Did great refinishing our tub, and fixed a chip and a little bit of peeling under warranty a few years later, no hassle at all. Looks great and kept our tub going for several more years! read more

Finish cracked before the tub was used for the first time. They also managed to ruin the finish on my brand-new stopper and overflow. When I let them know the finish cracked I never heard back from them. read more

I am extremely happy with the recent bathtub refinishing completed by Henry A. this past weekend at my home. Prior to the service, I communicated my needs and concerns with Chris, who was both professional, friendly and well-informed. The entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. I only wish I had contacted this team sooner, the bathtub now looks brand new! read more

I had a bathtub with a small crack in it and didn't want to go through replacing the whole tub. I ended up having Aarco refinish it and I thought they did a great job! It looks good as new, you can't tell that it ever looked different. Henry did a great job and answered my questions when I had them. I called a few companies and went with Aarco because I thought it was a fair price and Henry in the office and the owner spent a lot of time with me over the phone explaining the process. I would recommend and use them again! read more

AARCO's technician Henry Mendez came to examine our bathroom vanity sink and tub. The sink was especially dirty with a spattering of brown stains and spots, whereas the tub was dull and needed to be touched up. Upon inspection, Henry applied a special wash which totally cleaned both the sink and tub, giving them a brand new "finish." Both 2021 purchases were still covered under the warranty. We are very pleased with the service we received from Diana as well as Henry's expertise. read more

Tub refinish: Easy to work with from start (Diana in the office gave me a lot of helpful information) to finish (Henry A. did an amazing job completing the refinishing of the tub). Clear communication, professional service, and results you'll wish you had invested in years earlier. This job was completed in a high rise and I was impressed with the steps they took from venting fumes out the window to taping off internal vents and below doors to reduce the impact on neighbors. read more

It was a smooth process working with the Aarco Baths team from start to finish. The office staff was quick to respond to emails and answer any questions (A+ for communication!) Their prices were reasonable and better than competitors. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The technician was on time (even a little early) and finished the job in the amount of time estimated. Additionally, the technician (Henry) was very kind, polite, and professional. The bathtub/shower looks great and feels brand new! read more

Henry A. is AMAZING! Polite, respectful, outstanding craftsmanship. Wish we would've called on him before trying 2 other companies 1st! We started a master bath remodel in March, & it has been an absolute nightmare until Henry A. came along to fix the job the right way! His work has been worth every penny. He meticulously covered every surface. DO NOT HIRE ELECTRO BOND REFINISHING. Destroyed our marble tile flooring. Henry A. with Aarco knows what he is doing!!! read more

Two bathtubs in my 75-year-old home were badly in need of a makeover. One tub in particular was an embarrassment with the obvious signs of a previous poorly executed reglaze. Further, every time I looked at this same time, I was reminded of the damage I inflicted with a power saw (long story). I would never consider the option of fitting a pre-fabricated tub over an otherwise great bathtub. In less than one day, Henry made both our tubs look brand new. Even fixing the power saw wound I had inflicted on one tub. He was very professional and thorough. I particularly admired the finishing touches of superior caulking. (I'm even more dangerous with a caulk gun than I am with a power saw.) Very clean and every effort was made to ventilate in a way that minimized the fumes while not compromising the quality of the finished product. Henry also took the time to discuss options for reglazing/refinishing the wall and floor tile to complete the makeover of my bathrooms. When it's time for this project, I will certainly contact Aarco. In short, reglazing our bathtubs, and potentially the existing wall and floor tile, is an economic and aesthetic alternative to a full bathroom renovation. I will enthusiastically recommend Aarco to anyone needing a facelift for their tubs or bathroom tile. read more

I wanted to send a big shout out to Henry A, he was the technician who came out and did the work on our tub, he was professional, explained everything before he started, and as he went through the process, he was super nice and very respectful, I would not hesitate to recommend him doing the job. I will add that you have to be patient when scheduling the appointment, they are super busy but the wait was worth it. read more

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago and had an 11am-1pm window for a tub refinish. I waited until 1pm, but nobody showed. I called 5x and finally was able to leave a voicemail on my 5th try. I received a text msg, not a callback at 1:36pm. It said the tech had a family emergency and I would have to reschedule. While I understand that things happen, it's so unprofessional not to contact me ahead of time and tell me. I took half the day off of work for this. A complete waste of my time. I will be giving someone else the opportunity to fix my tub. read more

