They have a 48 hour cancellation policy where you get charged $50 for canceling or rescheduling within48 hours of your appointment .. but here they are canceling on me 5 hours before my appointment. Drea is an excellent nail artist. She can do it all when it comes to nails. I am so glad I took a chance and dumped my old nail lady for her lol I use to always come to my other nail technician with pictures and ideas of what I wanted but she could never do it. In fact simple things like rhinestones or ombré nails were too difficult for her. Not Drea though, she's skilled and fast. Also her prices are reasonable. I get compliments ALL THE TIME on my nails. Since 1990 no scissors have come near my hair unless they're in the highly skilled hands of Cassie Anderson. Through my various different style requests over the years, from short business length to long hippie length (think "cousin it") and several phases of the dreaded "mullet," she always counseled me well enough to prevent my looking like too big a fool as well as making my hair look great. With my thick, curly hair that really is an amazing accomplishment. She has done wonderful things for my kids (boys and girls) hair as well. A few words about the salon. The layout is unusual which I find quite agreeable. Instead of the typical large open space with multiple stations (think warehouse) there is a smaller, rectangular central common space that maintains a feeling of openness. At the far end of this "common" are 3 shampoo stations. Surrounding the "common" along each side are multiple individual "studios." These are individual rooms with windows for each stylist, manicurist, etc, allowing each of them to truly have their own space or office and decide the level of openness or privacy at anytime. Considering that one's stylist is often a confidant as well, this is a great feature for anyone concerned about privacy. The interior features wood in both finish and furnishings. The overall feel is that you are in a professional office space rather than a "shop." Bottom Line: See Cassie @ Chique for great hair! read more

I had a nail emergency and Belinda took great care of me! My nails had just been done by Paul at Happy Nails in the smart and final parking lot in Palmdale and it looked like I needed a fill already. I love this place! I cannot recommend Laura Goodwin enough. I had a microdermibrasion done a few weeks ago and not only was I happy with my results but I was so impressed with Laura. She is extremely friendly and beyond professional. Today I decided to jump in the deep end and have a brazilian wax done. My only previous waxing experience was eyebrows so this was a huge, scary step for me.
