    My sons frames broke. They replaced them hassle free. Awsome customer service. Have been business here 10 yrs. Never uad issues.

    I had an eye exam last month in April, I could not find any glasses that I liked the day I had my…read moreexam. Once I was back from work travel I went back in and picked out a frame for my new glasses. Once they arrived I was notified but when I went to pick them up they were not what I had ordered. They were the wrong frame! The manager said that she would put the lenses in the frame that I had ordered once I was able to try them on they were the wrong lenses too. They told me I would get used to them ,,,, They did not check to make sure they were the correct prescription. I said no they are not right I am looking through a fish bowl. They rescheduled me a second eye exam . .. while at my second eye exam I asked the lady if she was going to get the glasses I ordered She said when I go to the room for the eye doctor yes. When she came back she wanted me to put them on and read the wall. I did but had to take the off immediately. she told me to read the wall with them on. I told her I was looking through a fishbowl and that my migraine was triggered. I got up immediately and said forget it I want my money back . I told the lady at the desk I wanted a refund she said that she needed to have the manager do it and the manager was not there. I said to call her. The eye doctor came out and wanted to know why did not want the second exam. I told him they ordered the wrong frames and the lenses are wrong I'm looking through a fishbowl. If I am fine with the contacts that he prescribed and while doing the first exam I should have been fine with the glasses but they ordered the wrong material completely and blamed me for it. And I got pissed. A vestibular migraine effects all of your senesce and since I put those wrong glasses on this morning I am set with a migraine for the entire day! They will not return my money from their mistake, I also used my eye insurance. And since I have to travel for work the next few weeks I have to go yet another month without the refund and I also have not way of getting to a new place for an eye exam that I have to fully pay out of pocket because MyEye Dr. will not give me a refund on the mistake that they made.

Moved a couple of years ago and tried a new doctor closer to home which did not measure up to what I'd become accustomed to here. Called and made an appointment noting I get off work at 4:15 and need a later appt if possible. They set me up for 4:40. They called and left a message a day or two later that they had to move it up to 4:20 (despite knowing I can't make a 4:20). I missed the message (totally my fault). Didn't realize my error until it was too late. Called them back the next day to reschedule. Person that answered the phone wouldn't set an appt. Said she'd call me back. I asked why we couldn't set an appt and she said she would have to check with the doc because he has a strict no-show policy. Evidently, he said no because I haven't heard back. I understand a missed appt can be a missed opportunity to cash a check, but I've seen this doc several times. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing an eye doctor I trust again. This makes it a tricky review. He's a good doctor. I'd recommend him for the quality of the experience. But this seems petty and punitive. I'm a patient; a customer. I feel like service providers should accommodate their customer. Not the other way around. Especially, when their office changed the plan and moved up my appointment.
