Our RN, Kathy Orozco, was amazing. She visited our nephew at least 3 times per week, he was given showers or bed baths each week, he got massage therapy once per week, and he was also provided with pet therapy once a week. I was the family contact for hospice and Kathy and I spoke numerous times each week. She kept us informed about everything. She was friendly, patient, understanding, compassionate, caring, and very knowledgable. We were in the best of hands! I highly recommend this company!

After a week-long hospital stay, my husband was sent home and VA assigned AccentCare for both…read morephysical therapy and a home nurse. After a month, he has now been discharged from physical therapy. When he first came home, it was difficult for him to get up from his chair. He has just gone back to work. He is probably going to be discharged by the nurse this week. The physical therapist was always on time to appointments and always called ahead. He was professional but, friendly, which made us comfortable having him in our home. He had the same therapist every time which was both efficient and helpful. On the nursing side, he did not always have the same nurse. In all fairness, we did call a couple of times, for help, so they sent whomever was available. All of the nurses were professional and helpful. Honestly, we are going to miss them.
