Both expressed sincere apologies for the missed appointment and explained it was due to simple clerical error. While I have already engaged another in-home care service, it's clear to me that Oasis cares about their reputation and client experience. He is probably going to be discharged by the nurse this week. The physical therapist was always on time to appointments and always called ahead. He was professional but, friendly, which made us comfortable having him in our home. He had the same therapist every time which was both efficient and helpful. On the nursing side, he did not always have the same nurse. In all fairness, we did call a couple of times, for help, so they sent whomever was available. All of the nurses were professional and helpful. Honestly, we are going to miss them.
