This is the only opticians office I will ever go to, I go out of my way to come here even though I have since moved away. If you're looking for a perfect eye doctor, look no further. Naperville Optical is the best opticians office I have ever gone to. I have been treated with such love & kindness here, it's unlike any other experience I've had while purchasing glasses/contacts. Or anything else, for that matter. Eunice & her entire staff are all so lovely. I do not write reviews for places but if anyone deserves one, it is Naperville Optical. They have a wide selection of glasses to chose from, ranging from very affordable styles & childrens' styles, all the way to high-end brands such as Gucci. Not to mention that the entire staff is so welcoming and helpful. Each of them are extremely knowledgable about any questions you may have. They all remember my name and welcome me whenever I come back in. And it's not just me, I watch them do this for all customers. It's a level of care that is unmatched elsewhere. The amazing people who work here all seem to truly care for their community & care about helping others be able to see. So if you are deciding between eye doctors or looking for a new good one, this is surely the place for you :) read more

What a wonderful experience! Owner is the sweetest person! Helped me find a specific frame i was looking for. Im very picky when it comes to my frames but found them here so quick i was shocked. Bought a gucci frame read more

Eunice (owner) is very fair about pricing with and without insurance, and her friendliness and expertise make it a pleasure to get glasses. Not many places carry Silhouette frames (rimless) anymore, but Naperville Optical has a full selection, which is what brought me there in the first place about 8 years ago. They have been willing to, at no extra charge, customize the size and shape of my lenses. They have not tried to talk me into buying new frames when I have old frames (previously bought there) that I'd rather use. As an extremely picky glasses wearer, I have refused to even consider buying anywhere else since buying my first pair of glasses with them. They are very responsive and treat me like family. Really cannot say enough good about them! read more

Excellent service, huge selection. Very happy. Plus an on site ophthalmologist to update your prescription read more

Naperville Optical - My new Maui Jim shades with my prescription. Love them. - Optometrists Near Me - Naperville, Illinois

After being a loyal customer of Naperville Optical for six years, I can no longer give them a 5-star rating following today's experience. I wish Eunice had been honest and upfront with me in April about changes to my prescription. From April 12th to July 30th, I visited Naperville Optical five times because the new lenses for my previously well-functioning frames caused dizziness. Each time, Eunice insisted that I would get used to the new prescription. Although Naperville Optical did adjust the lenses, they were unwilling to acknowledge their initial mistake or thoroughly address the issue. Both the doctor and Eunice repeatedly claimed that my vision was deteriorating, but my old frames and lenses were fine up until April 12th. How could my eyes deteriorate so quickly in just three months? I suspect the issue might be related to adjustments made to my old frames during lens installation and the optical center not being aligned correctly. These problems might have been avoided with better transparency from both the doctor and Eunice from the start. Ultimately, replacing each lens and purchasing a new pair of frames did not resolve the issue. As a last resort, I had Eunice reinstall my old lenses to my old frames. She seemed flustered and quickly pressed the old lenses into the frames, leaving noticeable oil and fingerprint smudges. Now being short with me, Eunice instructed me to return the new frames and lenses for a refund because she will now discard the lenses. She also wrote down my prescription as to imply that I do not return to her business again. This experience left me with a bad impression and my scuffed-up old lenses, as Naperville Optical was unwilling to resolve the real issue or admit to their initial mistake. read more

The best in the business! They don't accept my insurance here, but I still buy glasses here. That's how much I like them. The best!

They are very helpful with picking out frames from the biggest selection I've ever seen. You can tell them what you are looking for, and they will take their time and pull frames until you find the perfect pair. I will never go anywhere else. I'm an artist and like brighter, more colorful frames and they have plenty to choose from. I also like you can get your eye exam there and they do a good job. read more

Best glasses-buying experience I've ever had. The owner (Eunice) was incredibly helpful in picking out glasses based on the qualities I described. The selection here is also incredibly large! Ended up finding a pair that I'm a huge fan of (and otherwise probably wouldn't have found on my own). Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get glasses. read more

We are so happy with our experience here! The owner Eunice is incredibly friendly, kind, accommodating, and helpful. She spent a lot of time helping my very picky 14 year old choose frames for his glasses and was patient and really listened to what he wanted. We highly recommend Naperville Optical! read more

I've been to over twenty different eye doctors and this is the best one I've been to. Everyone was so helpful and they even squeezed me in last minute. Thank you so much to the guy that straightened out my glasses and replaced my nose pieces for free before I left! read more

Very helpful and exceptional customer service. They have a great selection of frames and will help you pick out a perfect pair- and be patient when you can't decide! Can't wait to get my new glasses. read more

I have been to many of the national chain eye stores and some local stores but they cannot even come close to this operation. If you live anywhere near this establishment you need to go there for your eyewear needs or you are really missing out. This is a family operation that takes great pride in what they do and the customer service is out of this world. Its refreshing to see a business run this way (old school). Every person I dealt with was first rate and I had the pleasure and honor of being served by the retired father who was an absolute expert and it showed. I dont write many reviews, but these people deserve the respect and recognition. Thank you! read more

Phenomenal service - they are very kind, speedy, and helpful. I have never loved an optical office, and I love them! Definitely found a home for all my future eyewear needs! read more

Eunice and everyone here are the BEST! Courteous, prompt and professional. Had a small crack in one of my lenses and they got the insurance company to send free replacements well after a year of purchase. Saved me a ton! Highly recommend. read more

Recently we had a chance to visit Naperville Optical and had a very positive experience. Eunice & Wook, the owners, took excellent care of us. They are just so friendly and accommodating. We were fitted for contacts & glasses by Dr. Michael Russell. He was very patient with us and very helpful. We are happy we found this great family-owned business in Naperville. They have a great selection of frames, contacts, and sunglasses. We will definitely be back for all our optical needs! read more

The owners are really nice and helpful, and they repaired my glasses for free when I needed a quick fix a month before I could get new glasses! That being said, it was a very small fix, so please respect their business and don't expect to get free work done, I wish I could have paid them for the help! The store is very clean and orderly, and they have a super wide range of frames to choose from. They have been following COVID regulations, wearing masks and putting hand sanitizer out for shoppers. read more

Incredibly friendly and efficient. Prices are good and the service is excellent. I don't need to drive to Wheaton Eye Clinic anymore!

