I'm super happy with my nails! I had a gel French tip pedicure done by Lisa. She did the french tip so perfectly, I love it! Her work was quick, clean and she is just so sweet. Also had a builder gel fill and cat eye done on my hands by Khloe. She also did a beautiful job. We talked while she worked and she was such a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for being so kind Khloe! My daughter also got a pedicure and is very happy with her results. I forgot to ask the name of who did her pedicure but she was a sweetheart! Thank you all so much for making our time there so enjoyable.

I was really looking forward to getting my builder gel nails done, but unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. It felt like Khloe was rushing through my appointment, and the quality of the nails reflects that. I had to point out multiple nails that needed to be fixed while I was there, but even after that, several nails still have dust or little specks trapped under the polish. The shapes aren't consistent, the sides of a lot of the nails weren't cleaned up, and overall they look much thicker and chunkier than the natural look I asked for. I was also surprised to find out that cuticle trimming was an extra $10, so my cuticles weren't cleaned up. While I understand salons have different pricing, I wasn't expecting to leave with builder gel that looked unfinished around the edges. For $65, I expected much better attention to detail. I left feeling disappointed and don't think I'll be coming back.

VIVIAN CHANGED MY LIFE! All I can say of that Vivian made me a believer that I too can have baddie nails!! I came into the shop on a whim, googled literally "best nail salon near me". Spring Nails popped up with not only the most reviews, but the best as well. Didn't have to tell me twice... went straight there from far east Palmdale and was NOT disappointed. The shop itself is VERY clean. Very nice and organized with checking in. I've never been to a nail shop like this one! I was very excited and intimidated because it has been YEARS since I had my nails done. Everyone else looked like regulars so I really didn't know what to expect as a new customer. Enter Vivian. Such a sweet, hilarious, and humble young woman with great professionalism. I couldn't believe how well we hit it off. I came in not knowing what I wanted AT ALL and she was so patient with me. She went over all the different options and their pros and cons. I changed my mind several times before I actually landed on a final look. With each and every step, Vivian would ask me what I thought and if she needed to change anything. She said that she loves working with the customers step by step to make sure that they are happy and feel pretty " Everyone deserves to feel pretty." She said. "You are spending a lot of time and money here and I want you to leave feeling pretty!" And let me tell you how amazed I was at the results! I literally teared up cuz I was on my way to celebrate my 10 year anniversary and had no idea that I was going to get my nails done the day before. All that to say, I am so elated that I decided to go to this shop and that I just so happened to get Vivian at that exact time. God truly answered my prayers for a fantastic turn out cuz I really didn't know what to expect! I am a customer for life!! Thank you Vivian!! Thank you Spring Nails!

I highly! Recommend ! It was my first time coming and I enjoyed every bit of it. The ladies are so welcoming & accommodating. They don't turn away service just because they are busy. The salon is clean and well organized. They are even generous that they offer you a water or soda. They make you feel like royalty. They do not rush your service . They take their time and make sure you are 100% comfortable and satisfied , to the point where they ask you if you like how they're doing your nails. I've NEVER gone to a salon where the hospitality is amazing! Best place to get your toes done in the AV

I came here for the first time this weekend by a referral from a friend of mine. I called last minute and they were able to book me for the next morning, just in time for my trip! Lynn did my pedicure and eyebrows. And I know y'all know how picky we are about who does our brows, but I give it a try and she definitely came through! The place is beautiful and clean and up-to-date. I will definitely be coming back for Lynn!

Ana was amazing she did my nails and I loved them. I also had a pedicure done all amazing, has a reasonable price. They offer water or soda when you come in. In general the vibes are good.

This was my first and last time coming here. I only came here because I saw a flyer on their instagram that they were advertising 10% off all services for memorial day weekend. I called the day before to make sure the deal was valid and the person who answered the phone said yes. I got a pedicure and I am not satisfied with the service at all. My French tip came out very sloppy and crooked. Now one of my toe nail looks crooked because the lady drew the French tip crooked. The lady who was doing my pedicure kept taking breaks from doing my pedicure to text on her phone....maybe that's why she painted my nails so horribly? Then when it was time to pay they didn't want to give me the deal because they said I had to sign up through text messages etc? No where on the flyer did it say anything about receiving a text message that states you get 10% off. Yet, the flyer for 10% off is still up on their instagram page.

They were kind enough to redo everything from the last time..

