I had an appointment scheduled and needed it before a certain date. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy where you get charged $50 for canceling or rescheduling within48 hours of your appointment .. but here they are canceling on me 5 hours before my appointment. This was an urgent haircut for my wedding... super disappointing and unprofessional. Where's my $50 since you guys cancelled on me at the last minute read more

I had booked with Sonia . She kept rescheduling my appointment WITHOUT letting me know . I just kept getting messages from her stupid square up appointment website . I had my appointment on a Thursday and she was doing all this the day before (Wednesday) Until I called her and told her I had scheduled almost a month ahead and shes only giving me 1 DAY NOTICE to begin with! She tells me how she's trying to accommodate me ??!!! ME???? When I book a month ahead!!!!! Whatever we keep my appointment and does my hair (balayage) . I scheduled again 3 months later to get my balayage lighter(I SHOULD'NT have) and when I tell you she canceled me they day of omgggg. She is insanely irresponsible and unprofessional. Glad I found someone I didn't have to drive to the ghetto to get my hair. Avoid HER! read more

The best! I followed Carolyn and Tina from Bella West! Carolyn is awesome with color and cuts! Show her a picture or tell her what you want and she does her magic. When I first moved up here I used to drive down below over 60 miles! I got tired of it, I'm so glad I found her. The salon is immaculate and the decor is beautiful. read more

Drea is an excellent nail artist. She can do it all when it comes to nails. I am so glad I took a chance and dumped my old nail lady for her lol I use to always come to my other nail technician with pictures and ideas of what I wanted but she could never do it. In fact simple things like rhinestones or ombré nails were too difficult for her. Not Drea though, she's skilled and fast. Also her prices are reasonable. I get compliments ALL THE TIME on my nails. Even when I was getting a pedicure at a different salon all the employees there kept stopping to look at my nails. Go to Drea you won't regret it and everyone will nail envy you lol read more

See all

She offers a complimentary snack bar with tea or coffee. Definitely feels like a retreat and like you're being pampered. Text her to make a appointment! read more

I love this place , it's so clean and comforting. I was referred by my friend about Esthetician Jeannette, I took a Chance and drove from Canyon Country to Palmdale. I have to say, I will drive back over their again for another Peel, Eyebrow wax , and will be trying her wax as well. My face has never felt so clean, and as the days past by , I can see a great difference the peel she did , has done to my face . Thank you Jeannette, I've tried so many estheticia read more

Since 1990 no scissors have come near my hair unless they're in the highly skilled hands of Cassie Anderson. Through my various different style requests over the years, from short business length to long hippie length (think "cousin it") and several phases of the dreaded "mullet," she always counseled me well enough to prevent my looking like too big a fool as well as making my hair look great. With my thick, curly hair that really is an amazing accomplishment. She has done wonderful things for my kids (boys and girls) hair as well. A few words about the salon. The layout is unusual which I find quite agreeable. Instead of the typical large open space with multiple stations (think warehouse) there is a smaller, rectangular central common space that maintains a feeling of openness. At the far end of this "common" are 3 shampoo stations. Surrounding the "common" along each side are multiple individual "studios." These are individual rooms with windows for each stylist, manicurist, etc, allowing each of them to truly have their own space or office and decide the level of openness or privacy at anytime. Considering that one's stylist is often a confidant as well, this is a great feature for anyone concerned about privacy. The interior features wood in both finish and furnishings. The overall feel is that you are in a professional office space rather than a "shop." Bottom Line: See Cassie @ Chique for great hair! read more

I am updating my review because My mom recently got her hair done by Jodale! Jodale really did an awesome job on my mom's hair. The cut was extremely cute and the colors were adorable! Thanks so much to Jodale for having such a wonderful shop in the AV! Highly Recommend! read more

Great massages! I recommend at least an hour, but the 90min full body is where the value is. Fair price scale, quality tissue and muscle work. Being an athlete means you need a masseuse on deck to help out when you break yourself. Susan hooked it up. I entered the building bent and sluggish, and left floating on a cloud of tension release. Had no idea I was in such need. Check it out! read more

Wow. Is this place still open? I don't know how they stay in business when they ignore potential customers. I have been calling since Sat, today is Wednesday and NOONE answers, nor does anyone return calls. I'll keep searching for a good nail salon in the area! read more

(This review is for Laura) I just recently moved back to the AV and was looking for a good place to get a wax. After doing some research and calling around, Chique salon seemed like the best choice. The salon itself is so cute and fresh! Once I went to Laura's office and met her I felt a little more relaxed. Then she tells you about herself and how long she's been doing it. If you want a great wax then she's your lady. She is the most professional aesthetician I've ever gone to. She never uses the same dip stick, she uses great wax. I didn't have any bumps, burns or bruises. I highly recommend her!!! read more

I go to Laura for all my waxing needs and have referred multiple people to her who have also all been satisfied! She is friendly, down to earth and very professional. Laura puts you at ease and ensures you are relaxed and comfortable while she works. The shop is super cute and everyone I have spoken with is friendly and helpful. Laura's prices are fair and definitely worth it! I recommend anyone who has waxing needs to call and make an appointment with her! read more

I have been going to Chique Salon for about 3 years now and I just love the way Kim and Brittany always make you feel like a member of their family. The decor is trendy and adorable and the pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this Salon for your hair needs such as cut, color and style. We were very fortunate to have Brittany and an additional person do my hair, my daughter's and her bridal party for her wedding. Love, love, love you Brittany! read more

I had a nail emergency and Belinda took great care of me! My nails had just been done by Paul at Happy Nails in the smart and final parking lot in Palmdale and it looked like I needed a fill already. In a panic because I was going to Vegas the next day, I found Chique and contacted both Drea and Belinda. Belinda was free and Drea let me know that she was available for next week if I needed her. Both were so sweet via text and when Belinda got back to me, I was able to go in after work and have her fix what that guy screwed up! I have a regular nail tech, but now when I cannot get in with her, I have not 1 but 2 back-ups! Thank you Belinda so much, I truly appreciate you saving me at a moments notice! read more

Today I tried his service and this dude is something else, not only that he master his craft but he's also knowledgeable about a lot of things. I went to see Ashley to get a complete hair makeover...needed a new look. As lead singer of a Rockabilly band (Mama's Hot Sauce), I needed to up my stage appearance. We had a photo shoot come up and I needed to get this done with very little notice. I got in touch with Ashley and she had an opening in the late afternoon. She asked me to text her the color and style I was looking for so she could be prepared for when I got there. Not only did she get the color dead on, but the cut and style really made the look. She was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Her prices are very reasonable and I love the fact that she really "got" the look I was trying to achieve, particularly the color and cut. I highly recommend her and will keep going back to her as well. read more

I love this place! I cannot recommend Laura Goodwin enough. I had a microdermibrasion done a few weeks ago and not only was I happy with my results but I was so impressed with Laura. She is extremely friendly and beyond professional. Today I decided to jump in the deep end and have a brazilian wax done. My only previous waxing experience was eyebrows so this was a huge, scary step for me. Laura put me at ease and even though I was more than embarrassed and nervous laying there, she was so professional and comforting. I highly recommend her for any of your waxing needs or facial treatments. You will not be disappointed, that's for sure. read more
