He took them back and they checked and realized they had put in the wrong prescription. We just picked them up. They appear to be right this time. My husband expressed his extreme disappointment in the fact that they obviously have very poor quality control. They never offered any kind of reimbursement or future discount for the horrible and over priced service. Called and made an appointment noting I get off work at 4:15 and need a later appt if possible. They set me up for 4:40. They called and left a message a day or two later that they had to move it up to 4:20 (despite knowing I can't make a 4:20). I missed the message (totally my fault). Didn't realize my error until it was too late. Called them back the next day to reschedule. Person that answered the phone wouldn't set an appt. Said she'd call me back. I asked why we couldn't set an appt and she said she would have to check with the doc because he has a strict no-show policy. Evidently, he said no because I haven't heard back. I understand a missed appt can be a missed opportunity to cash a check, but I've seen this doc several times. I was genuinely looking forward to seeing an eye doctor I trust again. This makes it a tricky review. He's a good doctor. I'd recommend him for the quality of the experience. But this seems petty and punitive. I'm a patient; a customer. I feel like service providers should accommodate their customer. Not the other way around. Especially, when their office changed the plan and moved up my appointment.

Without skipping a beat, his team scheduled me for surgeries on both eyes within just 15 days. Let me tell you, when you're struggling to see the clock on your microwave, 15 days feels like winning the vision lottery. The staff? Courteous, professional, and oddly like the dream team of scheduling and bedside manner. They didn't just make the process easy; they made it pleasant.
