I was calling to figure out my best options for re-ordering my eyeglass frames and lenses with updated prescription from a recent eye exam. He took the time to be sure we had the right prescription, found the right frames to reorder, figured out insurance, pricing/discounts, and answered every question I threw at him. While I did not intend to take up so much of his time as I'm sure there were also customers in store, I never felt rushed off the call. He was the most knowledgeable, friendly, informative, thorough, and understanding person I have ever encountered on a service call. For better or worse, being a type A with high expectations, I do not frequently make recommendations or give compliments unless they are truly warranted. I cannot say enough about the exceptional care Eder put into our call. Also, given the reasons I needed to get this order figured out and placed today, which I didn't even share with him, I want to sincerely thank Eder for his time today. I also want to express how fortunate For Eyes is to have Eder representing the company - congrats on an amazing hire! I sincerely hope this review lands in the right hands for Eder to receive the recognition I believe truly exceptional employees deserve, especially when they are in customer service roles dealing with the general public.
