After a few months of wear the lenses turned yellow prompting my inquiry. Their office manager was immediately defensive and less than professional. I left the glasses at their office and had to dispute the charge. BEWARE when told that you have a year warranty. They allow ONE exchange of the lenses only within a year, and then you are stuck with the frames no matter the issue, per their "policy" after only 30 days.

Apparently my card was never charged, but they shipped the contacts and I got a letter at the end of the year stating that they didn't receive payment and that I was delinquent - never received a letter before this and that was over six months ago. They claimed to have called my phone, but I don't have record of a message from them. You would think they would have mailed a bill sooner. Someone took down my credit card number so is my card information just lying around the office? I have been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks left messages. No one has called back no answer on the billing line and a left a message in the office no call back. Finally today I got an answer and I gave my credit card number again so hopefully they have their money now but that will be the last dollar they get from our family. I missed out on the $200 rebate due to never getting the receipt.

    I've never had a problem with going to them for five years. My appointment time I didn't have to…read morewait more than five minutes. They helped me get a frame. Smooth transition picked up my glasses on time. They notified me that they were in the only thing I had an issue with was this last year? I got a new pair of glasses and I don't think I set them on my face properly for the bifocal so just make sure you double check that and that's not on them. That's on me.

Staff was nice. At checkout my eyeglasses and trial contacts were supposed to be ordered and I was told they'd call me when both arrived, so I didn't have to make more than one trip. I got the call that my order was in. When I got there my glasses were there and they were great. My contacts were not there. I had to ask about them and first the girl helping me said there were no contacts on the order. Then I told her there should have been. The reason I came here was because I could get glasses AND contacts, and that I was told I'd be called when my glasses AND trial contacts arrived (the girl helping me was the same girl that helped me at my exam appointment and told me that). Then she said, "Oh they are just taking a little longer" and they'd call me when they came in. I checked the order status online a few days later and the contacts were only ordered the day I picked up my glasses. The arrival date came and went with no call, so I called to check on them. I called the customer service line, and they tried to connect me to the store but then came back on the line and said, "they said they aren't in yet". So, I called again a week later, exact same scenario-no one from the store got on the phone just passed a message through the customer service line saying they were not there yet. About an hour later I get a call from the store saying they were mistaken, they were there. When I get there to pick them up, keep in mind these are trials and I haven't worn them before, they hand me the contacts and say, "let us know if they work out and we'll put the prescription in". No instructions, no tutorial, nothing. I don't know if that's how it's done at "an outlet" so I said, "so I throw these away every day?" "Yep" "Ok.... Thanks" and I left. I went home and watched YOUTUBE videos. I got through the 5-day trial, and they were good, so I called to ask them to order the prescription. Once again no one from the store got on the phone so I passed the message through customer service to order the prescription contacts and was told "the manager is going to handle your order herself, and she'll call you tomorrow by noon". I never spoke to the manager myself, so I don't know who actually said that, but I never heard from her "tomorrow by noon" so I called the next day and told customer service I was supposed to get a call from the store manager by noon but didn't hear from her. The customer service person remembered me and said, "really? that's what I was told". People get busy, I get it, I just wanted to make sure the order was placed for my contacts so she tried to connect me to the store and again came back on the line and said, "they said they will order them." I looked on the website a week later and didn't see an order, but I figured if the manager handled it herself maybe it wouldn't show up. I called a few weeks later and surprise, the order was never placed and the only order showing online was the order that was placed for the trials when I picked up my glasses and it showed that they were not ready for pick up even though I had picked them up weeks before. I sent an email to customer service explaining the situation and I got a response saying they got my contacts ordered. Great. I got a call yesterday telling me they came in, pretty much on schedule so I was happy! Went to pick them up today and they were another 5-day TRIAL pack not the prescription. Different person helping me today told me the manager didn't see that the trials ever arrived so she ordered trials, which would be understandable since the only contact lens order showing now was the one placed more than 2 months ago when I picked up my glasses and it still showed they never came in. At that point I was done. I told the person helping me if they could just give me my prescription, I will order them myself. She said the prescription would need to be signed off by the Dr and she was working at another store, but I would have it by the end of the day. I had it a couple of hours later, so this person did a great job taking care of that. I got my prescription and ordered my contacts from a different place. In closing, if you need glasses, you will probably be ok. If you need contacts, based on my experience, I can't say the same.

Few min wait after check in for the first exam as well as the second exam (after) with the doctor. I tried on a few frames, he explained everything & I paid. The whole process took about an hour. (Not including the time I took to browse frames.) My glasses came back in less than the two weeks stated. I do wish they had more coach frame options. I wanted a 2nd pair to get the 40% off of those. I saw some brown ones online but they didn't have them in the store & I wanted to try them on before I committed. You only get 30 days to order the 2nd pair. The store was organized & clean. They had two or three ppl to consult/ complete your order. Pick up was just as smooth. He had me try them on to make sure they fit properly & didn't need adjusting. Quick & easy. Overall, a good experience.

My experience at this location was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. One thing that stood out was their commitment to customer service. It was Thanksgiving week and a few of the staff were on vacation. I was there to pick up my new pair of glasses. Lee helped fit my new glasses and took his time with my adjustment, although the store was busy. After being fitted with my new glasses I asked Lee if he could replace the pads on the glasses I had gotten there last year. No problem, after I told him they are not comfortable to wear. Not only did Lee replace the old pads with a new softer pad he also replaced the pads with my new glasses to the softer pad.
