Let me start with, I had a good eye examine experience. That said, the fulfillment experience of my prescription glasses was down right awful. Let's start with the inside help, Christina ? and another gal we really awful. When I left withmy frames picked out and paid for they told me 2 weeks, and they would call me. After two week, and not calls or messages, I went in to the store in person to inquire. I believe it was Christina, that had no date for when my glasses would be back, but should be *soon*. Two more weeks pass, and no calls I went in there, and again no glasses. This time I asked to talk to the doctor, Dr. Tom. what a weasel... I asked for a refund, and weaseled his way to let me give them one more chance, and he promised my glasses would be expedited by end of that week. So, that week ends, and NO calls or message of my glasses ready. I go back in the following Tuesday in person, and they say the glasses will be in the next day. I ask to talk the doctor again, and he continues with his weasel style for me to be patient... Please recognize 6 weeks to fulfill a prescription, is not right. I finally get my glasses and the lens edges are not polished, this really pisses me off, and the doctor comes out and says he will fix this in the store, and I could pick them back up in a couple hours. I come back and the glasses are not ready 3 hours later, and Christina get the doctor, and he's in the back working on them right them. They bring the glasses out, and the doctor absolutely ruined the edges, they child-like polished and point this out as the Doctor weasels his communication with me again... I pull out my older pair of glasses for reference and he finally agrees to send the lenses out to be polished correctly... 2 more weeks pass before i get these, and no one called me again, and I just go in there. Christina says... I was going to call you today. So, we are not 8 weeks out from original date. Needless to say the staff and the doctor are less than stellar with dealing with a customer issue.... I was calm and nice though out the exchanges.
I highly recommend you DON'T get your prescription for glasses filled here... The examine was good, but, that's where it ends. read more
