The services and a year of contacts was $600. I went back the next year to get glasses. The doctor is very nice and very good. I told him about my contacts and he told me to let him check them. Twice, we raised the prescription. Then, we got the right fit and I had to pay for the exam and the contacts again. I was given a discount and I appreciate that however, I felt that I should have gotten my money back for the unopened boxes of contacts that I could not use. The answer was no. I had no use for them so I gave them back to the doctor for his use. No money for them. Just a thank you. Of course! Free contacts! So, I would say this... the doctor made an error and he did not refund me for that error. Then, when I ordered another box of the corrected prescription, I was given a discount. Unfortunately, the contacts came back WRONG again. The office ordered the same incorrect contacts that I already had. So I gave them back and they got me the right ones. All in all, there were mistakes that I consider relevant to my rating- could have been better. I would not recommend this outfit although the doctor has all the best machines and is very knowledgeable. If he makes a mistake, he will not give you your money back. But even more unreasonable than that, the women that I spoke to about the problem and appealed to them to compensate me somehow- were truly not interested in helping me out. The expense of the glasses was $600.00. The contacts totaled $750.00. Truly too expensive if they are not going to care about their mistakes.

This was especially meaningful to me because I had my 18 month old with me, and everyone was very attentive and understanding about my little one. My wait time my short, my exam was quick, but incredibly insightful. I honestly felt like the doctor understood my eyes and my vision more after 10 minutes than my previous doctor had after 10 years. I then had the opportunity to pick out a new set of glasses frames, and after seeing the style I gravitated toward, the associate picket out the perfect frames for me. She simply nailed it on the first try. After just a few minutes, my new lenses were ordered and I was on my way. I am looking forward to my new glasses, and I highly recommend this team. Such a great experience.

Karl (who took me back initially) took the time to explain and answer the many questions I had about what exactly was going on and the findings of the tests administered. Dr Boroughs was thorough and very friendly. She answered any questions and explained the findings as well. As a first time glasses wearer, Myasia was a huge help in the glasses department showing me and explaining what was/wasn't covered by insurance and get the correct sizes for me. I was never pressured to buy anything in house and they didn't rush me along. 5 star experience.

    I've had consistently poor experiences at this office despite giving it multiple chances. While the…read morefacility itself is clean, modest, and conveniently located, the front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They regularly interrupt me while I'm speaking on the phone, use an outright disrespectful tone, and place me on hold for 10 minutes or more almost every time I call. Insurance and billing communication is a mess. No one at the front desk seems to understand insurance coverage or pricing, and I was given incorrect cost estimates for both a 6-month and 1-year supply of contacts. It took roughly seven phone calls just to get accurate information, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my last two eye exams resulted in incorrect prescriptions. I continued to see blurry even while wearing the prescribed contacts, which meant unnecessary follow-up visits and wasted time. The doctors themselves are patient and pleasant, but the front desk staff and administrative disorganization overshadow any positive aspects of this practice. I truly hope administration seriously retrains their staff on professionalism, patience, and appropriate tone when speaking with patients, because as it stands, this experience is not one I would recommend.

    I go here mainly because it's what my insurance covers. The place is within the super center…read moreWalmart and is pretty busy a lot of times. I would like to say that the associates that work there are sweet and patient. They try to make sure they helped everyone at the store. The doctor is okay, he's nice. But I do feel like he's just there to do his robotic tasks, so I question if he really made sure the prescription is right. He's really fast with the eye exams- usually just 15 mins, which might be great for busy people. I'm no professional, but I do want the doctor to double check and just give the attention my sight needs. Recently- maybe it's because it's getting busier but they made a mistake. Which is understandable but they way the lady spoke to me was not the greatest. I got prescription contact lenses and I haven't heard back from them for a month when they told me it takes 2 weeks to prepare. Last year, they called me to tell me my trial lenses were ready, and that's what I was expecting again this year. So I called after a month because maybe they forgot to call me. The lady that picked up was confused with what I was asking for and HUNG UP ON ME. I was stunned and waited a couple minutes thinking it was an accident and that they'll call me back. N o p e So I called again and apparently they gave my lenses to a stranger. I asked them how that was possible when I never went and was calling to see if they were ready. The associate said she doesn't know, maybe your sister or mom came and took them. I thought I saw you come pick them up... etc etc I was starting to get a lil heated because she kept putting the blame on me instead of giving me a solution. In the end, I said that I don't know what happened on your side but you guys made a mistake and to order my lenses again She got salty but said okay I said my thank you and bye and we hung up.
