In the past I would have gladly left a five star review and praised the business owner and the job she does as many others have..... However, she has shown a completely different side of herself and the way she runs the business. At the beginning of the year I had an appointment, when I showed up nobody was there. There had been times that the owner has been late, so I waited not thinking anything of it. I waited for over an hour with no response, so I left. I called several times to reschedule, but received no response, even after leaving messages. Essentially a month goes by, and I finally catch the owner in, I ask about setting an appointment, but am told she will not be taking appointments for the next two weeks and does not accept walk-ins. However, I have a coworker that set an appointment the same day with her and has had no issues getting in touch with the owner or having the owner return calls. At the time I had been going here for over five years, and have never had a problem getting same day appointments or doing a walk-in. The only thing that has change is now the owner knows I am in a same sex relationship. Normally I would never assume something like this to be the case, but the owner wouldn't even look at me as she told me she doesn't take appointments, which was a flat out lie. Great little place to get your brows shaped and threaded. The woman who works their takes her time and does an amazing job. They don't generally accept walk ins so make sure to call and make an appt. If they see a missed call they will usually call back fairly promptly. Cost for a typical eyebrow threading is $10. read more

Went to Dazzle Beauty because they had good reviews. Didn't make an appointment but showed up at 10am, the time it said that they had opened and no one was there nor did anyone answer the phone . I called several times because I thought maybe whomever was there was with a customer. Four hours later I got a call from them asking if I still wanted to come in and I did because I really needed my eyebrows done . When I got there everything was okay, my eyebrows were okay but I wasn't impressed and was not happy with my overall service . If you can't open on time you should change your hours. read more

The owner is great. She does a tremendous job, she's very friendly, and she's accommodated to my hectic schedule a few times. Eyebrows are only $8, which I think is a pretty good deal. It's no surprise to me that she has so many faithful customers that keep going back to her even after relocating from Palmdale to Lancaster. I had a tiny bit of a hard time finding the place my first time, since it's sort of hidden in the corner of the strip mall. Never got my phone calls answered, even before she started taking practically appointments only. Sometimes she wouldn't even be there when the store was supposed to be open. When I came the lady, who I think is the owner, just arrived from her lunch break so she took me in right away. It was my first time so she was very friendly. I have been getting my eyebrows done with Heena since she worked in the AV Mall. I lost touch with her for a couple of months after she left the mall and tried a couple of other shops in town that performed threading but was never satisfied. Then I found Heena again with her own shop!! She is so gentle and knows what she's doing, she even offers aloe vera afterwards to help with any possible irritation that may occur. This lady is the truth! I moved out here 9 months ago and had my eyebrows done here. This was the 2nd place I tried since moving to antelope valley and the 1st place, I had an awful experience. But after coming here 6 times once a month, Henna helped me grow my eyebrows back out properly and she remembers me each time and knows exactly what to do with my eyebrows without asking.