I come here every month and have had great service. BUT today I was started with a mani /pedi by a nail tech and the tech stopped after starting my feet to have someone else tk over because the tech was asked to start another person for a fill. Normally this would not b a problem but the tech that was taking over did not do acrylic so therefore I would have to wait for someone to assist me after my pedicure was finished. I explained to the front desk coordinator guy that this wasn't right because I came first and was started and don't want to have to wait. He told me if I didn't like it I could leave! I was appalled and felt extremely disrespected and disregarded. I guess you can not have an opinion on efficient service and if you express your opinion you will be asked to leave! I've never been treated so disrespectfully as a paying, loyal customer. All I can say is WOW! read more

Lynn is the only woman I trust with my eyebrows 100%, she will tell you the truth and she is the only one who I can trust and recommend to all my friends and family. Due to their initiative, I made the conscientious choice to reach out in efforts to make amends. I would like to share that it was a pleasure to once more have received the quality of service and care that I had became accustomed to receive at Spring Nails. Luna and Ana were the two wonderful nail technicians that took care of my needs this evening (manicure and pedicure), where I was reminded of all the reasons I had became a loyal customer to Spring Nails. Your appointment means nothing here. They don't run on time. And they're annoying about upsells and add-ons. They do an OK job once they're working on you, but I can't make any positive comments about people who waste my time. Tonight, on my third and final attempt to like this place, I had a 6:15 p.m. appointment. I walked out with a basic mani and pedi at 8:55. After they seat you, you're still waiting, but your feet are already in the water. To stay or to go? I couldn't just leave because I couldn't find anything else open and tomorrow is my in-office day. Pfffft. So frustrated. read more

They are very open about their pricing and will let you know the price of service before they start on your nails. I had just got my nails done somewhere else and just wasn't happy with them. Did some looking on google and found this place. Cindy did my nails and I'm so in love with them. They're beautiful! Honestly, I've been getting my nails done for a long time and haven't had my nails look this a good in a long time! Another thing worth mentioning is, is the lady you checked me in was so sweet. She gave me water and was so kind, I even saw here give a little girl a juice box. Sweetest thing ever! I have found my nail place. Thank you so much! read more

Sorry to say this is an extremely long review..I am new to the area and I was looking for a new nail salon so I read the reviews and thought this place would be perfect. The first time I came I made an appointment and requested a deluxe manicure with gel and when we got to the salon they just took us right away and gave us both just a regular manicure with a gel add on..The salon itself was very clean and they have a lot of good color choices..That appointment ended with a 1 minute oil massage, not 3 minutes as stated on their website. I left feeling okay considering I liked the color choice and the work she did on my nails..so I thought I would give this salon another chance..this time I forgot to make an appointment and was actually happy that I was seen right away considering I was a walk in. This second visit in my opinion, was not a good visit. Unfortunately I did not get a name, but the lady doing my nails said that my nails were very weak (which was weird because I had always been told my nails were strong) she told me that she will do a dip powder to make my nails look stronger. I said okay and she did it. Then she put my color choice on top and everything was okay-ish. I was not happy with the filing because it is still sharp on the edges but I was trying to not be picky. I did not realize she had fully completed my nails because all she told me was to go wash my hands. So off I went to wash my hands and literally came back to a new client in the chair I was sitting in. I got zero massage and also was not told by her that I was done or a thank you or anything for that matter. I am not one to go out often or do things for myself but I was still celebrating my birthday so I thought it would be nice to get my nails done and get "pampered" with the spring manicure (I think that is what they call it) which has more included in it..but instead just received a very basic gel manicure for $50.00 Imagine thinking positive, going to go celebrate, get your nails done and coming back from washing your hands to someone else sitting in your seat like if you never existed. I personally think this salon just cares about making money and not about the clients. From what I keep witnessing it is more about how many people can get in and out then making a client feel good about the service received. Very long story to say the salon has pros for the cleanliness and direct work on the nails themselves, but I am not recommending this salon to anyone. If you managed to read my long review, find another salon that actually cares about you as a person and not you as a dollar sign. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it here. The staff is super friendly and it's such a clean and welcoming environment. They are pretty new to the area, about 7 months they said. It's been really hard to find a good nail salon now and the last place I went to definitely doesn't compare. My grandma and I really enjoyed our experience. She changed her color three times and thankfully they were patient with her I had Tar take care of me and she was wonderful. This place really exceeded my expectations and I'm happy with my results. This is now my new favorite nail salon in the AV read more

Hello, I got my nails done at Spring nails & they were done by "Cindy" and she was rushing and I believe probably felt pressured by other woman who came in to get her nails done and was rushing on me... also she did not cut my cuticles and she did not push them back and I got them done about 4 days ago and a part of my nail is already showing because their wasn't enough acrylic on there. She also didn't clean under my nails and it was very messy & had to get them cleaned up by other another worker. I'll definitely come back but will ask for someone else to do them:) read more

