Now I am able to pop in and try out any frames I want. The staff are always super helpful and nice. I'm always greeted/acknowledged when I first walk in, even when they are with another customer. The store is clean and well put together. Warby Parker is one of the few that offer an anti fatigue lens. A midpoint before bifocals/progressives which are much harder to get used to. The anti fatigue lens has become a game changer for me. Being on the computer all day long I know longer get headaches and feel myself squinting so much less. As for pricing.... I was able to get 2 pairs (with the 2 pair discount) for the same price without insurance than if I were going to a place through my insurance. For reference, quoted $200 at Pearl ($850 with $640 insurance discount). $213 total at Warby with the anti fatigue (adds $100) and the thinner lenses (adds $40).

I ordered a pair of replacement glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks. I went back…read moreafter two weeks and was told they would likely be available in 3-4 days and that they would call me when they came in. I didn't receive a call and so went back after four weeks. They weren't open during regular business hours. I spoke to customer service in the store and they left a note to call me. I received a call by the woman who I ordered the glasses from the following Monday saying they were looking into it. No further communication by the weekend and so I went back again after five weeks. The woman was having trouble even finding the order. She then started "fixing" the order as if she was going to start the process all over again. I asked for a refund. The woman started explaining that the person who took the order was incompetent with personal issues. She continued "fixing" the order. I stated that I just wanted the fucking refund. That set her off. She became hysterical. She started issuing directives attempting to regulate my speech. I started recording her then. She called her husband on the phone. She asked him to come down to the store to deal with me because I had used a curse word, not directed at her in any way, and was filming her. It continued to escalate. The optometrist came out of her office and tried to get the woman to stop escalating with her husband and mediate the situation. Store management arrived. They asked me not to film her and I reiterated my request for a refund. Once she finally started the refund process I stopped filming her. After quite a bit of discussion and many attempts, the manager was finally able to access the order and issue a refund. The woman who took my order was incompetent. The woman who I dealt with for the refund was incompetent, easily offended and authoritarian. Their ordering system likely has issues beyond the incompetence of the operators. Blaming the employee is not a solution to the problem. The problem is systemic. The optometrist was highly professional as were management.

My insurance offers Davis Vision and a $300 credit for eyeglasses. I wear the I Green brand and I have purchased all my glasses from Optique Unique for 30 years.. Unfortunately they do not accept Davis. So I found Eyedeal Vision Care Inc in Rockledge and Viera.. I called and spoke with co-owner Linda Sarkarati on Monday.. She said they had the IGreen frames and they take Davis.. So yesterday I drove to the Rockledge store to find about 8 pairs of IGreen.. the shop was busy and only one person working, Stacie who was no help so she called Linda in the Viera store.. and I drove there to get her to help me.. Again they have about 6 IGreen frames in the store.. So we went thru the website looking for frames.. but I would have to order them without trying them on.... So I asked could I Buy the frames at Optique and have her do the lenses and use my insurance.. She said yes.. then she reads a paper from my insurance company and says.. oh no.. the paper states "Allowance applied to complete eyewear" and says she would do it but can't because Davis requires me to get frame and lens to use my $300... I called Davis this morning and they said.. I can buy the frames and take them to Eyedeal and have them do the lenses and they will be covered. BTW Glasses are over $600 .. so today I call Linda and now she says oh no.. its our policy you have to buy both from us.. No.. that is not what you said yesterday.. You said Davis would not cover my purchase for just the lenses, but Davis said they will.. If she had the frames I would buy them from her .. she blamed the sales rep for not having them in stock..Maybe she treats the sales rep like she treated me because Optique Unique has a full display with probably 100 styles to choose from and the rep services them.. So sadly as an owner Linda is not willing to make an exception even tho she told me she would .. I told her you are still going to make money and she said she does not make money on lenses.. OMG... Another excuse.. So moral to the story.. if you want the coolest glasses ever go to https://theoptiqueunique.com/ in Indialantic where the owner Cary values customers and customer service and check out the IGreen brand .. you will not be sorry.. Stay away from Eyedeal Vision Care inc.. UPDATE: I am able to buy my frames from Optique and have the lenses made at another company that accepts Davis.. and they are both happy to have my business.. And just FYI.. The prices on the frames at Optique is much lower than what they were marked at EyeDeal. so they actually did me a favor!

We had to temporarily glue it together so he could attend school that day before we went to Vision Maxx for replacement. Once we got to Vision Maxx we were told because we made the emergency repair that it was not covered under warranty. If we just brought it in broken, it would have been covered. UPDATE: I expressed my concern with the warranty policy with the store management and they were able to make it right. Very happy how this was resolved and would recommend VisionMaxx for your eyecare needs.

Lee helped fit my new glasses and took his time with my adjustment, although the store was busy. Few min wait after check in for the first exam as well as the second exam (after) with the doctor. I tried on a few frames, he explained everything & I paid. The whole process took about an hour. (Not including the time I took to browse frames.) My glasses came back in less than the two weeks stated. I do wish they had more coach frame options. I wanted a 2nd pair to get the 40% off of those. I saw some brown ones online but they didn't have them in the store & I wanted to try them on before I committed. You only get 30 days to order the 2nd pair. The store was organized & clean. They had two or three ppl to consult/ complete your order. Pick up was just as smooth. He had me try them on to make sure they fit properly & didn't need adjusting. Quick & easy. Overall, a good experience.
