutes later and was told it should be there any minute. It finally arrived. I ordered a wrap which was open ended, as in not wrapped, and a cheeseburger club that the bread was not toasted, except for one burnt spot in the middle. I have no idea how that can even happen. So me and the wife flew into TF Green late and was starving, did a quick search for late night eats and Vito's pops up, decided to give it a shot, I checked the yelp reviews and truth be told wasn't lookin all that good, however walked right in was told to sit anywhere we'd like cool, their was some locals at the bar chopping it up RI style still all good, the restaurant itself is alittle rundown and smelled like a bar but it is what it is, was approached by our waitress who was very friendly, quickly gathered our order and was off, drinks were on the table within 3 mins and all food items were delivered in 15-18 mins, food was fantastic, I was really expecting trash judging by the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised, order was a cheese pizza, 8 hot wings, a pastrami sub with fries, again ALL Bomb!! Maybe I've been down South too long and forgot what a good pizza taste likes. I went back to Vitos and ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Delicious! It was also 12:30am and they were closing at 1:00am. Usually these places hate the late arrivals but they were really nice taking my order. So we just ordered from here and i have to say I did not get the pizza tonight but did get a chicken club sandwich a calzone a cheese quesadilla and a pastrami Wife loved her chicken , my son loves the calzone and my little one ate the whole quesadilla!!! the pizza seems like it was bought in the freezer isle and heated up. the cheese slid right off when i pulled a slice out which is bothersome and the crust is so thick! also when you go to pick it up the music is blasting inside it's hard to hear the wait staff. this was our second time ordering from here and i guess it was better than the first because the first time they got our order wrong. none the less we won't order from here again. read more

This place was recommended to me from a friend for my birthday celebration and everything was Fabulous. The owners took the time and effort to decorate and make the evening a special night for me. The staff was welcoming and accommodating the entire night and ensured we had everything we needed. They even surprised me with a cake and a song. I know this might not seem like a big deal but they always accommodate special requests like making my pizza thin or cooking my burger a certain way. Cold beer and local ales. Even with the bar it's seems family friendly. The take out pizza is great and I like that I can have a beer while waiting for it. We've had to 2 bad pick ups. Had supper at my daughters tonight. Ordered online. It took 1.5 hours for it to get to her house which is about 1.3 miles away. The delivery girl called my daughter and asked my daughter if she lived in a church. What the hell was she thinking. I also had the captain's platter and left a 1 star on that. Silver dollar piece of fish, clam strips half inch long calamari that was so overcooked I couldn't eat them and if you liked fries, 99% of that order as fries. !5.99 was not worth it, maybe 9.99. ripoff. And a meatball sandwich I had was terrible. the meatballs were spongy and tasted like saw dust, just like the ones you buy in the store. Well, in baseball 3 strikes you're out, and now so this this place. I will be going back to my old place.
