After initial emails and a call with Carlos, we set up a meeting to review our needs at our house. Throughout the entire process, Carlos was prompt in replying and always very helpful and gave us great customer service. When his team arrived to complete the install, the work was also completed professionally. The team of three wore masks and shoe covers when inside the house. They were very courteous and explained everything they were doing prior to doing the work. I was really impressed by the job from start to finish. I'd recommend Carlos and Security Doctors.

Two other companies wanted to rip all of it out and start over. Pro Video Security backs up their work. And they're easy to work with -- and honor their word. I'd…read moreeasily work with the team of Perry, Max, and their subcontractors again. Last summer, we had a break-in at our condo entrance, and found a need for a Full Length Interlocking Door Guard. (Highly recommended as burglars love to shimmy a screwdriver between your door and lock & open into your place easier than a SPAM can.) Pro Video Security let us select the guard. They gave a great bid to put install. We even chose to do 2 doors, given their great rate. Flash forward to 6 months later we found a small (but significant) installation error on one of the doors. Rather than haggle and hassle, they came right out and fixed it at ZERO extra cost. (As expected.) On top of that: The fix came right on time. We caught this picture of a rather infamous trio (USPS is after them) trying to break in and being foiled by the door guard. SEE PIC.

I wanted to be able to keep a watch on the dogs and also of course on my house in general. I bought the equipment from Provideo and I am all the way in California, so I had a local person install the equipment for me, and Perry took over the remote customer service, which has been far above and beyond what anybody could ever expect from customer service. If anything goes wrong, he is right there ready to help me fix it and get it up and running again. I could probably find someone locally, but there is no way I would ever find such great, friendly, knowledgeable customer service. So wherever you are in the world, these guys are the best! Thank you, Perry!

Instead of having to research it, make calls, and schedule appointments, she made the whole process incredibly easy and convenient right on the spot. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my many questions. She also offered great suggestions that helped me think through what would work best for my home. What could have been another stressful moving task ended up being quick, simple, and something I was able to check off my list immediately. She was polite, professional, and very easy to work with. I really appreciated how smooth she made the entire process. Highly recommend!

Company - As anyone is these days, my condo association is…read morevery cost-conscious. We received several bids for the work we needed and Vintech was able to beat them by far. They were really willing to help us and achieved a lot of savings even with upgraded products. Vincent and Blanca have been very attentive and easy to work with. Vincent was even willing and able to retrofit some of our older cameras with newer wiring so we're set for future upgrades. Workmanship - Initially I was very concerned with getting a new security system because of all the added wires and equipment peaking out from all areas, but the techs that installed our system did an amazing job at hiding everything. I can't imagine what all goes into stringing these cables through ceilings entails, and it all happened so fast, they basically started one day and 5 cameras appeared on walls/ceilings/stair bays the next day. Product - Of course after great prices and excellent workmanship, there had to be something skimped somewhere like the DVR/cameras, but they didn't! Cameras have an ultra wide angle with excellent color and sharpness. This is from the experience with previous Sony system that we were using that was a bit older, but also high quality from ADT - the pictures look great and the DVR is very easy and fast to work with. Everything from our interactions with Vintech to the final product up and running have been met with great value. I highly recommend them!