Had a girls outing with my daughter and friend and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. My daughter had a pedicure and manicure and I had a full set done. This is the only nail shop I come to now. They always execute my designs, exactly like the pictures I show them! My daughter absolutely loved her nails and it was so nice seeing the happiness on her face being pampered. They gave her a keychain of colors so she could pick and the color she picked was so pretty. I had the pleasant opportunity to meet Lynn and Luna yesterday for the first time I just moved to Palmdale and this is my second nail shop I've tried and I'll give them a 10 out of 10 there was a wait, but it was definitely worth it. I used to come here all the time but lately the service has been slacking. I make appointments and still have to wait a half hour for service. I've even made appointments and at the last minute they tell me they already have appointments scheduled for that time. I went in and they told me that the person I was waiting for wouldn't be there for another 45 mins when the salon was already open. I don't recommend this salon. read more

I am VERY picky about my gel french tip on my toes...I like a nude color as the base and a very thin precise line for the french tips. No salon has given me what I wanted until I started coming to Spring Nails. Lynn does such a BEAUTIFUL job and I truly am happy with how she does my pedicure. I will never go anywhere else. Everything looked well maintained, including the pedicure stations and tools, which is always something I pay attention to when trying a new salon. The atmosphere felt relaxing without being overly loud or crowded. I also loved their neon "Good Nails Good Mood" sign because honestly, it fit the experience perfectly. Andy did my pedicure and was both professional and personable throughout the appointment. He took his time and did not make the service feel rushed, even though I chose the express pedicure. The shaping and polish application were clean and precise, and he paid attention to detail around the cuticles and edges. The hot towel and lotion massage were a nice touch and made the service feel more elevated than a typical express pedicure. My nails turned out really pretty, clean, and polished. Overall, the combination of customer service, cleanliness, and quality work made this a great experience and definitely put me in a good mood. I've been to this salon multiple times, but after my most recent experience and the way the…read moresituation was handled, I will not be returning. My very first visit should have been a warning. I was given an appointment time and ended up waiting a significant amount of time (50 minutes) before being seen. I had already waited so long that I decided to stay. During my visit, I personally witnessed a customer come back because her toes had been corrected and still did not look right. I saw the result myself, and I witnessed the salon give her a refund. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Now, after my own experience, it stands out. During my most recent visit, I had my nails done and started having issues almost immediately. I returned the very next day to have them corrected by another tech. One day after the correction, my nails were already chipping and peeling again. I sent photos to the salon, and they acknowledged that the top coat may not have cured or dried properly. Despite this, I was told my nails "don't look too bad." That completely misses the point. I paid for a professional service, returned immediately when there was a problem, gave the salon an opportunity to correct it, and the correction failed the following day. I also developed green discoloration on both my fingernails and toenails that I did not have before. I brought this to their attention because I was concerned about what was causing it. I was essentially told it was fine, and product continued to be applied over the discoloration. At this point, I am not comfortable continuing to put product over discolored nails or repeatedly having my natural nails filed and redone. I explained that I was leaving and did not have time to keep returning for additional corrections, so I requested a refund. The salon refused and continued referring to its no refund policy. I understand businesses have policies, but I had already given them an opportunity to correct the service, and that correction failed the very next day. What makes their refusal even more frustrating is that I personally witnessed them refund another customer after her corrected service still did not look right. I was not given the same consideration. Their services are not inexpensive, and I have also experienced inconsististency with pricing, so I recommend confirming exactly what you will be charged before your service begins. Between the issues with the original service, returning for a correction, having that correction fail within a day, the nail discoloration, and being denied a refund after already giving them an opportunity to fix the problem, I cannot recommend this salon. Update: After posting my review, one of the salon employees personally messaged me through Yelp telling me I needed to "fix" my words and saying he thought I was a nice person but "was all wrong." I have included the screenshot. Receiving a service I was unhappy with and leaving an honest review about my experience does not make me "not nice." Personally messaging a customer to criticize them for leaving a negative review is incredibly unprofessional and only reinforces my decision not to return.

Instead of properly softening them with cuticle cream or allowing them to soak long enough, she briefly dipped my fingers in water (which she dipped from my pedicure water) and then began cutting and pulling at dry skin. It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.

The place is dirty and chairs are uncomfortable to sit on. To top it off the chairs 2.5% fee when using apple, pay or credit card andy have the nerve to ask for the tip. That's only thing in English, they know how to say or pretend to understand. Never again

I had gone here for a while, and they were also a little rude to me but I had always just tolerated…read moreit because i wanted my eyebrows done and was to scared to try any where else new. But one day I had gone in and made an appointment at 4:30 that following Friday. I go in on Friday and they had told me that my appointment was cancelled because it was placed at 3:30 instead of 4:30 as i requested. The lady there was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude towards me infront of everyone. do not recommend these people are not welcoming and just rude.