Just got gone having AARCO re-do my vintage bathtub. The old finish was peeling and flaking off. I spoke to and emailed with Kerry, the owner, who was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. On the date of the appointment, his son, arrived promptly. I left him alone and came home and was pleased with the way he left everything (clean). Their prices were comparable to another competitor and I decided to go with AARCO because they sold me on their product being a better option. Expect a strong odor for a day (give or take) after they complete their work. They were pretty busy, so schedule your appointment at least a couple of weeks before you need it done. Had a tiny little dimple (like a popped air bubble) that I noticed when they were done. It didn't really bother me cosmetically but Kerry was happy to send out a touch-up kit to cover the spot. read more

Wish we had know to hire them years ago. We had our tub, surrounding tile and vanity refinished. They look new. Highly recommend! read more

I had used another tub refinishing company who did an absolutely awful job and did not stand behind their product. The tub began to peel and look awful after only a few short months, and I had only used it twice. I feared that the refinish had ruined my beautiful cast iron tub. Thank goodness for the team at Aarco Baths... I scheduled a technician to assess the situation and re-do the damage done. I feared that it would be a fortune and I was screwed. Thank goodness for the excellent servic e from Diana, and Henry A. who did a fabulous job repairing the damage and making everything look like new again. And what really impressed me was that the final cost was actually below the estimate. That is integrity, and a company that operates with integrity deserves my patronage. Henry A. was courteous to my home and my little dog too!..he made sure all the areas that needed to be protected were indeed protected. He took great care to ensure my satisfaction and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Aarco Baths for an incredible job, making me happy and for having great team members like both Diana and Henry A. read more

Our 17 year old bathtub looks brand new thanks to Henry! He was professional and did an amazing job! I am above satisfied! Thank you!

3 years later and our tub still looks great. They took our classic pink 1950's tub to a sparkling white 2015 version of the same. The young man that did the job was tidy and efficient. The fumes were well vented. No mess left behind. We would definitely use them again. read more

We hired this company to paint our tile and tub. They never came out to access the job. They merely requested we text them a picture. The tech had a problem with the paint running on the side of the tub and said he would come back to fix it, which he did.........We had a flower pattern on 4 pieces of the tile which the tech didn't seem to think was an issue, however when done, the pedals on the flowers were apparently raised just enough and it now looks like the paint ran there. He never mentioned this prior to starting the job. My husband could have sanded the area to make it smooth before starting the job. Also, the edge of the tub has many little tiny holes in it. At one point when we called the company to ask if someone with more experience could come out and look, we were told no, that the techs have to correct their own mistakes. I don't believe that's the way to run a company. Maybe the tech that did our job didn't have enough experience. He was a nice guy, but didn't do a great job. I would not recommend this compan. read more

We recently had our bathtub refinished by Aarco. I went with this company because my sister had her bathtub refinished 10 years ago and she stated her tub still looks great! They were very easy to work with. They did a very professional job, and we are very happy with their work. read more

Had these guys come out to re-glaze my bath tub about a week ago. Great job, tub looks almost like new. Came in and went right to work, outside of the odor, which does dissipate, very nice work. A bit more expensive than some of the other "tub re finishers" , but that is comparing an apple to an orange. Have used the "Cheaper" guys and very disappointed. If you need your tub and tile re-finished call Aarco Bath Systems. read more

Aarco baths refinished our bathtub on 03/24/2016 they did not do a thorough job and my wife called them back the following day to come out a second time to touchup spots that they had missed. They returned but the job was still not satisfactory. However we decided we could live with it. During the first week of June less than 90 days after aarco performed the work a bubble formed under the material used to refinish the tub. My wife called Aarco and they told us they would come out today to look at it. After inspecting the area the worker told us that it was caused by a chip and that their guarantee does not apply to chips. There is no way to definitley come to this conclusion. It was not caused by a chip It was caused by poor workmanship on the part aarco and shoddy work that had been performed on our tub. We paid $750 for the work which lasted less than 90 days and Aarco will not stand behind their work. I would not recommend this company to refinish your bathtub and consumer beware. read more

First of all, getting in touch with a live person at Aarco is difficult but also getting a call back after leaving messages is almost unheard of. We scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out and they no-showed - no call, no apology, no anything. Truly frustrating when you spend the day at home waiting for them and then call all day with no response. Sounds like a great stand up company, right? Wrong... read more

I think the finish on bathtub and tile is great. Their response to call backs is terrible. I have been told someone will come and then no one calls or shows up. I should not have to fix bubbles that appeared on a new installation. They should come and complete the job. read more
