HIghly recommend this office for eye care. They do an amazing job. Dr. Le is incredible and the staff are friendly and very impressive.

Greedy Doctor. Policy is they require you to have a service you dont want or maybe dont need. insurance doesnt cover so you pay out of pocket. Took my 13 yr old for annual exam and they insisted on a retinal scan, for a 13 yr old! Its their new policy says the receptionists with no common sense. He has all the latest brand new equipment so I guess he is looking for ways to pay it off by requiring a service you dont need. They just lost the business of a family of 4 after couple years going there. I am getting tired of greedy doctors. Common sense goes a long way people. read more

Dear Dr. Li , you need to know that people you hire to schedule your appointments and answer your phone can either make or break your practice. They should check with you before they deny one your established patients an appointment due to a previous cancelation. I have good insurance and always paid my bill at the time of service. read more

Great service. They were so patient with my kids too. We will continue to return for the whole family.

Will never come back to this place. Awful customer service. Took months to get in and doctor leaves before the 15 minutes before their late policy. Unbelievable. read more

This has been the most positive experiences with any specialist in Texas, since I've moved here one year ago. The technology he has is up to date! Dr. Andre T. Le, is very thorough, very personable and has THE best bedside manner that I have yet to see in any other specialist here in Texas, besides my primary care doctor, Dr. Wix. He was definitely worth the wait to get in and see. So worth the wait along with his very helpful staff as well. I have managed medical offices for 20+ years and I will compliment an amazing Doctor when I see one, hence Dr. Andre T. Le you deserve acknowledgment and an applause A Forever Pt. Vision Plaza - I can see you again! I can see my Fiancé and he's not a blur he is a handsome man - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Burleson, Texas

I saw Dr. Le when a friend encouraged me to get a second opinion after expressing concern for my current doctors lack of urgency in developing a plan for care. From the moment he walked through the door he treated me like family, not a patient, like family. Like he was invested in my well being. He uses the most up to date technology, which was a huge comfort, because even if I couldn't explain all my symptoms the technology was able to tell him more than I could. He referred me to a Specialist, whom he texted while I was in the room. They discussed over the phone my condition and together they developed a plan. My issue was urgent, but didn't require immediate care, so I received an appointment with the Specialist 5 days later. The Specialist was able to diagnose and provide treatment same day in his office. Dr. Le checked on me that evening to see how it went, and he called the specialist for his thoughts and direction so that they can continue to work together for the benefit of my eye health. I've since had a follow up with both Dr. Le and the Specialist. I don't have the words to express how grateful I am the care and treatment I received. I spent the last year seeing a doctor who would dilate my eyes look around and say if you experience this or that call me. When I had those experiences they said okay, let me know if it gets worse. Dr. Le didn't wait for the problem to get worse, he acted. Had he not I could have lost my vision, as partial to total blindness is what happens when my condition goes untreated. I highly recommend his services. read more

Vision Plaza - Pink glasses, I'm still shocked that I love these as much as I do! - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Burleson, Texas

The doctor is super nice and friendly. The office is clean. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is when he diagnosed me with macular degeneration, he said it wasn't a big deal. He said as long as I take AREDS, special vitamins, that I'd be okay. That isn't necessarily true. Macular degeneration is a very big deal. I could lose my sight. I went to another eye doctor and they did genetic testing that said I'll lose my sight within ten years. I need to be monitored and checked with specific tests twice a year. So, yeah, it's definitely a big deal. Needless to say, eventhough he's nice, I'm seeing a different doctor now. I need someone who will take my macular degeneration seriously. read more

Don't tell them you recently were downsized and need to get your eyes checked before your benefits run out because your eyes have been changing. Don't tell them you cannot afford to purchase glasses from them while you get straight to your face side eye from the lady helping you. You will still have to ask for an actual copy of your prescription, it will not be offered. If you do those things, you might end up walking out the door with an impossible prescription (-.25 cylinder and 000 axis) that you cannot get filled. If you, still needing affordable vision, input the next closest thing into the online website and explain the situation be prepared to cock your head to read. If these things happen to you, like they happened to me, do what I did - Walmart spotted the issue with the prescription and sorted it out, all while treating me with dignity. Vision Plaza is great if you are rich but if you are broke, that is how they will treat you in my experience. read more

Dr. Le has been great to me. He is very friendly and personable and takes his time to give me a thorough work up for my annual exams. I was one of those people who said "I could never wear contacts" blah blah blah. Dr. Le took a lot of time with me and showed me how easy it is to wear a contact and now I love not having to wear eye glasses. I've been using Dr. Le for a number of years and have even referred neighbors and family to him. They in turn have referred him to others. I'm stingy with stars but I'll throw 5 at Vision Plaza/Dr. Le. read more

Waited for close to an hour in the waiting room and still had someone ahead of me. The staff never mentioned the doctor was running behind at anytime during my wait. This office does not respect your time. Consider yourself warned. read more

I love this doctor. He is very knowledgeable and has the best equipped office on finding out what your needs are.

My sister just had a horrible experience with you tonight, there is no glue on her glasses-Vision Works-states that if there were glue on the glasses that the glue would eat right through the lenses. Dr. Chen's office stated this also. The reason the glasses broke was because they were tightened too tight by your technician two weeks ago. The right nose piece had fallen off and the technician put it back on and said that the glasses were very well maintained for being 3 years old. Dr. Lee told her to not let anyone else touch these frames and no one has and to be accused of putting glue on them is ludicrous especially since two places said that there was not any glue on them. I will be posting all over the internet stating this and that this was not corrected at the time it happened and you refuse to correct it even when she called up there to pay for the prescription. Do you have a sign somewhere that states you can and do refuse service to people? If not, isn't that just wrong? Dr. Chen's office also states that the customer service there is a lot to be desired. read more

Bar far the most "outstanding" eye doctor I've ever met!! Dr. Le was not only friendly, but took his time explaining each process in the eye exam. He answered all of my questions as if time was of no importance to him and seemed quite sincere in his feedback. I highly recommend Vision Plaza & Dr. Le!! Superb service!! read more

Dr. Le is the most caring and compassionate Eye Doctor, I have ever met, and I have been wearing glasses for 34 years. My 3 children have gone to him for the last 14 years. He is extremely kind, the office personnel are extremely kind but most of all, he is a Dr. with a heart. He is not in this to make money, he is a Dr. because he truly cares! Period. Thank you Dr. Le for being a truly one of a kind Doctor! Sally Blessing-Wenzel and family read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! He does not know what he is doing at all. He examined my eyes and got the prescription all wrong. I've been going to him since I was 18 and it's been 3 years and since my last visit I will not be returning. My vision jumped from -.75 to .-3.45 in the three years I have gone to see him. I'm young so my vision should NOT being changing that significantly. I was worried that I was going blind so I had a second expert option and decided to go to another Doctor and he told me my vision was -1.50. I was shocked when the new Doctor told me my real prescription. I don't know if Dr. Le just rushed during my visits or he just wants to make money off me. I am beyond mad. Get your eyes recheck if you have gone to Dr. Le before. read more
