Seriously eyebrows are everything these days. Carol is by far the sweetest and most respectful girl I've ever found. I'm so happy she opened her shop in our little town. She takes her time and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Super affordable. She has become very popular very quickly so when I can't make an appt and have to walk in I know I run the risk of having to wait but she is well worth it! UPDATE! 2020 My first review was from 2017 so I want to update as I am going on 3 years with Carol and am still SO happy with the services she provides. She is attentive, kind and incredibly talented at her craft. She is still growing in popularity which speaks volumes about her service. She has even brought in another girl to help out who is super sweet and does great threading! This is a small business so it's never overcrowded and even when the salon is full I never have to wait too long plus she is still so affordable!! I have been coming here for 9 years and have not even considered looking for another threader! She has done an incredible job with my brows each time I've gone in to see her. She's great at her job, makes you feel comfortable and is open and willing to adjust your brows based on what you want. The shop is small but the ambience is welcoming! I tried this place about three years ago and the lady was really nice but I don't know why I never return back. So today I was out with a friend for breakfast and she needed to get her eyebrows done. She was recommended this place by a friend. So I decided to drive us, in hopes that I would get my full face done as well. She had a sign that said one customer at a time. She also had a bench outside that the next client could sit and wait, which was really nice. My friend went in first. I started chatting with a girl that was in line. I asked her opinion about this lady and the work she does. The girl mentioned that she's been going to her for about three years and she's very happy with the service. I let her know who I go to on a usual basis. I didn't think much into it and we moved onto the next topic and continued enjoyed each others company. My friend came out and it was my turn to go in. When I walked in, the energy was really negative. I was in a great mood, I sat down in her chair and I let her know that I was interested in a full face. There was no sign stating that she is temporary not providing the service. With an attitude she tells me that she's not doing full face, only eyebrows. So I politely I got up and I said thank you very much and I walked out. Didn't think much into it and wasn't bothered by it. Upon getting in the car, my friend stated that the lady overheard us talking outside and was very upset. On multiple occasions she told my friend(after verifying she was with me) "its not nice that she is talking about another eyebrow lady in-front of my shop". Mind you, my intention was not to drive her business else where. I was simply having a conversation with someone. I wasn't upset that she wasn't providing the service I needed. What made me upset was her tone with me. I understand if she was upset she could've just simply refused to service me. I do not appreciate her unprofessionalism and how she chose to handle the situation. I will definitely not be going to her again. read more

The place is clean. She was on time. But I didn't like the mild rudeness I got from her. She kind of dissed my eyebrows. Plus I didn't like the fact she thinned them out. My natural eyebrows are thick and large. The result were a nice even brows but way too thin. You can tell where my natural brow line was after she took off the hairs. I love this place but they are never open during their posted hours. It's Sunday at 2 pm and the door is locked despite the hours on the door that say they are open till 5. This isnt the first time this has happened. They do a great job when you can catch them. Everytime you sit in her chair and she works her magical hands on your precious face she truly never disappoints! She's so friendly!
