I'm super happy with my nails! I had a gel French tip pedicure done by Lisa. She did the french tip so perfectly, I love it! Her work was quick, clean and she is just so sweet. Also had a builder gel fill and cat eye done on my hands by Khloe. She also did a beautiful job. We talked while she worked and she was such a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for being so kind Khloe! My daughter also got a pedicure and is very happy with her results. I forgot to ask the name of who did her pedicure but she was a sweetheart! Thank you all so much for making our time there so enjoyable.

I was really looking forward to getting my builder gel nails done, but unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. It felt like Khloe was rushing through my appointment, and the quality of the nails reflects that. I had to point out multiple nails that needed to be fixed while I was there, but even after that, several nails still have dust or little specks trapped under the polish. The shapes aren't consistent, the sides of a lot of the nails weren't cleaned up, and overall they look much thicker and chunkier than the natural look I asked for. I was also surprised to find out that cuticle trimming was an extra $10, so my cuticles weren't cleaned up. While I understand salons have different pricing, I wasn't expecting to leave with builder gel that looked unfinished around the edges. For $65, I expected much better attention to detail. I left feeling disappointed and don't think I'll be coming back.

VIVIAN CHANGED MY LIFE! All I can say of that Vivian made me a believer that I too can have baddie nails!! I came into the shop on a whim, googled literally "best nail salon near me". Spring Nails popped up with not only the most reviews, but the best as well. Didn't have to tell me twice... went straight there from far east Palmdale and was NOT disappointed. The shop itself is VERY clean. Very nice and organized with checking in. I've never been to a nail shop like this one! I was very excited and intimidated because it has been YEARS since I had my nails done. Everyone else looked like regulars so I really didn't know what to expect as a new customer. Enter Vivian. Such a sweet, hilarious, and humble young woman with great professionalism. I couldn't believe how well we hit it off. I came in not knowing what I wanted AT ALL and she was so patient with me. She went over all the different options and their pros and cons. I changed my mind several times before I actually landed on a final look. With each and every step, Vivian would ask me what I thought and if she needed to change anything. She said that she loves working with the customers step by step to make sure that they are happy and feel pretty " Everyone deserves to feel pretty." She said. "You are spending a lot of time and money here and I want you to leave feeling pretty!" And let me tell you how amazed I was at the results! I literally teared up cuz I was on my way to celebrate my 10 year anniversary and had no idea that I was going to get my nails done the day before. All that to say, I am so elated that I decided to go to this shop and that I just so happened to get Vivian at that exact time. God truly answered my prayers for a fantastic turn out cuz I really didn't know what to expect! I am a customer for life!! Thank you Vivian!! Thank you Spring Nails!

I highly! Recommend ! It was my first time coming and I enjoyed every bit of it. The ladies are so welcoming & accommodating. They don't turn away service just because they are busy. The salon is clean and well organized. They are even generous that they offer you a water or soda. They make you feel like royalty. They do not rush your service . They take their time and make sure you are 100% comfortable and satisfied , to the point where they ask you if you like how they're doing your nails. I've NEVER gone to a salon where the hospitality is amazing! Best place to get your toes done in the AV

I came here for the first time this weekend by a referral from a friend of mine. I called last minute and they were able to book me for the next morning, just in time for my trip! Lynn did my pedicure and eyebrows. And I know y'all know how picky we are about who does our brows, but I give it a try and she definitely came through! The place is beautiful and clean and up-to-date. I will definitely be coming back for Lynn!

Ana was amazing she did my nails and I loved them. I also had a pedicure done all amazing, has a reasonable price. They offer water or soda when you come in. In general the vibes are good.

This was my first and last time coming here. I only came here because I saw a flyer on their instagram that they were advertising 10% off all services for memorial day weekend. I called the day before to make sure the deal was valid and the person who answered the phone said yes. I got a pedicure and I am not satisfied with the service at all. My French tip came out very sloppy and crooked. Now one of my toe nail looks crooked because the lady drew the French tip crooked. The lady who was doing my pedicure kept taking breaks from doing my pedicure to text on her phone....maybe that's why she painted my nails so horribly? Then when it was time to pay they didn't want to give me the deal because they said I had to sign up through text messages etc? No where on the flyer did it say anything about receiving a text message that states you get 10% off. Yet, the flyer for 10% off is still up on their instagram page.

I stumbled upon this Nail salon when my son was getting a haircut next door. I came in as a walk in and was interested in a Gel builder manicure since my nails are very brittle and manicures don't usually last me. I had Richie do my Gel Builder manicure and she also helped me pick my color as I can sometimes have trouble picking a color. I'm very happy with my Nails & can't wait to come in! It is clean and they do a pretty good job but they don't have any non-gel (you have to bring your own polish), it's a little expensive for Lancaster, and most frustrating, your appointment time means nothing. Second week in a row I've had an appointment for a specific service and then was made to sit and wait like a walk-in. I am sitting here 20 minutes past my appointment time and still waiting. Next week I will try Ocean Nails. read more

