Incorrect prescription given two times by Melody To. Purchased two pairs and I still don't have the correct glasses for work. My original prescription was 3.5. After a visit I was prescribed 5 for reading not knowing that it would not work for computer. That pair was too strong. Then requested a new prescription, waisted my time to go to another appointment and got prescribed 4 power. Ordered that pair and it is not strong enough. Now I have to look for another optometrist, pay for the exam and pay for one more pair probably to get 4.5 which should have been prescribed right at the beginning when I told the optometrist that 5 will be too high but she insisted. The front desk staff is great so I am not putting 1 star for the review. read more

Dr. Jen is absolutely wonderful! And Mitch is the man! Very knowledgeable, knows his stuff. Definitely recommend!

Dr Jen is really good eye specialist, got reading glasses for monitor recently and is very professional in eye exams.

love this office and everyone in it! that's for all of your help with glasses! Feel very comfortable with Dr. Jen and staff.

Had a large floater appear yesterday. In addition to being very annoying I read that it is potentially serious if the retina has detached and is left untreated. I called and described my symptoms and they gave me an emergency appointment right-away. Dr Jen quickly explained what was going on and verified that the retina was safe for now. It's one thing to have a doctor that gives you great service when you need your prescription updated. It's another feeling entirely when you know your vision is potentially on the line. Even though I knew they hadn't planned for my appointment Dr Jen took her time to explain the condition and make sure my vision was safe for now. This is how you earn a patient for life ;-) read more

They fixed my broken glasses, so I wouldn't need to keep gluing them while I waited for my new frames

Dr Joshi was great. He was very efficient and courteous. I was able to get a new prescription quickly and without hassle. I also really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on their frames and lenses since I already have a place that I like. I usually dread going to a new eye doctor knowing that I'll usually be compelled to sit through a long sales pitch on really expensive frames and lenses, but that was not the case here. Thanks for respecting my choice in that regard and we'll definitely be back. read more
