My updo was truly a work of art--every twist, pin, and curl was placed with such care and precision. Would not go back, asked for cut and bleached tips payed 390 plus 70 tip. The first time came out orange and uneven. I was the last to walk out that day didn't say anything but I called and came back so he could correct it, color is lighter but it's still uneven. Today I went to a Desert Muah Studio and was lucky to have Zash Gramajo for a curly hair cut because I have just moved to Lancaster. It is always a little scary finding a new curly hairdresser you can trust. Zash was a very pleasant person, cared how she was doing the cutting and took her time to get it right. I am in love with my new haircut!!! I asked if they can fix my hair the last stylist ruined months ago... I grew it out but it ended up growing back uneven... I have never felt so amazing after my hair was fixed! I might have found someone who can my hair! Yesica, the owner of Desert Muah Srudio, greeted me with a smile. I waited for almost two weeks for her to cut m hair. It was well worth the wait. I think she is busy because of her talent as a hair stylist. She listened to what I wanted and it looks great! I have been cutting my own hair for two years and it just wasn't working out for me. I have had some bad haircuts and I'm Leary of hair stylists cutting my hair. My hair was crooked and it needed fixing before I ended up with too short of hair. Yesica rescued my hair cut and style. when i first discovered Desert Muah , i felt that i had found not only a talented hair stylist /colorist , Yessica (the owner), but also a friend , SADLY what excited me & also had me willing to drive over an hour 1 way , ended up turning into a horrifying nightmare on sooooo many levels , unfortunately Yessica was not the skilled colorist i wanted to believe her to be , in essence i was putting her on way to high of a pedestal when in reality she is horrifically limited in what she is able to perform as far as hair color and styling is concerned , & the worst part is that she WILL NOT even be professional or civil enough to there responsibility for her poor lack of expertise !!! AGAIN i blame mystelf since my last visit there when my hair was literally destroyed , i told myself it would be the last chance id give her ,& BOY was i mad @ myself for letting her touch my hair again ,every other time , she'd say things like next time we will do that or USE the purple shampoo if come back for a TONER , what a pathetic JOKE, and worst part is there is ZERO accountability , she should just have said i can't do that to your hair , when i first got in touch with her all she could say was about that i told her i didn't want ASH , which is a bold face lie since i did want ASH just not overly ash-ee, again zero accountability , NOW i have damaged brittle clown orange HAIR , with brassy and mish mashed multi colors that make no sense , ALL this for Over 400$ plus several hours , then she came up with another lie , saying i didn't want to be there a long time , SORRY my friend 5 hours is a long time with driving included its an entire day , HELLO ???? ok well i wont be 1 bit surprised if she trying twisting everything i posted here since thats just how she operates , where a professional would be apologizing and fixing the issue , Yessica will blame the customer , in this case myself it's so horrifying since i was truly believing in her and she never got my hair exactly how i wanted but i saw it as not being destroyed now my hair literally is destroy in every department , COLOR CONDITION & CUT , its literally CLOWN hair , ive showed several professionals in the past few weeks (its been about a month ago that i was there @ salon ) & literally nobody can believe what a complete horror my hair is , So please take heed and if you are looking for beach blonde , highlights , balayage , & you have dark brown hair as your virgin hair just remember what im telling you since now i have to wait till my hair is healthier before i can do anything , in the mean time i have CLOWN hair !!! oh & dud i mention $180 just to touch roots up, the most expensive salons in high end neighborhoods dont charge even 1/2 that , hoping yessica can come down from her high horse since sadly this is no way to run a business @ least in my humble opinion , & YES Yessica sometimes the customer is right !! why am i not surprised with yessica's response !!! liar liar pants on fire !!!! took a knot out seriously ??? you've hit yo be kidding !!!! ok you have now proven to me that you are much more petty and irresponsible than i accused you of !!! i have no words for your completely horrifying response !! here i have orange clown hair which several other stylists i've visited have attested to and all you can say is you took a little lousy knot out of my hair which took @ the very most maybe 10 minutes , you are most definitely dellusionial if you seriously believe your own lies !!! what does a KNoT have to do with orange brassy CLOWN hair !!! sadly yessica you are drinking some serious kool aid and no you aren't as perfect as you have yourself believing and YES you did ruin my hair and yes everyone thinks i should stop payment abx tags you to court abd they are probably right but im too nice of a person you on the other hand need to do a soul check since you are not telling the TRUTH in fact since you can't admit the truth i'm going to find other ways to expose you and you will maybe @ some point come to your senses and admit how badly you messed up my hair in the mean time you should think about visiting your eye dr since you oat definitely need an eye exam if you can't see what your doing !!! please get your act together since i know how much you'd like to fancy yourself as a high end stylist , don't even start me on my daughters hair i'm not even going to go there !! this is just the beginning until you @ least apologize and admit you turned my hair into orange and brassy clown hair read more
