Every staff member knows my dad by name (as well as my mom and me!) and cares for him with such great respect and kindness. There are so many activities in a range of abilities, so every day there are things to do to engage with people. My dad says his favorite thing is the food! He has gone from having just a donut for breakfast to having scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, and juice--every day! The food choices are always amazing, and in one month, there has never been a day he has been disappointed with the options. Plus, he has met new friends he sits with at meals. In the hall one day, I met a woman and her dad who were taking a tour. She said they were looking for a place with "food and friends." THIS is the place! I cannot recommend Estancia del Sol enough!

It was very clean and the bathroom was set up perfectly. My husband's bedroom was very nice and had a big screen TV and perfect for someone who used a walker. Miguel and his wife are very nice people and kept me updated with pictures and phone calls as I was recuperating from surgery and could not visit. My husband said he liked the food and Miguel would play games with him. They played his two favorite programs on the TV. The home is located in a beautiful gated community in the hills overlooking Riverside. Bianca only accepts six (6) clients therefore can provide each resident with personalized care. Upon entering the home you will immediate notice how clean it looks and the fresh smell of a well maintained facility. The residents are up in chairs or ambulating, Bianca does not allow them to be isolated in their rooms. She has mostly private rooms but also a room that accommodates double occupancy. The home has a beautiful covered patio for residents to spend time outdoors if weather permits. Meals were served at a community table, so residents can interact during meals (once again avoiding isolation). The meals are prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients and presented to the residents as a family meal with the staff monitoring each residents dietary intake. Our mother was always well groomed, her hair washed/combed, nails (hands/feet) trimmed, clean. Her skin was well attended to without skin tears or pressure marks. Her clothing was fresh and changed daily. Her bedding was always clean and fresh (no malodor as you find in many facilities). Bianca has well trained, professional staff onsite 24/7. They were always polite, helpful and never made us feel that they did not have time to answer questions or attend to our request. Her staff is stable and did not notice any staff turnover. As our mother's health deteriorated Bianca helped us arrange Hospice Care. The hospice provider was always attentive and provided us with regular updates, so we always felt informed of her status. In the final days we were able to be with her as much as we desired with staff providing caring supportive attention. In summary if you are in need of a facility for your loved one it is hard to imagine finding a home that can provide higher quality, compassionate care than Bianca's Home Care. Our family can only thank Bianca and staff for helping us with such compassion, dignity and respect thru this end of life experience.

She takes the time to talk to my relative and make sure he is matched with the right roommate, and meal companion which is very important. Pilar, who used to work in the assisted living facility, was also great. She was very proactive in transferring his medications from another facility and pharmacies. Even though she moved to a different position within the facility, she always takes the time to chat with my family member. My relative enjoys living there, participates in the activities, and enjoys hanging out with the new friends he has made. I also want to say that the staff works hard to maintain a great place for all residents to live

Having tattoos or body art doesn't make anyone less capable of providing quality care. What matters is the work they do, and this team consistently shows up for the residents. We spoke to the owner, Gabriela, an LVN, about specific physical issues that my sister was having. She assured us that they could provide a safe and comfortable environment for her and give her the care she needed. We noticed how lively and friendly the caregivers, Joe and Dina, were as they went about their duties cooking and cleaning and caring for the residents who were out in the dining area. There was background music playing and the facility seemed bright and welcoming. The aroma from the kitchen, where the evening meal was being prepared, was inviting. My sister quickly adapted to the structure and routine and said she was happy there. After falling and injuring herself numerous times at the previous assisted living facility, she fell only once at Senior Oasis. Joe and Dina got to know my sister quickly, and notified us when they saw something unusual in her behavior and demeanor. We took her to the hospital and she was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. Gabriela opened a sister facility, Senior Oasis 2, shortly after and asked if we would like to send my sister there. It was a spacious and well appointed facility with an upscale home feel. Joe and Dina were transferring there, so our sister said she wanted to go too. She lived there for the remainder of her life - Gabriela, Joe and Dina and the other Senior Oasis caregivers adapted and adjusted to her worsening health and eased her into hospice care. We are very fortunate to have found Senior Oasis and Gabriela and her team. They provided the highest quality care and comfort for my sister during the last year of her life...and we are forever grateful. Thank You so much!!!

Loren, Jerry and Josie are amazing, loving, gifted caregivers. My Uncle became a client of theirs…read more2 weeks ago. He has trouble sleeping and was malnourished, due to previously living alone. Loren is an amazing cook. Fresh meals 3 times a day and then some!! She worked with my Uncle's primary to ensure he received the proper meds to help him sleep and addressed his anxiety and depression from his recent mental decline and non ambulatory status. They treat my Uncle and us as family. I couldn't be happier with the care they are providing my Uncle.
