She spent time with me on the Timber vase and actually knew her stuff. That was great. But then something happened that made me uncomfortable. I was charging my laptop near the checkout and taking a call. A staff member walked up really close to me and just stood there silent. Didn't say hi. Didn't ask if I needed anything. Just stood there looking at me. I called Crate & Barrel and asked if there's a rule against charging a laptop in the store. They said no, it's fine. So I don't know why he did that. It made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I wasn't. I like shopping there and I was planning to buy the vase. But that one person made me hesitant to come back. Instantly, we knew this was a nice sofa we both wanted. It was a beautiful stain resistant fabric couch that has a chaise, with large sitting depth. The sofa was one of the newest design in the store and after checking that they had good warranty and each furniture design stays in market for many years for us to alternate or modify the setting of the sofa in case we move out to a different home. This Korean lady Ms. Choi helped us out and she was very knowledgeable. She made sure we get all the discounts available in the store and was very patient with the purchase process. Not only that, we even loved the delivery process. The delivery men handled the furniture very well and knew what they were doing! It was so fast and efficient. We had this sofa for 2 months now and we still love it to this day. I think the pricing is reasonable for the quality as well. It was a happy coincidence that we stopped by the store and ended up spending $$$ to get a sofa in the middle of Sunday.
