Sangorika is always so helpful and friendly, she knows how my left eyebrow is more sensitive so she goes by quick and always applies aloe Vera after and hands me a tissue cause I'm sensitive, but she makes the vibe seem so great for me and I know to only visit when she's there! Thank you so much ! I'll be back in 3 weeks :) read more

This brow salon is located inside the mall, conveniently located next to Red Robin so you don't have to walk through the mall with bushy brows or with red/swollen brows. We came here on a recommendation by a coworker. My sister wanted to clean up her brows and not get them butchered or too thin. She took the risk and she was pleasantly surprised at how they came out. There were two threaders and 4 people in front of us. It took about 15 mins to be helped but she took the time to hear my sister's concerns and she did a great job! Sorry, I didn't get the threaders name but she was at the second station from the register. read more

The eyebrow tech was in a rush to get us out, but had plenty of time to chat with the gentleman ahead of us. Ended up taking skin off or cutting my daughter and left hair. Safe to say we shall not be returning. Not personable at all. I guess she doesn't need new clients. read more

I used to go here every single time when I had chance to get my eyebrows down. I loved how fast and easy it was. Although there was sometimes I did not like going because my eyes brows would come out a different shaped or come out uneven. I decide to give it another try again this time.Unfortunately, since there was only one lady at the time ( I do not remember at the moment) and there was a lot of customer, I think she was rushing to get through all of them, because of this my eyes brows became uneven by one being higher then the other. When I told her they were uneven and if she could please fix it, she said they were perfectly okay and if she touched them it would messed them up. When I got to my house, everyone was asking what had happen out my eyebrows since they were really uneven. I really liked this place but now my eyebrows are messed up and I have to go to work and school with uneven eyes brows :( read more

I came in as a walk in and they saw me no problem. I also took my husband also for a clean up and they did a good job on him. I asked for a clean up only since my eyebrows don't grow in and they left me with my natural shape. I liked the results. Would go back for sure. read more

Literally the worst brow experience. Ever!!!! I went for a CLEAN UP and she literally took off half my brows, completely misshaped them! They were full and arched and now they're hideous. Can't believe this place even gets business. So pissed. It's gonna take months to get my eyebrows back to normal. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. NEGATIVE 10 STARS. read more

Always very professional and clean! Melissa always does exactly what I like! Only reason I didn't give the extra stars is because of the kids having to stand in the corner due to it being customer allowed inside only. read more

I have been coming every two weeks and is seen by Dolly for a full face. She does an excellent job. Yesterday, she had a substitute covering her shift, Puja I think was her name. After threading for what seemed like eternity, I noticed I still had many hairs around my face. I began to wonder if she can really see well, because she kept aaying that she couldn't but a he will run the thread anyways. She will then eventually agree that there were hairs. She caught my lip, where I have a coldsore and I flinched. She gave me burns and cuts next to my right eye. I still had hairs on my face. She did not follow the shape of the eyebrows that me and Dolly were trying to hard to regrow and maintain; she followed a terrible microblading line that was fading and clearly a terrible shape to follow. I still had a messy eyebrow, one pointed and one extremely curved down. I asked the other staff member to finish up. Her name was Crystal. She is definitely experienced and saw the cuts and hurns. She did her best. I was charged in full. I left Crystal 5 dollar tip. Would you ever go back after this? read more

I visited this business twice, the first time the young woman told me she can only thread my brows to my natural shape, yet they have shape choices on the wall and window. She was nice and my brows came out looking very nice so no real conplaint. The second time was terrible. Another young woman was very rough with my brows, ripping them out with the thread. She worked very quickly and harshly and upon seeing how red my skin was, offered me aloe vera. Once i got home I noticed a bump under the skin of my right eyebrow and several patchy spots that i cleaned up myself. 3 days later the bump is now black and I suspect its an ingrown hair i will have to extract myself later. Do not got here. read more

The people who work here are extremely rude and oblivious. My partner and I walked in because we wanted our brown done. One of the women is working on someone else and the other was standing behind the counter which looked busy. Neither of them even bothered to look up much less greet us which isn't a big deal as they looked busy. A couple of other customers walk in and all of a sudden the women behind the counter turns around (she was actually on her phone) and immediately sits one of the customers that walked in and started doing their brows. They both looked at my partner and I and still said absolutely nothing. They were so oblivious as to who's trying to patronize their business. We obviously weren't with the original customer and we definitely weren't with the others that just walked in. ZERO acknowledgement from these women. The place could be robbed right under their noses. I ended up leaving and going to S&S threading at the Palmdale shopping mall. Saved us 4 dollars and especially saved on the lack of customer service. Judging by the other reviewers I'm glad they decided to ignore us since all they know how to do us butcher. read more

This place is cute and clean. The cashier Farrah is very nice and patient with answering all your questions. I got my lash extensions done by Melissa and they were HORRIBLE!!!! To say the least. She tells you they'll last for 3-4 weeks. They started coming off 1hr later. She charge $35 dollars to glue the extensions on top of your lashes not even on the lash line. I informed her I wanted natural looking lashes. She added maybe 10 whispers to each eye leaving spaces and skin showing. I showed her a picture of how my extensions look when I get them done in Los Angeles and asked if she could do them the same way. FAIL!!! I wish I would've taken a picture of the mess but instead I just took the rest of them off. The picture attached are the lashes from both eyes. You can see how thin they were read more

Melissa was my esthetician that did my underarm waxing. She is hilarious, and made my experience beyond amazing with her conversation and attentiveness! She's really thorough, she took her time to make sure to tweeze all the hair that the wax didn't pick up. The best part was her application of lavender to the areas post-wax, since deodorant is stripped off when they clean the area. For the price of $15 and done in under 10 minutes, this place will definitely be seeing me around as regular customer in the future! Tips: 1. Schedule an appointment with them! They can get really busy on weekends. I was originally a walk in but when I saw the amount of people ahead of me I decided to schedule an appointment instead, and they luckily were able to fit me in for the next day. 2. If you like Nyx makeup, just a heads up that they also offer Nyx products in store :) read more

The woman was 25 minutes late this morning. She said tge wax had to be heated. I waited another 15 minutes, and she said it still wasn't warm? I left after 45 minutes, no service. Wow! Never again! She never sanitized her hands! Yuck! read more

I went into today to get a clean up from when i got my eyebrows done here a few weeks ago. The women in the hijab did my eyebrows and she was extremely rude. This is false advertisement business. For the third time in a row, I walk in to do my eyelashes. I was told by Christa with an attitude they don't have anyone. I truly disappointed. Never again will I come back. read more

The first time I came in here I did not have a good experience. But I figured I'd go back and maybe find another girl. Which I'm so happy I did because Crystal is by far the best in the whole store. Went in for a special brow threading and eye lash extensions for $40 I told the girl my eye lashes were for my wedding . I started going here since April and have decided I will no longer continue to go here. It seems like my brows have been getting thinner every time I go in for threading, despite telling these ladies that I just want a clean up, not thinner brows. My brows are naturally thick so why would I want to make them thinner? It doesn't look right on me. The only reason why I gave an extra star is because most (keyword: most) ladies here are friendly. There was a girl that I encountered once that was a little rude to me but I don't remember her name. Overall, if you don't want to lose your precious thick brows, don't go here. read more
