Me and my boyfriend went here for the first time, I thought they did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure, my boyfriend said he enjoyed his, however, he did get cut on his finger. We understand accidents can happen! We paid and we left. However, I didn't realize the extent of how many cuts they gave my partner! It was his first time doing his nails, so he thought it was part of the process however, he was bleeding so much that they had to compact it. In total they cut his foot, and a cut on each hand..... I'm super happy with my nails! I had a gel French tip pedicure done by Lisa. She did the french tip so perfectly, I love it! Her work was quick, clean and she is just so sweet. Also had a builder gel fill and cat eye done on my hands by Khloe. She also did a beautiful job. We talked while she worked and she was such a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for being so kind Khloe! I was really looking forward to getting my builder gel nails done, but unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. It felt like Khloe was rushing through my appointment, and the quality of the nails reflects that. I had to point out multiple nails that needed to be fixed while I was there, but even after that, several nails still have dust or little specks trapped under the polish. The shapes aren't consistent, the sides of a lot of the nails weren't cleaned up, and overall they look much thicker and chunkier than the natural look I asked for. I was also surprised to find out that cuticle trimming was an extra $10, so my cuticles weren't cleaned up. While I understand salons have different pricing, I wasn't expecting to leave with builder gel that looked unfinished around the edges. For $65, I expected much better attention to detail. I left feeling disappointed and don't think I'll be coming back. read more

VIVIAN CHANGED MY LIFE! All I can say of that Vivian made me a believer that I too can have baddie nails!! I came into the shop on a whim, googled literally "best nail salon near me". The shop itself is VERY clean. Very nice and organized with checking in. I've never been to a nail shop like this one! Such a sweet, hilarious, and humble young woman with great professionalism. I couldn't believe how well we hit it off. I came in not knowing what I wanted AT ALL and she was so patient with me. With each and every step, Vivian would ask me what I thought and if she needed to change anything. This was my first and last time coming here. I only came here because I saw a flyer on their instagram that they were advertising 10% off all services for memorial day weekend. I called the day before to make sure the deal was valid and the person who answered the phone said yes. I got a pedicure and I am not satisfied with the service at all. My French tip came out very sloppy and crooked. Now one of my toe nail looks crooked because the lady drew the French tip crooked. The lady who was doing my pedicure kept taking breaks from doing my pedicure to text on her phone....maybe that's why she painted my nails so horribly? Then when it was time to pay they didn't want to give me the deal because they said I had to sign up through text messages etc? "Disappointed with the unexpected upcharge"I came in for a routine pedicure and explicitly asked for the $40 regular polish option. I even confirmed with the receptionist beforehand that gel would be $15 extra ($55 total) and clearly stated I wanted to stick to the $40 budget. I told the technician the exact same thing when I sat down. Unfortunately, they still charged me $55 at checkout. I was too exhausted to argue in the moment and even left a $9 tip, but it is not right to charge customers for a service upgrade they openly refused. I called the salon later to address it, and while the receptionist apologized and said it wouldn't happen again, I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication and hidden costs. read more

I then decided to get a manicure while set since I'm on vacation, Tom was extremely nice, quick and detailed. I went in Friday 7/10 afternoon to get a pedicure and fill. well as always they do a half fast pedicure and not sure what was going on with a transaction with another customer that my pedicure lady was so invested in that she cut me on my toes about 6 times. Then she asked me to hold on while they she goes over there to see about the transaction and that's when I told her no she's cut me so many times already I'd rather have someone else pay attention to my service. I went in for a relaxing pedicure and ended up leaving with a painful cut on my toe and a terrible experience and a visit to urgent care! During the pedicure, the nail tech cut me badly enough that I started bleeding and it wouldn't stop bleeding for about 20 minutes. They tried to get it to stop bleeding by pouring some white powder and SUPER GLUING my cut. The whole appointment was spent in pain instead of being relaxed. They still tried to paint my toe but I refused due to the amount of blood crust that had built up on my toe and the amount of pain I was in. So I didn't even get to have my complete pedicure. What bothered me even more was that they still tried to charge me the full $60 for the service with a slight discount of $15!!! Even though I left with an injury instead of a relaxing pedicure AND a visit to urgent care. The lady who cut me was very apologetic and I understand mistakes happen but the way the guy at the front was handling it was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Cutting a client to the point of bleeding and then expecting them to pay full price is unacceptable. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone who cares about hygiene, safety, and basic customer service. Got a pedicure they barely scrubbed my feet. My nails still had black underneath them and when I asked her to remove she said she tried and couldn't. I've gone to other places and they do it no problem. French tip was sloppy she got mad cause I wanted a different base and didn't want to give me the base color I wanted she kept saying she didn't have the color and I kept asking ok do you have something similar and she was hesitant and annoyed and not wanting to do it.... I did NOT tip for this reason. They also had a special 10% off for Memorial Day weekend on their IG which they did not want to give out either. They said I was supposed to get a text for the special ... ok why are you guys displaying something else on IG? The post didn't mention joining their texts... weird behavior overall. First time here, and I'm so glad my husband found this place! He treated me to a little self-care day before our TSR trip, and it was exactly what I needed. Lynn did an absolutely spectacular job on my deluxe pedicure so relaxing and thorough. She also convinced me to finally get a wax (which was definitely overdue!), and I'm so glad she did. Thank goodness they were open and could take us on a Memorial Weekend Sunday. They were packed when we walked in but said we could return in an hour. When we returned they put us in pedi chairs right away but we sat in Luke warm water for an hour and 15 min before they got started on our pedis. It was worth the wait. First things first, my appt was at 10:15 am with Kim and Luna on Saturday 1/31/26 . Luna started my feet at 10:35 (not a big issue). Kim only did nails at "his table", which I had to wait until my pedicure was done for him to start on my nails. He then squeezed someone else in my appt time while my pedicure was getting done. As he was doing my nails, he stated, I was "picky", well these are my nails and my money and time I'm spending. So I should be able to speak how I feel about the services being provided! They are quick to say "you can go somewhere else" instead of being professional and considerate about how the customer feels and make it right. On top of that, one of my nails that he was about polish looked off and I spoke up on it. There was water in between the acrylic and my real nail bed, which could've caused or been a fungus or infection. Kim was going to polish right over it until I called him out on it. So you're just gonna polish over that?!?! I asked him...I think NOT!! Take the nail off, inspect and clean the nail!! He then had an attitude. I think State Board needs to get back out in the fields and check out some of these nail shops. It's all about "pick u color" never the health care of the nails. To make matters worse, he never apologized or took accountability for his actions. This fill $64....for what??? I was actually there for 3 1/2 hours for this!!! Never even saw the sight of barbicide. I could've sworn per State Board of Cosmetology policies and regulations that after each customer, tools must be sanitized and cleaned before using on the next customer. I come here every month and have had great service. BUT today I was started with a mani /pedi by a nail tech and the tech stopped after starting my feet to have someone else tk over because the tech was asked to start another person for a fill. Normally this would not b a problem but the tech that was taking over did not do acrylic so therefore I would have to wait for someone to assist me after my pedicure was finished. I explained to the front desk coordinator guy that this wasn't right because I came first and was started and don't want to have to wait. He told me if I didn't like it I could leave! I was appalled and felt extremely disrespected and disregarded. I guess you can not have an opinion on efficient service and if you express your opinion you will be asked to leave! I've never been treated so disrespectfully as a paying, loyal customer. All I can say is WOW! read more
