I regrettably did not get her name, but she put more time and attention into my brows than I have ever gotten from a wax. I could tell they were both really working to style me and make sure I looked good and how I wanted to and I did not at all feel like I was just being given default service to get me in and out quickly. I feel like a whole new person and the vibes were IMMACULATE!! This salon not only deserves business but they absolutely deliver in quality, vibe, and also price!! Can't believe I walked in on a random Monday and had the best salon experience I have found!

She has made me feel so confident and beautiful every time. I've dyed my hair almost every color you can think of, and somehow my hair is still so healthy because she truly cares about the health and integrity of your hair. She takes the time to make sure your hair looks amazing while also keeping it strong and healthy. I can't recommend Raquel enough! If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about her clients and their hair, she's the one.

I had a consultation with Alexis before booking my appointment. I showed her an inspiration photo…read moreand explained exactly what I wanted. She told me that because my hair had purple and red tones, it would be more challenging, but she assured me she could achieve the look. I trusted her, especially since I wanted my hair done for my birthday. During the appointment, she had an assistant working on my hair who clearly seemed inexperienced. I was never asked if I was comfortable with the assistant doing part of the service. I understood everyone has to learn, so I didn't say anything. When my hair was finished, I was disappointed. It came out much darker than what I had asked for and looked nothing like my inspiration photo. To her credit, Alexis acknowledged it was too dark and offered to redo it free of charge. I went back for the correction. Before she started, I asked about the highlights because I couldn't see any. She told me they would still show, but even after the redo, there were still no visible highlights, and the final result was still far from what I had requested. I don't like arguing or making a scene, so I accepted it and left. However, I'm extremely disappointed that I spent over $400 and didn't receive the hair color I was promised. Now I have to pay another salon to fix it. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this salon. If a stylist isn't confident they can achieve a specific look, it's better to be honest from the beginning rather than promise something that can't be delivered.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience…read more I went to Bella West Salon 7/3/2026 hoping for long butterfly layers. My hair was past my waist. I was very clear and wanted to keep my length. Right from the start, the stylist I believe her name was Bianca older gal. With salt and pepper hair. She began cutting my hair while it was dry also asked me to stand out of my seat while cutting. I've been to several salons and never experienced that. It was unusual to me. By the end of my appointment, my hair was much shorter than I wanted, the layers look very choppy instead of soft and blended. What upset me just as much as I was treated. During the appointment, she made comments about my physical appearance that made me feel uncomfortable. I'm a Taller woman and those comments felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I also mentioned a recent shoulder surgery. Unfortunately she was rough and forceful when moving me. I left feeling disappointed not only with my hair cut but with the overall experience. A haircut can always grow out, but how you make a client feel matters too. I hope this feedback encourages more consideration, better communication, and respect for future clients.

If I wanted to lose 5 inches I would have asked. My mistake was taking my teenage daughter for a cut as well. We gave Ivy 4 pictures of a basic A line cut. At first it was too long, more of a blunt shoulder length bob. Now She looks like a damn mushroom head. The cut is chunky and uneven. The back looks like it was cut with a box cutter. She even said "I think it needs to be thinned at the bottom?" Like ya it does. Are you asking me or are you the professional?! The whole entire head of hair is lopsided as if it was cut by a drunk on a boat. In a hurricane. I had to physically run out of there to keep myself from yelling. If she cut it anymore it would've had to become a pixie. Use caution. You get what you pay for.
