I went to Tyra for a facial and she went above and beyond what I had expected her to do. She made everything personalize to my skin condition such as acne, scars, and melasma. She also went in and got rid of abrasions on my forehead. White balls I didn't even know I had and she did it because she knew it needed to be done. I was relaxed and felt like all the treatments she was doing was going to actually benefit me. She cared and gave me advice on make up brands, cleansers, and how I can get real results. This "salon" runned by "Anii" who I scheduled a appointment with January 19th to do my hair. Put a $50 deposit. I canceled, because I had been exposed to someone who came out positive with COVID. I understood she couldn't reimburse my $50 so I schedule a appointment for my daughter's haircut instead. Anii scheduled my daughter for the next two weeks Friday 28th so I wouldn't lose my deposit. I never received a reminder which most "hairstylist" whom consider themselves professionals send out reminders at least a day before to confirm. I completely forgot about the appointment. I sent her messages the next day to let her know we forgot never received a reminder to remind me! Thinking maybe she had just forgotten and probably was busy, and eventually she'll get back to me within a day to reschedule. Never did she respond back. I had to call her salon to speak to her directly, because now it seemed like she was just ignoring me and the messages. I speak to her letting her know I sent her messages reminding her who I was. She stated she'll get back to me after her client and once she "reads" my messages. Calls me back within 25min tells me we can reschedule, but because I missed my appointment the 28th she's gonna charge me the $50 deposit I put down say's that's what she "normally charges" when there's a no show. And even then she stated I wouldn't have been able to use the $50 deposit for my daughter's haircut! Because that was for my appointment not her's!!!!! This to me is complete BS!!!! I am beyond pissed I have never in my life experience this nonsense she thought I was stupid and tried to take advantage! Mind you I have been doing my hair for years I know how this works!!!! However Things happen for a reason! And I'm glad she never touched my hair or my daughter's. She can keep those miserable $50 People Becareful!! We pay for our hair to look nice, this isn't free it isn't cheap. Don't be afraid to speak up and tell it like it is I DO NOT RECOMMEND (Anii) the person who runs this salon according to her! read more

Today was my first visit and it was fantastic. For starters, the decor and atmosphere are top notch. It's not busy, loud, and chaotic--it was more of a spa-like experience. I got my hair cut, colored, and styled by Jason and I could not be more excited about it. He's amazing, he's the best, and I never want to go anywhere else again! I am absolutely happy I was recommended this salon , Salon studios is the nicest hair salon out here that I've been to , it's so pretty and classy inside . I have thin hair , work in medical field so I'm always wearing hair up. It's been hard for me to change my hairstyle because of those 2 things. I went to Kim T and she's the BEST!!!! I've never been so happy with my hair , not only did she give me a great hair cut and dye but encourage me to try something different bayalage ( I don't know if I spelled right) . I went to this place to a get a hair cut, color and highlights with Kimm and was very disappointed with the results. First of all, it seemed as if Kimm was rushed and careless. It didn't seem as if she cared that I was a first and potential future regular client; either that or she just wasn't interested on serving a Hispanic with limited English. She had an attitude and was not pleasant to be around as she was working on my hair. She did a horrible job.... I had to ask her to do some of the work again as many of my gray hairs were visible because she was very sloppy and stingy when putting the color on my hair, as if she was trying to use the least amount of hair color paint possible. She started the highlights at the bottom with enough bleach to get them but as she was getting closer to the last ones, she didn't bother to prepared more bleach to use it on the last ones, instead she did what she could with what she had left and as I result, I ended up with darker highlights on the top of my head. When coloring my hair, she only focused on the roots and not the whole hair. She charged me for styling my hair (as spoked over the phone) yet she told me that she couldn't do it because she had another client coming in. Please, beware; this lady post many pictures of work she does to get potential clients attention but she leaves out people like who are completely and totally dissatisfied with her service. She is very messy. I had never been serviced by a hairstylist that would leave me hair color paint all over my forehead and all over the back of my ears and neck... really, I had to clean myself and I still have some on my forehead that it wouldn't come off. I do a better job when doing my own hair. Needless to say her tip was only 15% and not the usual 30% when I get the service I like. It's her lost! Definitely wouldn't recommend her to anyone. read more

This is a very nice place that recently opened in a business park. I get my hair done by Angel and she is very knowledgeable on color and always considers what you want to achieve while making sure your hair stays healthy. Because they have individual studios, it's always peaceful and quiet - it's nice to be able to relax while having your services performed. It is nicely decorated too! My regular stylist moved and I was looking for a new stylist and found Jason at Salon Studios! I lucked out big time! First, the salon is beautiful, CLEAN, upscale, relaxing and warm, GREAT ambience, and a pleasing innovative design. Jason was my stylist and I will absolutely be going back to him for a long time. He knew exactly what I had in mind and gave me a cut that was hassle free and that would give me volume without blow drying but fit my personality. Win! Win! The highlights are probably one of the best I've had. I've actually been approached on two separate occasions and asked where I got my hair cut and highlighted. I love the cut, I love the color. I love Jason. I love the salon. I had no complaints really. Jason also did a perfect job waxing---it was one stop shopping with him! Another important issue for me in a stylist is professionalism. He was truly a professional and didn't waste anytime. I hate going to a salon and I'm there for 3+ hours. I was in and out in under 2.