I came here on a whim since my usual place was closed and I desperately needed a pedicure . We were greeted right away and from the start the customer service was awesome . My 5 yr old was with me and the gentleman at the front desk made sure both me and my daughter were comfortable . He was kind Enough to provide us with drinks and some candy . The place is beautiful , clean and fresh. Whitney did my pedicure and I can say it's the best pedicure I've had since I moved to the antelope valley 3 yrs ago and the prices are reasonable and compete with others in Lancaster . I am giving it two starts because I went in today, second time because they were so friendly the first time but I was so upset after today's visit. They were charging me for gel something I specifically and repeatedly said no to. I did not receive gel and they did not want to charge me for what I got. Another thing I tried tipping the lady who worked on my pedicure (she seemed new) I couldn't find her so her boss said "it's ok I'll give it to her" I continued to look for her and found her and gave her her tip but after giving her her tip her boss was telling her something seemed to me as if he wanted to keep it for himself idk this place son roteros. This is my first review to type for a business and im so happy it's for spring nails! It was my second time going this time around but my first appointment was absolutely amazing! So much effort into their work and in what they do. They showed they cared. Not to mention the place is sooooo clean!! This second time around I had 2 hours to spare before having to go to school and I had mentioned I wanted to do my pedi and full set. Long story short they made it possible with my time crunch and the out come was so good! Winnie did my full set and she is so quick and so efficient. She knows what she's doing. Went in for a basic gel mani and pedi and it was amazing!! The place was very clean and big, about 14 pedi chairs and 9 more nail tables. Private rooms in the back for their waxing service. Clean bathrooms and AC to beat the summer heat. Workers were very professional and nice. The pedi took the whole hour I was there and it was worth it, my feet feel amazing. The gel was done nice and they even added little designs as I requested. Complementary drinks and snacks. Booked online and was seated as I came in no hassle. Standard pricing for all services, and I would debate cheaper considering the care they took. They were slow when I came in so they did my hands and feet at the same time. Had a girls outing with my daughter and friend and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. My daughter had a pedicure and manicure and I had a full set done. This is the only nail shop I come to now. They always execute my designs, exactly like the pictures I show them! My daughter absolutely loved her nails and it was so nice seeing the happiness on her face being pampered. They gave her a keychain of colors so she could pick and the color she picked was so pretty. I had the pleasant opportunity to meet Lynn and Luna yesterday for the first time I just moved to Palmdale and this is my second nail shop I've tried and I'll give them a 10 out of 10 there was a wait, but it was definitely worth it. I used to come here all the time but lately the service has been slacking. I make appointments and still have to wait a half hour for service. I've even made appointments and at the last minute they tell me they already have appointments scheduled for that time. I went in and they told me that the person I was waiting for wouldn't be there for another 45 mins when the salon was already open. I don't recommend this salon. read more

I am VERY picky about my gel french tip on my toes...I like a nude color as the base and a very thin precise line for the french tips. No salon has given me what I wanted until I started coming to Spring Nails. Lynn does such a BEAUTIFUL job and I truly am happy with how she does my pedicure. I will never go anywhere else. Everything looked well maintained, including the pedicure stations and tools, which is always something I pay attention to when trying a new salon. The atmosphere felt relaxing without being overly loud or crowded. I also loved their neon "Good Nails Good Mood" sign because honestly, it fit the experience perfectly. Andy did my pedicure and was both professional and personable throughout the appointment. He took his time and did not make the service feel rushed, even though I chose the express pedicure. The shaping and polish application were clean and precise, and he paid attention to detail around the cuticles and edges. The hot towel and lotion massage were a nice touch and made the service feel more elevated than a typical express pedicure. My nails turned out really pretty, clean, and polished. I've been to this salon multiple times, but after my most recent experience and the way the…read moresituation was handled, I will not be returning. My very first visit should have been a warning. I was given an appointment time and ended up waiting a significant amount of time (50 minutes) before being seen. I had already waited so long that I decided to stay. During my visit, I personally witnessed a customer come back because her toes had been corrected and still did not look right. I saw the result myself, and I witnessed the salon give her a refund. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Now, after my own experience, it stands out. During my most recent visit, I had my nails done and started having issues almost immediately. I returned the very next day to have them corrected by another tech. One day after the correction, my nails were already chipping and peeling again. I sent photos to the salon, and they acknowledged that the top coat may not have cured or dried properly. Despite this, I was told my nails "don't look too bad." That completely misses the point. I paid for a professional service, returned immediately when there was a problem, gave the salon an opportunity to correct it, and the correction failed the following day. I also developed green discoloration on both my fingernails and toenails that I did not have before. I brought this to their attention because I was concerned about what was causing it. I was essentially told it was fine, and product continued to be applied over the discoloration. At this point, I am not comfortable continuing to put product over discolored nails or repeatedly having my natural nails filed and redone. I explained that I was leaving and did not have time to keep returning for additional corrections, so I requested a refund. The salon refused and continued referring to its no refund policy. I understand businesses have policies, but I had already given them an opportunity to correct the service, and that correction failed the very next day. What makes their refusal even more frustrating is that I personally witnessed them refund another customer after her corrected service still did not look right. I was not given the same consideration. Their services are not inexpensive, and I have also experienced inconsististency with pricing, so I recommend confirming exactly what you will be charged before your service begins. Between the issues with the original service, returning for a correction, having that correction fail within a day, the nail discoloration, and being denied a refund after already giving them an opportunity to fix the problem, I cannot recommend this salon. Update: After posting my review, one of the salon employees personally messaged me through Yelp telling me I needed to "fix" my words and saying he thought I was a nice person but "was all wrong." I have included the screenshot. Receiving a service I was unhappy with and leaving an honest review about my experience does not make me "not nice." Personally messaging a customer to criticize them for leaving a negative review is incredibly unprofessional and only reinforces my decision not to return.

Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.