I don't know where to start! Naperville Optical is the best optometry business I have been to. Eunice greeted me by name, we went through all the proper sanitation precautions and then I promptly saw Dr. Victoria. She was extremely thorough and incredibly kind. She took time out to explain everything to me. She is going the extra mile for me and sending me to an ophthalmologist for special testing to ensure I get the well-rounded care my right eye needs. In the meantime, they fitted me for glasses. Eunice and the gentleman who helped fit me were just so awesome to work with. I can't say enough wonderful things. I can't wait to continue care with them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

Excellent service - best place & Optometrists/staff I've ever been to in all my years. I have had a lot of years of experience visiting vision centers, and the people here are so much nicer in every way! Not saying that other Optometrists I've met are not nice - I haven't met a "mean" one, just didn't really have as much good customer service attitude and as helpful as this place. Janice (hopefully, I spelled her name correctly) is one of the sweetest, friendliest & most helpful person I have met in years of services in countless places I've been to. Can you tell I really like this place?! :) read more

Naperville Optical honestly gave me the best customer service experience I've received in a brick and mortar store in years! I came there with an updated prescription from a popular chain store, as I wanted a new pair of Maui Jim sunglasses and to update my existing eyeglass frames. The chain store told my eyeglass frames were to old to update lenses only, so I'd have to buy a new pair. Naperville Optical told me absolutely not and I literally had high-quality, updated lenses in my old frames within 30 minutes! For my new Maui Jim sunglasses, they were beyond accommodating, gracious, and helpful when I didn't like the first pair I received and wanted to make some changes. Every single person that works there is kind, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. I appreciated their help in guiding me towards what frames look best on me. They take great pride in what they do and I am SO happy to give my hard earned money to people like them in our community versus saving a buck at a popular chain. I wish I needed more glasses right now because it was such a pleasant experience, but instead I'll refer anyone I can to them! Visit Naperville Optical if you are in need of new eyewear. It is worth every penny. You will NOT be disappointed! Best. Customer. Service. EVER. read more

The BEST place to go for frames!! My 7 year old son needed glasses. We went to 7 different places that all had a very limited selection. Finally, we tried Naperville Optical. They had a TON of kids' frames (and adult frames) on hand! The service was amazing - it was the perfect blend of being helpful, but not pushy and they were so nice! They were very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect pair of glasses! The best part is they can make the lenses while you wait! I highly recommend!!! read more

Such a great experience!!!! In my late 30's, and I am having to get my first pair of glasses. Not really knowing where to go, but having a high recommendation from a good friend, I walked in on a Friday morning and 25 minutes later, walked out with a great pair of glasses. The staff was a tremendous help, and I don't think I could have encountered nicer people. Not to mention how quickly my glasses were prepared. They have great prices and a even better selection. Seeing as how my hubs and son both wear glasses, we will definitely be back!!! read more

My first impression was that the shop was very well kept and clean. It appears to be a family owned business. From the initial conversation to the fitting of my prescription glasses I felt very comfortable and taken care of by each one of the employees. The initial reason for going was for my five-year-old child's check-up. The optometrist was very kind and gentle with her. I was comfortably chatting with the woman behind the counter, Eunice, when I began to ask about my own possible appointment. She offered to have me checked up on the spot (after my daughter) and it worked out great. It was my first time ever getting glasses and she found the right pair on the first try. They were so patient with my children too. They were quick yet so careful/concerned that I was happy and comfortable with my glasses. I recommend this location for all ages. read more

My whole family has been going to Naperville Optical for more than 5 years now, yes, we all wear glasses! We used to struggle to find a good Optical store in Naperville but we are so glad we found Naperville Optical! Their service is top-notch, has a wide selection of fashionable frames, and the owner Eunice is so nice and genuinely care about her customers. Eunice and her husband also has great fashion sense in selecting the right frame for you. My husband receives many compliments on the frame they recommended for him. I am especially grateful for an instance where we found out last minute that my son needed a pair of sports goggle or he won't be able to play in the game, Eunice rushed the order and made sure he gets his goggle on time. Thank you Naperville Optical, we are so grateful for your service! read more

I was a bit skeptical about this place, as many eyeglass shops in the area have let me down. What a difference, this place - and especially these people. I recommend this place highly! read more

I can't tell you enough positive about this place. Wonderful and helpful people. Wonderful shop. Attention to detail. Extremely thorough exam. I would definitely recommend Naperville Optical and Dr. Alia Santoyo to anyone looking for quality eye care. Dr. Santoyo is the epitome of professional with a very calm and caring demeanor. She always takes the time to give me a thorough exam and never hesitates to make sure I am comfortable and understand every nuance of my eye care. I have been a patient of hers since 2008 and wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. I recently moved farther away and to me the extra drive time is worth it to get such great service. I also have nothing but great things to say about the actual facilities at Naperville Optical, as well. The office is very clean, neat and put together. They have a large selection of frames and the rest of the staff there are very polite and accommodating. read more
