This company was hired by a contractor who worked on my house. He refinished my tub but left small chips in a few places and did not want to repair them. I did not notice them for a few days because I did not use the tub immediately after he finished. The guy stated that the only reason he came out (after about three months) is because the contractor took care of him. He did a poor job, then did not stand behind his work. He blamed us for the chips in the various places throughout the tub. It made no sense at all. Who purposely puts small chips in their tub? Also, I don't like that the tub stains where the water runs. This may be a common occurrence but my tub did not do that prior to the refinishing. I so regret having this guy work on my tub. :( read more

We had our tub refinished this year from Vito. All seemed fine. After awhile I noticed the caulk surrounding the tub turning yellow, it shouldn't. I called and spoke with Vito. He said the caulk is not warranted. He had some problems with this before and received replacement tubes of caulk from mfg. He then added that I could pay him to replace it. What the F#@% That's like a carpenter saying the nails he used are not warranted. Vito should use proper products AND remediate the work he did with inferior materials.
